Although most of the reviews were about duplicating keys, it is really a complete hardware supply shops. Friendly staffs are always eager to help. Price is very reasonable in the FiDi area. Will definitely go back if need any hardware products. read more

While I want to like this store and they have a good hardware selection, their declining service and recent no-refund return policy make this difficult. On a visit last Saturday, Feb 2, 2019 we got to the store at 4:45pm. Signs posted indicated a 5pm closure but staff were outside with shutters half way down. Asked a gentleman outside, he asked somebody inside and we were "allowed" in. Needed to exchange a bulb that did not fit and buy an S-hook. A friendly sales person went down to find the S-hook, and I asked the gent behind the register if he could point me to the LED dimmable bulbs. His answer "the other guy is helping you I just use the register" as he played with his phone. Quickly escalated into shouting at us about how there's something wrong with my hearing. Insult to injury we left with a $10 "store coupon" instead of credit card refund for a sealed, unopened bulb exchanged from a day prior. This is a great place -- they seem to have everything here in about 10 square feet that Home Depot has in a square mile in the 'burbs. Very friendly, and if you ask for help they will get it done. A+ read more

not sure of the gentleman's name who answered the phone, but they are very helpful! I am looking for a hard-to-find product for our contracting co. and although they don't have it in stock, the owner called the mfg. of the similar product he carried at his store to see if it is comparable. i've been calling stores for an hr. throughout the 5 boros- they were the FIRST to offer this type of assistance. way to go! read more

I've been going to Fulton for about a year and a half and the staff is cool and very knowledgeable. Prices great and fantastic for the Seaport area... During Sandy really helped my family and I and local restaurants with supplies and they really care about us in the neighborhood. btw thanks for the extra mile when a friend (not me;) locked themselves out of their home. I LOVE this hardware store; wish it were the one around the corner. But at least it's just a few stops away. They stock Muralo Paint - my favorite favorite, kicks the ass off of Benjamin Moore Paint! I hadn't painted in a few years and was happy to see that 1. They are still there 2. They still stock that paint. The folks here are super friendly and the prices are great. read more

Super quick service. Small little place but it's jammed packed in there. You'll probably be able to find anything you'll need in there haha I needed to make a copy of my keys and get a ID clear pouch for my work badge. I literally walked in and walked back out with a key and a pouch. read more

A cheap and fully stocked hardware store in the FiDi! They make copies of keys quickly, cheaply and correctly.

Moved in May 2013 and needed a bunch of stuff like teflon tape, paint, etc... needed some info on what type of paint to use etc. and they were again very helpful. Also, got a key made in 1 minute... fast, friendly service. read more

As my first post on Yelp I would like to thank the wonderful team at : Fulton Supply Co. 74 Fulton St New York, NY 10038 for making my working holiday in NY with my daughter a success. I rushed over to New York from the South of France to give my girl a hand moving and decorating her new home near City Hall. I'm an artist, and rarely do anything in the conventional way. Most stores expect their shoppers to conform to today's market and just fill up their shopping carts with prefabricated stuff. After several 'no' answers at bigger stores in the city, I took my daughter's advice and brought my business to Fulton Supply Co. where they find a way to satisfy the customer in record time for a very reasonable price. Fulton Supply has been my go to hardware store in area, from keys copies, staff very helpful and service is great.

This store has always been helpful and at a decent price. It's not Home Depot, but for basic around the house hardware needs, it's great. Plus open on Sundays. (And the music is killer.) Btw, to the fellow who accused them of "price gouging" for batteries after the storm. That comment shows an ignorance of basic economics. Batteries were at a premium after the storm, demand for them relative to supply went way up -- it was only natural that the price would reflect that. Unless you think they should have just kept the same price for the batteries and decided who to sell scarce supplies to based on some criteria other than money: how about gender? race? income? Or perhaps they should have stayed closed like just about every other store in our neighborhood and not sold these things at all, no? As a general rule: unless you understand what you are talking about, you should not talk about it. read more

These guys are great. A real old fashion Hardware store with great service! I blew up my stereo amp and needed to find 3 different odd size/ amperage fuses and Alex knew exactly what I needed.
