Brought my minions here to tire them out and boy were there alot of tweens running around. I tried the various climbing activities, but the harness kept dinging against the back of my head. Ultimately, I got a little red scrape near my ear. We had a blast at the bubble sumo thing. I jumped in the adult sized one and tackled my niece full force. Couldn't stop laughing as she flew! My favorite portion of the park is the Ninja section. I'm super rusty and it really showed that night. Missed the grip and dinged my finger good enough to bleed and require a bandaid. As for the pit below....ya'll NEED to CLEAN that more often! I found coins, broken plastic toy plates, gum, socks among the dust. Someone dropped their airpod in that pit, and that'd probably be the only reason I return (I'm determined to find it). read more

I wanted to share my recent experience at FunCity in Salem, NH, during my son's birthday . When I approached the register to greet the staff, the manager, who was wearing a blue top, was unexpectedly rude to us. When I pointed out her behavior, she responded by saying she could have us removed. I requested to speak to her supervisor, but she said she was the manager and asked us to leave. Additionally, she refused to provide her name, which left me feeling quite frustrated. Just want to add that I called Fun City to speak with a manager and they said I was harassing their business . The front lobby was completely full, there was one many line feeding three registers where people were coming in to fill out their waivers and jump. Another line was off to the side, also very busy but going to the food and ticket section. I stood in the food line as I was only grabbing snacks for the kids. After about 10 minutes in the line it was my turn, the women behind the register turns and walks away. She said nothing, not an "excuse me", not an "I'll be right with you". She walked over to to the ticket counter and proceeded to take tickets from a little girl who wanted to spend her tickets. I proceeded to look over at the other line option, which was about 20 people deep, and I had already stood in this line for 10. The women can back over and asked if she could help me, like she hadn't been watching me stand there all that time. I said, "You could have spoken to me and said something, said you'd be right back. You can see I was waiting to be wrung out." She proceeded to tell me, "You could have gone to the other line." I told her she was being rude, and needed customer services skills, I told her she was being exceptionally rude. She proceeded to tell me her register was suddenly broken and that I could go to the other line. I told her She was full of Sh.. as I walked to the other register. Come to find out this was the Manger on duty for the day. We spent alot of money here on all day passes, lunch, drinks, and snacks. I think some of these reviews here are a bit harsh. I bring my daughter here all the time. I've noticed the management has stepped it up considerably. People not jumping are now required to wear visitor tags with their names. Water is $2.75 Gatorade is $3.75. Pizza is from Blue House down the street, so no one is remaking pizzas here. The pizza sucks, but works in a pinch. The biggest complaints I have are the roving gangs of tweens stampeding around at later hours and the fat asses sitting in the massage chairs without paying, which causes an alarm to start screaming throughout the facility. Staff is definitely more on it with these issues these days than a year ago. There are adult staff members managing the teens more. My daughter loves the place. read more

I personally don't have as many issues with this place as others. Do I think it's well managed? No. Do I think they are organized? No. But it's a work in progress. I went to the Christmas party and they had on each register area about what to do... Give customers a pink ticket, yellow ticket, cup etc but the people checking in didn't listen or read it even after I pointed it out to them. I had to go back and find someone who would listen to me. I like these trampolines better than sky zone and other trampoline places. My 5 year old can do anything that his 10 year old brother can which they love. There are lots of different areas but maintenance needs to be kept up with. The play area and the random like gym set the kids do like. I think the pool balls need to be changed out. I think it would be great if they made sure the ball pit was always cleaned out. Personally I would be back over and over again read more

