The van he picked me up in could've held quite a lot of people but worked just fine to get me to the airport on time, with some nice conversation along the way. Something flew out of the bed of a truck in front of us on I-70 and hit our radiator, ac condenser, and transmission cooler. We had two kids on the side of the road on I-70. The cab company arrived promptly and showed compassion and concern for our situation. We got where we needed to be for fairly reasonable price. My only critique would be better maintenance on the the cab vehicles. I do think it has several mechanical issues and it was not super clean. But...
