I understand this is cheaper than having to maintain the large inventory of holds required for colored routes but it is very confusing. 2. The crash pads/mats in the bouldering area can be significantly improved. In some cases they hide the lower footholds from routes, they are not flat and in some regions near where they meet the wall they are quite dirty. 3. The V rating in this gym makes little sense. There are some supposedly hard routes that are very easy and some supposedly trivial routes that should have been more highly rated. However, it was still fun to climb and the lady in the cashier was helpful. Though I would suggest explaining to new comers that there is a lower price for bouldering only day pass. Would also suggest making hand lotion available (moisturizer).

What I liked: I love the black light stamp that ensures your child can't leave with anybody else. I thought that was amazing. We all enjoyed the food. Not terribly priced, but still pretty delicious (for a kids pizza/play joint). The games that were specifically for smaller children. The staff is amazing. I thought someone refilled my drink and drank off of it, so they gave me another cup no problem. The machine ate our tickets and didn't count them, so they told us to tell them that so and so said to add 100 on to our total. Then we tell them and our total was like 970 and she said so you have 1000. The last thing my son wanted was 50 more tickets than he had left and they let him get it. Another thing - the manager was out and about testing every game throughout the time we were there to make sure they all were in working condition and if they weren't, guess what? They actually got fixed! We spent four hours there, spending $50 on the largest amount of "tokens" for our play pass and it was more than enough. We ended up buying a shirt, as well, which was only $10. Everything is reasonably priced and good quality. I wish we had one closer to home

While visiting my son scanned his card 23 times for one game. He had no idea that he had done this. When I spoke with the manger and asked if there was anything that could be done - the answer was no. You played the game. In fact there were many time he didn't not play. he had no idea what he had done. We came here for his birthday. It was supposed to be a special day and instead, it was disappointing at best. He used 1/4 of his tickets in 2 mins bc at the age of 6 he didn't understand what he was doing. I get it - the business needs to make a profit - but really? None of the 23 credits could be reimbursed? That seems silly, Needless to say I don't see us returning to Manchester Chuck E Cheese anytime soon. Additionally I will advising others to stay away as well. It is too bad, bc overall the stuffed crust pizza isn't terrible, and my son truly enjoys his time there. However, I can't support a business that lacks the empathy and compassion to help fix the mistake of just turned 6 year old, on his birthday.

Some time later, I special ordered a specific kind of fish, which came in after a long wait, only to have one of the fish deformed - not their fault, but weird kinda judgy vibes gotten from the employee that was helping me that day when I didn't end up wanting them. Placed another special order for the same kind of fish, hopefully not deformed this time, never heard back from them. Last encounter was maybe a month or two back, went in to look for another kind of fish and plants, and was met by a worker who seemed pretty uninterested in being there/helping me. Overall weird vibes here and it's always kind of gross/wet/filthy. I want to like and support the local fish store but honestly I've had better experiences at both pet quarters and petco by the mall (which is a pretty low bar).

Went for a birthday party. No mother's room for nursing. Instead, they have a wooden chair in the…read morefamily bathroom for you to use to nurse. I chose to nurse in the bathroom as it was the only quiet space offered to me when I asked about a mother's room. As I had ample time in the family bathroom nursing twins, I couldn't help noticing how dirty the bathroom was. It was 10:30am and toilet and floor were very dirty. In the party eating room there were two highchairs available, although one had broken straps and the child couldn't be strapped in. I have these same highchairs in my home. They are $25 from Ikea - I would hope a replacement highchair is in the works. As I was a guest for a birthday party, I did not pay attention to prices. My 3-year-old had a blast however; they are lacking accommodations for families with younger children and that made our time difficult. We don't plan to return.