Fun City Trampoline is a family friendly indoor play space. Offers in house arcade, basketball, soccer, zip line, slides, bubble ball and so much more. First off, you must sign a waiver before even getting to the register to pay so do set aside ten minutes or so to do that. They provide kiosks or you can scan your QR code to do the same. Special bounce socks are available for purchase for a nominal cost of $3.50/pair. You must wear bounce socks to play. There are several options for play time, by the hour or an hour and a half. There's also unlimited play (all day) but no re-entry allowed. Adults and toddlers welcome - there are designated spaces for the toddler areas so that is ideal for the younger players. We only stayed for an hour but still had time to enjoy all of the play spaces since it was not crowded. This space is well lit, very clean and very spacious. We also came on a weeknight so the place was well attended with staff in each area. For those not playing in the trampoline space, you can keep yourself entertained at the arcade. Play cards available for purchase to use the machines. You can win tickets to redeem for goodies at the redemption center. I saw candy, knick knacks, plushies, ie. A good assortment of prize offerings. There is also an area dedicated for massage chairs available for those that just want to relax and not participate but need to watch their children at play. (No kids allowed without adult chaperone). The soft brick zone is perfect for toddlers - safe and everything at their height. Happy to come again next time we're in the area. I took my 12 yr old, 9 yr old and met our 10 yr old cousin. It was the most dangerous place ever! Teen boys were in the SUMO ball area and before kids even got themselves fully in the ball they would T-Bone the littler kids. My son went flying as well as another 10ish yr old. That boy landed on his wrist and was balling! I yelled at the kids to knock it off, took the younger kids out of the space and went to find an employee. There was ONE person in the total play area. One. Then these same awful boys joined my kids in the dodge ball area and without even a second on the court grabbed balls and whipped them at the kids! I felt like a total Karen! This place is run by a bunch of teenagers who don't care about their jobs. I booked my kids bday party there in a private room. Kids had about an hour of jump time before the pizzas came. One pizza came burnt. I spoke to an employee and they remade me one but by the time they delivered it our room time was up. So for almost $400 you are rushed out of the room forget about cake, presents, or even finishing the pizzas you ordered. The party planner threw away one of our guests brand new phone. It was on a table and the party planner just crumbled up the tablecloth and threw it in the trash with the phone in it. We looked for the phone for a while before thinking to check the trash and sure enough there it was. When I asked to speak to management about it I was basically called a liar and handed a card with the GMs info which was completely pointless because I've reached out a couple of times and she never responded. For the money I spent here I was expecting more. The place is run down. Foam blocks are all chewed up. Oh and there was feces on ones of the trampolines. One of our guests had to inform an employee. Yesterday I wrote a review on their fb page and it was instantly deleted and I was blocked lol. Just beware of this place definitely not worth the price. read more

What a horrible facility!! One of the kids we brought for a birthday party got their shoes stolen. When we asked the flunky management team to assist in reviewing video they wouldn't. We are now going to the local police department to assist in the investigation. Never go to this facility and expect to have attentive staff or safety for your items left while using the unhygienic junk park. Our party was booked for 12:45, it was after 1:00 before we had an employee help us, after I had asked multiple times, cutting out a large part of our jump time, and having a group of restless boys. When I realized a party booked for 12 only included 16 slices of pizza I tried to order 2 additional pizzas I was told I would have had to do it the day before. I have had parties at multiple establishments and this has never been an issue. I ended up ordering two pizzas for delivery, as the staff was extremely unhelpful. I got my two pizzas delivered, but didn't get the two that came with the party. I tried to explain this to multiple staff members, all of which were rude and dismissive. By the time I got my pizza, which was sitting on the counter the whole time, it was cold and hard. When it was time for cake, our host was working at the ticket counter. After ten minutes I went and asked him for a knife, we did the cake ourselves- which we didn't mind- but I was chasing staff all day for things that should have been part of the party I booked. The host kept saying that "he wasn't told he had a party that day." My son is nine, and I've had parties at many establishment and never experienced what I did today. I've taken my kids to Fun City a few times and it's been fine. They had safe fun... that's what matters. That being said, all bets are off with their birthday parties. Horrible place for parties. I've had birthday parties over the years at various venues and they've been fantastic. This place, however, was the absolute worst. It was extremely unorganized, the person who was assigned to help me had the intelligence of a third grader, I was overcharged by six guests who weren't even at the party and charged twice for one of my guests, the staff working behind the front desk couldn't be more unhelpful, unknowledgeable, unfriendly, and all with horrible personalities (it was like talking to a brick wall), and one guy was serving pizza in another room and proceeded to put his hands in his mouth... then went back to serving. When I asked if they served Hoodsies with the party they said yes - next month. Ummm, and that helps me how? Every time I called I got different answers for the same questions. The staff is obviously very poorly trained. And, to top it all off, the place is absolutely filthy and our party room was an embarrassment. I would give this place a zero if I could. I have reached out to this facility multiple times on different platforms and never had ANYONE address our concerns. Just to give some background on our experience for my sons 2nd birthday we sent the following email: I am extremely disappointed and disheartened by the way our son's 2nd birthday party was handled by your staff at Salem NH Fun City on April 29th from 5:15-7:15. Despite being guaranteed 15 minutes of set up time before the party when we made the booking, we were denied this and the party before ours was still going on upon our arrival. This resulted in us having to set up during the first 15 minutes of our son's party, taking away from the celebration we had planned. To add insult to injury, despite being told that the pizza would arrive at 6:45pm, it did not show up until 7pm, causing us to rush our guests through their meals and ultimately being asked to vacate the room five minutes after the pizza arrived. When we attempted to discuss the situation with management, we were met with uninterested, unhelpful, and rude attitudes. The managers on duty showed no empathy towards us and did not care about finding a solution to the problem. The solution provided by the host, to move our party from the party room to the arcade room and sing happy birthday there, was completely unacceptable. We had to throw away all our decorations and rush our son's party in a matter of five minutes, cutting his cake in the middle of the arcade, as the tables were not cleaned for our guests. There was an available room with no parties in it, which they could have used to accommodate us or just placed us there to begin with. This kind of unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable and unfair to our family and friends, especially given the amount of money we paid for the birthday party. We demand an immediate response from your company to rectify this situation and to ensure that this kind of mistreatment never happens again. We NEVER heard back read more

