Big upgrade from previous pizza purveyors who occupied this space. Fully loaded uses the space much better and the restaurant is clean and looks like what it bills itself as, a pub that serves pub food with a concentration on pizza. We've visited twice, once during opening week. We were pleasantly surprised that the visit was smooth and food was well prepared. We purposely over ordered to sample a lot of the offerings. Kids loved the pizza and meatball sub. The wings were spot on. Second visit went even better. Menu is on the small side, but I think it helps with the level of service. Pizza is wonderful! Best in town. We eat in or pick up often for a treat! We either get a make your own with lots of veggies, chicken and chorizo or a buffalo chicken pizza. Wings are good too. read more

The past few times I've been here the food has been decent, but the wait staff is god awful... this past time all of our drinks were empty, we waited and waited for our waitress to come. Finally I walked a crossed the restaurant with an empty beer glass found her (and most of the staff) playing on their cell phones. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I showed her the empty glass and recommended that she actually work. People have asked us to meet them there for dinner but I refuse to go now since their service is terrible. read more

It's all about ownership. Every half-decent pizza place in America is busy on a Friday night. Ownership makes sure to have a good manager & sufficient staff. I've really wanted to like this place but after two visits, I'm simply not impressed. Fun gathering spot for a girl's night out but the pizza was a big disappointment. The Italian sausage was far too spicy. As in being just about inedible. I had heartburn all evening. We ended up throwing away what we'd brought home. There was no indication on the menu that the sausage was very spicy, otherwise I'd have made a different choice. The lemon pepper wings were good, although nothing outstanding. Plenty of dip, which was nice. Our server was attentive and very pleasant. The wait time for our order was reasonable. Prices are about what you'd expect for a restaurant of this type. Pizza and rest of food is great which is why I'm giving 2 stars. Service is slow and spotty. Wings don't ever have enough sauce. Takeout orders are always missing items like extra wing sauce or dressing and the portion sizes run SKIMPY on takeout orders. The large salad barely filled the container and the fries were basically a kids portion. After ordering take out a few times and this being the general story, we're kinda done with Fully Loaded. The food was really good. We had a supreme pizza (veggies and meats), and it was flavorful, and the crust was good. What was odd, were the wait staff. They seemed really disorganized, and more like a sorority was in session. I noticed several times that the story between wait staff had to finish, then the giggling, and then get back to work. read more

Decided to eat lunch there today. First time we had been there since they became Fully Loaded Pizza. Seems to be a much warmer place than previously, but maybe that was the service which was tremendously improved over the old place. Ordered pizza and beer. The beer was cold and the pizza was hot - and excellent. Absolutely the best pizza I've had in a long, long time. Will certainly go there again (and again, and again...) as long as the food remains as good as it is now. Looking forward to trying a few of the other menu items. read more

Normally, I do not write reviews of restaurants, rather just read them to pick my next place to eat. However, today's service warranted a review. I went to eat and ordered the Stromboli, substituting ham for the sausage, while she ordered the Cesar salad with grilled chicken. After 20-30 minutes, the waitress comes back to let me know the order had been cooked with sausage and they were making a new one and manager had decided to comp the entire Stromboli, and also gave us chips and queso/salsa free of charge. Definitely went out of their way to provide exceptional customer service, for even a menial issue that I, honestly, would've been fine with. When the food came out, the Stromboli was cooked perfectly, filled with meat and incredibly filling. The salad was great size too with the grilled chicken. Overall, definitely going to be making a return visit here. It's rare to find a place that gives great customer service and the food to back it up as well. Thank you, Fully Loaded! read more

This pizza was such a disappointment. I had such high hopes for a white pizza with the name Walter White. #1 The pizza was overcooked almost burnt. #2 The Italian sausage was spicy hot. #3 The spinach was a soggy mess under the cheese. #4 It was greasy. As long as you go in knowing this is a sports bar and it's bar food... don't get your hopes up. Better pizza elsewhere. read more

We have eaten here numerous times. The food has been dependably good for us, but the service is inconsistent to poor. Considering how often we are there (prob once a week) we feel like we rarely see the same people working the floor. To me it's just a highlight of how difficult it is to run a food business. First time here. We were staying at hotel up the street while in town and Placed a Togo order for a couple of pies and Cesar salads. The Salads were good but the pizzas were both so soggy that we struggled to eat them. One was just a plain cheese so I can only think they were not cooked all the way. I had throw 1/2 of the pizza in trash since you needed a spoon to eat it. I am Only giving 3 stars since I really liked the service. Both on the phone and during pickup. read more

Worst food experience in a while. Ordered take out and it was a disaster from the beginning. Couldn't find my order even though I had already paid online for it. Took three people asking about my order and name over and over before anyone could find it. Guess I should have checked the order while I was there but didn't as it was crowded and the bags were tied. Got home and found out the order was wrong. No fries like I ordered, instead we had nachos and and the cup of cheese dip for them on the side was full of black hair. The wings tasted disgusting and had zero flavor. There was barely any sauce on them and they simply tasted like plain wings and grease. Threw the entire order in the trash and went somewhere else. Called back to let them know we had received part of someone else's order and the bartender was totally overwhelmed and had no idea what to say. Will not be going back. This was my first time trying Fully Loaded Pizza and it did not disappoint at all. A great pizza almost as good as being in Italy... and a very good Cesar Salad. I did take-out but will look forward to eating at the restaurant next time. read more

Our visit was on a busy Sunday night and there was a 15 minute wait. We ended up being seated in 5 minutes, so that was nice. That's where the nice ended though. We waited over 20 minutes for our waitress to grace us with her presence, but finally had to check with another waiter to see who ours was. When she finally arrived we went ahead and ordered our food with our drinks. We never saw our waitress again the whole night. Someone else brought our food out. She never came by to check if we needed refills or anything. After we were finished (empty glasses and all), it was getting late and time to get the grumpy kids home, but still no sight of our waitress in our area. We waited another 15 minutes or so after finishing, but had to visit the hostess to see if she could track down our check. I can say that the pizza was really good and the kids also really like their food. However, I can say without question that this was the worst service we have ever received. read more
