These guys picked a fight with my neighbor across the street. They parked the truck right behind her driveway, blocking access. When the neighbor asked them to move the truck they told her she would have to call HOA security before they would help her out. It embarassed me, as I had no idea this was occurring. This is for my friend that recently had to have her furniture removed from her home so she could replace the floors in her home. (They will be bringing back the furniture when the new floors are complete). Her whole family has had only good experiences with "Fully Loaded", so imagine her surprise when the head of the crew mildly asks for a plunger. No problem, she got a plunger. What he didn't mention was that one of his workers did a #2 in her toilet and overflowed the toilet so bad it flooded that room and 2 more rooms, which she discovered as they didn't mention the massive leak! She lost thousands of dollars worth of towels & other belongings that were soaked with fecal water. It took her 5.5 hours to clean & sanitize all that area. She is concerned there might need to be drywall repair, even though she got to it fairly quickly, but the kicker is they expected her to pay for the moving after destroying part of her home!! I love Fully Loaded deliveries. Chris and his team have moved my family over six times. they are very professional and always clean, neat, well mannered, pleasant and nice to work with. Moving can be very emotional so having a nice group of movers working with you to make it seem effortless is such a comfort. I had the guys come out yesterday just move some things around in my house. My husband hates moving things, especially large pieces up and down the stairs, so, I hired Fully loaded to come over and help me move all the large pieces just to redecorate. It also helped that they had just moved me in two years before, so they knew my home and my furniture pieces very well. One guy even remembered how the armoire was to be dissembled. I highly recommend them for your local, long distance moves or simply to redecorate your house. OH! I forgot to mention, one of the pieces they moved was a 700lb welders bench UP 16 stairs. It was INCREDIBLE to watch.... I had my life savings bet that they wouldn't be able to do it, but they did and did not make one mark anywhere. I was SO worried as I have a gorgeous solid wood staircase and it would have been ruined had they dropped the 700lb steel frame on the stairs. I was amazed.. I kept cheering for them from the top of the stairs. "Come on hotties! Look at those muscles! Holy crap, I have never seen such men of steel!" I think it worked..:0 read more

The BEST moving company we have used!!! They loaded my truck 2 years ago for our move to San Diego - spur of the moment as my husband was ill. They moved our household from Scottsdale to Prescott, AZ 2 years ago and we just used them again to move from our storage unit AND from our Prescott home this week. They are reasonable but more importantly - competent, always on time, courteous! We just can't say enough good things about this company. Nothing broken or missing! I have never used their service but I have a perfectly good reason for giving them 5 stars. Several months ago, I was given the task of having to move my mother's antique, wood carved, 8 feet tall grandfather clock from Scottsdale, AZ to San Luis Obispo, CA. After struggling to find a mover, I left a message at Fully Loaded thinking that maybe they handled interstate moves of this sort. They don't. BUT!!!! (and here's why I'm writing this review). Melissa of Fully Loaded took the time out of her day to call me back and give me the number of a mover that could do the job AND did do the job without a hitch! I repeat. We used Fully Loaded from a recommendation provided by a previous customer. The estimate was considerably less than the others we had gotten and the final bill was only $100 higher than the estimate. The staff came on time, started working immediately, and only stopped for a short lunch. They were excellent and i could not have been happier with the service. They were quick to show us any previously damaged items before they packed. I would easily use them again and have recommended them already to others. read more

The guys at Fully Loaded Deliveries are amazing! I spoke with both Chris and Nick over the phone to coordinate the pickup of some of our furniture to be taken to Better than New Furniture Restoration (also amazing!). Chris and Nick were so helpful in explaining their services and prices and working with my schedule. Craig and his associate arrived when promised and took such great care with our sad-looking, badly-in-need-of -epair furniture! When our furniture was restored and ready to be returned home, Nick at Fully Loaded coordinated the return with me and with the restoration company. We spent a great deal to restore this very old furniture, and when Craig and his associate brought it back to us, they were extremely careful in moving the pieces into the house and up the stairs. I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing to move some pieces of furniture or their entire home! read more