Me and my granddaughter had a blast with are all day Saturday pass only $35 great value. The staff was beyond amazing. Sam was very helpful at check-in . As a paying customer of several children it is unfortunate that one of the children that accompanied my group was discriminated against because he is an autistic child. These indoor parks usually are for all families who are willing to pay and follow the rules. Tonight I realized this park is not for those who suffer from childhood autism. This child is not behavioral nor does he invade the space of other patrons. Per Fun City the condition for a parent to accompany a child who cannot jump alone is for the parent to purchase socks. After entering the park within 15minutes I realized that this child will not be able to enjoy this park. The father of this child was told he cannot jump when accompanying his son. We explained several times that he has not let go of his hand to enjoy the park himself and in fact he would prefer to sit down like the rest of the parents and let his child enjoy but unfortunately when his son enters a jumping cube he must as well to avoid his son from being injured or attempting to elope. After this the attendant then approached me who was with the group but not the parent of the child and started pointing to random children asking if they were my child and for me to provide proof that I paid for them. I asked to speak to his manager. I then explained to the manager she could look up my number and then explained to her what happened she then began and attempt to list that: we did not follow the rules (being that the adult jumped with the child) which was not safe and also that since we were a large group he had the right to check the bands of the childrenx I asked that usually the first intervention to a mistake is to educate so that the patrons can avoid making such mistakes. This manager was severely dismissive dispite us having a very calm conversation in the end she offered a refund and banned all families. I think that this could have been avoided if they had a sign in the window that stated " no autistic children allowed" read more

I am very disappointed with the management and customer service. I called 3 hours before I came and asked if it was ok to bring in outside food, cake and balloons and the person on the phone said it was fine and I could take any table that's available. I did the same exact thing last year with no problem. But this time the manager on Saturday evening (3/9/2024) said we needed to pack up and it's against their policy and that someone reserved the table we were sitting on. I explained that I called earlier and asked on the phone prior to coming here but the manager said that she doesn't know me and doesn't know who I spoke to but it's against the policy. She was rude, she had an attitude, she wasn't supportive and wasn't helpful. She lacked problem solving skills, understanding, compassion and consideration. She refused to give her name and I asked to speak to another manager or her supervisor and she said no. Not sure what was her need in having two security guards around her when we were only trying to have a conversation with her. Most of my family are elderly and disabled and it takes them longer to move that doesn't necessarily mean to have security around to try and get them to move faster. Please communicate, train and update all your staff regarding policies and procedures so this doesn't happen again. I have no problem with the policy but I don't appreciate being given false information prior to coming. read more

