I drive 5,000 miles a month as an independent courier and been to many Jiffy Lube stores around Chicagoland area. SERVICE (5/5) Easy to enter from East bound Ogden Avenue. Only 1 car was getting serviced upon arrival at the noon hour which didn't seem too busy. Associate was friendly and pulled the car into the garage after confirming a synthetic blend oil change was needed. CUSTOMER SEATING AREA (2/5) Very crammed and good luck finding a seat if there are more than two customers waiting. Other than the television it's dull looking. Needs improvement. PRICE FOR SERVICES PERFORMED (4/5) The oil change was more expensive than other Jiffy Lube's despite the same exact service. I even applied the Uber Fleet discount but still higher. Would I return? Probably not. The Jiffy Lube in Countryside is MUCH better! read more

Friendly, but at the time, very busy. But they all remained pleasant, and things proceeded without incident. Make sure that you search for a jiffy lube coupon before hand. They are issued direct from Jiffy Lube, and it's a no brainer. It's $10 off for conventional oil change, and $15 off if you use synthetic oil. They have two versions of synthetic... one was about $79 the other over $100. I chose the lesser, but out the door (taxes? and this was in the suburbs where the taxes are less) it was about $98. But, I thought it was worth the deal. My only real grief was on the tire pressure. I asked them twice to fill them to 35 psi., and was assured that this was done. When I got home and checked them using two different gauges they were all between 25 psi and 28 psi!! And my wife was going on a cross country trip the next day. Fortunately I had a nice little portable electric air pump that plugs in to what used to be a round cigarette interface in the car, and screws on to the tire stem, and worked to perfection. On Amazon: NOCO AIR15 UltraFast 15A Tire Inflator, 12V Portable Air Compressor Pump. I'm not sure how that happened. They were very nice. Offered some extras, but no hard sell. Perhaps the guy filling the tires was new, and didn't quite get the hang of it, but 25 psi to 28 psi is dangerously low, when your going to be driving through the Blue Ridge Mountains doing 70 mph+ read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. On 8/15/24 I got my oil changed from this location. Pulling over to reset my odometer an employee of this business pulled into the parking lot and hit my parked car. Worse than this, said employee ignored his insurance company's persistent attempt to call him. Absolutely disgusting. Owner never came out to acknowledge the crash even though he was there. Now it's over a month after this employee hit me and my car is still not repaired. Probabaly going to have to pay out of pocket. Does this sound like a place you'd like to have your vehicle serviced? If you own a Volkswagen Jetta, do not come to this location. I either have extremely bad luck, or they do not know how to manage inventory. I have gone to this location on three separate occasions over the past few years, and every single time they "are out of oil filters for the Jetta models." I came in for a simple oil change and this employee that was working here never went down the list of what is included until I got the receipt that broke down everything and turns out they charged me 94$ that included window washing and vaccumming. There was no change in my car nothing was clean. They took advantage of me just for the fact that I'm a girl and assumed that I didn't know anything, that's what it seems like to me. I won't go anywhere else, these guys are great. Always greet you with a smile, always friendly and always go above and beyond. Never takes longer than 10-20 min, even when they're busy. It may seem simple but they vacuum the inside of your car, clean your windshield, top off your wiper fluid, always offer you coffee or water and always make sure to find you a coupon for your oil change. Staff is rude, aggressive, pushy, unprofessional, and slow. Took 40 min to do a simple oil change. It's very surprising considering I was the only car in line and the only car being worked on. What's worse is that I tried to end the experience by paying and leaving quietly as fast as possible. The manager on duty literally told me "he could look at me and tell I was a problem." I wore jeans, a plain white shirt, and black shoes. Outrageous! The overall experience was horrible and I would suggest going to any of the other nearby options. read more

Went to go get an oil change here the other day. After they began looking at the car they then decided me inform me it would be $100 for an oil change. Because of that, I said thanks but no thanks , never mind. They were very rude and unprofessional. Few days later it smelled like gas in the car, turns out they never put the cap back on the oil. I usually go to a Jiffy Lube in Hanover Park to take my fleet vehicle because they always fast. The last time I went the kid said I'll change your wiper blades since it's covered by your company. I told him the truck is brand new and didn't need them. He said we can toss them in the trunk and they'll pay for them. I said, "That's fine." Then he said, "How bout we just keep them since you won't be using them." I left because I felt it was too shady. It makes me wonder if they even change the oil since they are so fast every time. I decided to take my truck to Jiffy Lube in Westmont. Steve opened the door for me and was super polite (like Southern hospitality). It took a little bit longer, which is ok by me. At least I know they were actually changing the oil. They gave me the bill. Eldra gave me a handshake and I was on my way. I had my oil changed here last week. Usually when I go into one of these places, I am met with some ridiculously pushy salesman who won't take no for an answer. This visit was different. Jason was the nicest and friendliest guy ever. He really made my day. I was in a bad mood when I got there and before I even got out of my car, he greeted me with a smile and had me laughing before I made it inside. He was incredibly thorough in his inspection of my car and found things that I was unaware of. The rest of the crew was awesome as well. Everybody seemed to really know their role, and I was in and out of there in no time. Went there on my lunch hour, the guy asked what year my car was (it is only 2019) he walked away, grabbed a book that looked like a old telephone book back in the day and said they did not have my filter for my car and wouldn't until next week. I like this particular Jiffy Lube. Compared to other Jiffy Lube locations I've been to, this location is tops in my book. The service is professional and quick, the staff friendly, and I have not have a problem at this particular location. Each time I go I go to their website and download a coupon good for $5-$10 off a signature oil change. They accept it each and every time, after changing the oil, vacuuming the carpets and wiping down the windows. They even check the headlights, tail lights and filters, and top off my windshield wiper fluid and any other fluids that are needed. All of this in about 10-15 minutes! Fantastic! This is (now) the only location that I go to when the 3,000 mile clock is up. I love it! read more

I was disappointed. To be fair, the workers were polite and I didn't have to wait. However, the receipt says that "vacuum floors " and "wash exterior windows " were completed. Neither were any cleaner than when I drove in. The cost was more than I usually pay for an oil change, and I question what else may not have been "completed." Won't be going back. read more

Went to Jiffy Lube on Ogden ave is Westmont,Il. and I will NEVER go to another Jiffy Lube again.I was charged $106.83 for 5 quarts of oil and a filter,nothing else.I had a $10 online coupon but they said they could not apply it because the internet was down,but it was working to charge my debit card.No windows were cleaned,and only the tires on the drivers side got checked for air pressure,oil was spilled on my engine but not wiped off,just all around sloppy work for an outrageous price.The technicians were all wearing masks ,which was appropriate because I feel I got robbed.My local Chevy dealer does an oil and filter change,vehicle inspection,and tire rotation fo $60,thought Jiffy lube would be cheaper for just an oil change,but I was wrong,won't make that mistake ever again. read more

FRAUD! Several months after paying for a premium oil change and full service I discovered that they had not changed my oil at all. Definitely took my money though... The car still had the dealer filter and the oil had congealed into sludge by the time I discovered it, undoubtedly causing irreparable damage to my car. read more