Had my granddaughter's birthday here. The service is terrible. Nothing about the schedule was explained well. PIzza was supposed to be served at 1:45 pm but the kids did not get the pizza until 2;30 - and we were supposed to vacate the room by 2:45. We were supposed to be supplied with water and juice - we had to ask for the juice. In fact we had to ask for everything. The place is run by young people with no adult supervisor. I very rarely post negative comments about a business.. but funcity in salem NH did us DIRTY. On Father's Day, my husband brought our 3 little girls to play. We enjoyed that place, tried to look past the negative comments and all the bad news people share.. we even got a summer pass.. ($40 for 2 kids to jump for 1 hour.. and another $13 for babies that can hardly even walk.. is just astronomical. ) So I bought the summer pass for $273 for my older girls on Tuesday. Got a receipt emailed. And it was marked in the account. I actually visited twice since we bought the summer passes, and never needed to show anything. Gave them our name, and that was that.. My husband goes in on Father's Day, with our 3 kids with him.. they see the summer pass on the account and he also shows them the receipt that was emailed to us. They then proceeded to ask us for our summer pass card. Got the repulsive manager Christina over because he didn't have a card.. you know why he didn't have a card? NO ONE EVER GAVE US A CARD. So even though we paid $273, and it was on our account, and we showed receipt. Christina wouldn't let the kids jump without the card. I called multiple times to try to talk to her. I got bounced around to a few (what sounded like) teenagers, laughing about the situation. And was put on hold for 45 mins. They kept hanging up on me. I also tried to message the business. My husband posted about the experience, on their "happy Father's Day post".. Instead of speaking to me, like an adult, and like a manager should, Christina Abreu decides to sit on facebook and stops allowing people to comment. Embarrassingly enough, I called salem PD. Nothing they could help me with of course.. I have never experienced such a situation before, I thought I would reach out and see if they could give me any advice. I did go down there. Very calmly spoke and the girls got the manager Christina. They VIDEOTAPED me the entire time. And all the employees proceeded to smirk and laugh during our conversation. Never did it privately, but did it in front of all the customers. So inappropriate. I explained how I have stuck up for their business time and time again. She was extremely rude and condescending. She reminded us how they are always busy, and don't need our business. It was very hard to keep my cool. She also told me my husband made a scene. If he caused such a scene, why didn't they call the police at that time? Because she is a liar. When she started raising her voice I stopped the conversation, and just waited for my proof of refund. She told us she didn't need our business, it's always busy in there. It's really unfortunate that she couldn't have just spoken to me when I called.. all of this could have been avoided.. a quick convo could have fixed this.. After I did not get help after 45 mins on hold, I came on social media to share the news. Ultimately she gave us a refund, which is why i left the facility. She most recently posted a security videotape of not only me, but MY KIDS who are minors on Facebook during the transaction of me buying the summer passes. still doesn't show proof of me receiving cards, because I never got them. So I am not sure the purpose of the video. But a ton of moms went off on her and told her the video needs to be removed immediately. I will continue spreading the word. Save yourself time and a major headache. We are now banned. Lol oh the silver lining! We have been going here since it opened. However we will never be back. SAFTEY IS AN ISSUE. about 2weeks ago my son fell from the rock climbing wall in the back 10ft onto the cement floor. Where he laid ther for about 2 minutes until HE GOT UP!! FIRST aid 101 u don't move a person that has fallen from hight. I took him to the walk in where they proceeded to send us by Ambulance to Lawrence General where my son and I spent the next 6hr in the Trauma unit. We were discharged and told to.follow up with the pedi in the am. I.proceeded to go back.to fun city the next day and speak to who.i thought was the manager. She told.me she was, however she needs to be fired. Come to find out there is NO INCIDENT REPORT!!! THIS "MANAGER" HAD NO.IDEA THERE EVEN WAS AN INCIDENT"!!!! MY SON ALMOST DIED AND THE ESTABLOSHMENT IS COMPLETELY UNAWARE OF THIS INCIDENT AND DOESNT EXPRESS ANY CONCERN OR COMPASSION FOR THE SITUATION. Do NOT have a birthday party here. Had my daughters birthday here on Sunday March 27th and it was a mess. I paid $568 and it was the worst party we've ever had. Party was supposed to go from 3-5 and I paid for 20 kids. When we got there we were told to head to the party room at wait for the party host. She showed up 20 minutes late which would've been fine if someone just communicated to us that they were running behind. She told the kids to go jump and they'd announce over head for pizza. By the time 4:30 rolled around and still no announcement I went to the front desk.. I was told to go to the room with my guests and the pizza would be right in. They brought in 4 pizzas and I paid for 7, FOUR waters and FOUR juices for the 15 kids that showed up!! Thank god I brought a case of water and juice!! Also for the cake I had to go beg for more paper plates which took another 20 minutes. Brought in 13 ice creams which was NOT enough for the 15 kids there AND I paid for 20. Gave me 13 arcade cards and I paid for 20. The party hostess was very rude and said I only had 15 kids so that's all I'd be getting I said you didn't even give me the full 15 come back to the party room and count! She never came back. I paid for 20 kids and she didn't even give me enough for the kids that were there!! The whole thing was a rip off. Then at 5 when we were just getting to the cake security comes and says the next parties here..time to go!! I'm like the pizza just came 30 minutes ago... our host never came back was MIA and we were just now eating cake. This place is a NIGHTMARE.
