An employee with BLUE HAIR approached me multiple times in a confrontational manner. First, she told me her manager had instructed her to speak with me. She later claimed I had signed a waiver stating I could not record. After reviewing the waiver I signed online, I found no such policy. She then returned and said she had just read it on the computer and wanted me to come to the computer with her. I declined because I had already reviewed the waiver myself. After these interactions, the employee continued walking around me, repeatedly looking at me and giving me dirty looks. Her behavior made me feel singled out, intimidated, and uncomfortable. Instead of de-escalating the situation, her repeated interactions increased my concern. I called to report what had happened and was told someone would contact me. More than an hour passed without a response while I was still at the facility. During that time, the employee remained there, which made me feel unsafe leaving. Follow Up Review Response: I see the business responded to my comment and I applaud and appreciate them being responsive to feedback. I do want to reiterate that my experience could have gone very differently with a "I'm sorry that there was confusion about when you'd be able to access the room. I can see how that might be frustrating. We will do everything we can to get you access to the room as soon as possible." Nothing like this was ever said. We were told the room is in use and the room is being cleaned and then we were admitted. We were admitted before the stated contract time but the reason I choose to still provide feedback about the experience is b/c while contract language says "jump time 1-2, room time 2-3" there was also email guidance about what could be brought in and how access to the room could be granted upon arrival to decorate and set up, which lead to my confusion. Also EVERY other party we have attended there and I'd say it's over 5 we had access to the room no fewer than 30+ minutes prior to "room time" or before the end of "jump time" however you want to phrase it. There's a difference between being contractually "in the right" and providing quality customer service. It's true it said room time 2-3 but it did not say no access will be provided to the room prior to that time and did have conflicting guidance in emails about access to decorate, etc. Lastly, based on the comment about being dissatisfied with the outcome, I want to be clear the only "resolution" or "outcome" I was looking for was room access, which we eventually received and we expressed our appreciation for your party planner with both words of gratitude, tip, and assisting her in getting all the items upstairs. But the outcome we never received, which appears we won't, was an acknowledgment of our feelings or even a bit of empathy for the confusion we had and the frustration we felt. This had been our 4th or 5th party booked at Sky Zone over the years. In the past, we had been very pleased & my kids always wanted to come back. This year, not so much. We have always had large parties & book the largest one we can get. We would get up the big room above the registers which is perfect. This year, we were in the smallest room upstairs. When we walked in, I asked them if it was our room because we always get the big room due to the size of our parties. I also asked if it was for 24+ people in which I was told no, it holds 10-15. I stated that it was going to be a problem because I have more than that. In return, I was told "it has nothing to do with the room, it's the party that is booked" & that there was another legendary party booked. I am not really sure why there would be another 24+ party booked if there wasn't room to facilitate/handle it. Our party ended up over flowing the room & into the upstairs eating area due to not having enough room to fit everyone. It was rather uncomfortable apologizing for having adults & younger children sitting on the floor eating pizza. Not just that, but for the last few years, we go there & part of the course and/or a room is always shut down. This is the 3rd year in a row that one of the major play areas is closed off. As for our host, I have no complaints, he was helpful & there if needed. We also did not end up getting a bag for the birthday children which we usually do. I am sad to say that I think our time at Sky Zone has come to an end. It was very disappointing having to spent as much money as I did ($500+) on a party that was fit for 10-15 people. To say "it's not about the room" was not the best thing they could have said. Our kids had a fantastic time for two full hours. I'd read the reviews and figured since we weren't doing a party and we're not counting on the staff to supervise our littles that we would be fine and we were. We did observe the staff person tasked with minding the place focused entirely on his girlfriend and not any of the kids doing acrobatic flips. But this wasn't a problem for us. The places charged very little ($19 for 90 min and $21 for 120!) and so a few employees making barely minimum makes sense. There is lots for kids to do. The place is clean. And the equipment in superb shape. Great for a midweek daytime visit. Can't speak to weekends or evenings. read more

This was our second time at skyzone. One star for being clean. I brought my 6 year old son here on 7/25/23 at 12:30 pm. We go in, sign in and pay, and sit down to put on our socks and get jumping. As we walked into the main walk way to get to all the trampolines and inflatables I noticed there was obviously a summer camp there, tons of kids probably early to mid teens all with the same shirts. Walking down the main area, I see a large group of them laying across the walkway on the floor doing a puzzle. Want to do a puzzle? Fine. Don't do it while you're sprawled out in a main corridor blocking the path for everyone. (Fire hazard?) I had to pick up my son to get him over them. Staff members are within eyesight- don't say anything. My son goes from the inflatables to the trampoline area and more of the same. These kids are laying on the trampolines everywhere and the inflatables as well, basically preventing anyone from jumping. I look around and see the faces of all the other adults around and they are just as upset as I am. I hear other children saying they wanted to go up the inflatable to jump on the big airbag but these teens are sitting in big groups at the top just chatting and blocking the way up. My son wants to rock climb and what do you know, the bottom just has about a dozen teenagers laying on it like it's a slumber party. Go try the ninja warrior course. Kids are laying around not actually using it. Just taking up the space. My son starts to get pretty upset so I go and track down an employee. This young man goes over to the inflatables (where there is a line of little kids waiting to go on) and looks at the teens and says- in a voice fit for a library, that they can't just sit and block the entrance for everyone else. Then he walks off. Like he said it to make me happy, not to actually do anything. So I go up there myself and tell these overgrown toddlers that they can't just sit there and to look at the line of little kids waiting to go. They look at me like I'm speaking some alien language. Finally they leave at about 1:10 pm, so since we paid for an hour, we got about 20 minutes of actual activity in. With the blatant disregard of staff to help remedy the situation, I can confidently say our next time at skyzone in Manchester will be our last just to use the remainder of the gift card we have. read more

Honestly we love it here! Never very crowded, 90 minutes of play for our two girls for under $40. A great activity to get lots of energy out. Plenty of benches and space for parents to hang! read more

Came here with my stepmom and 2 young brothers... ALL OF US HAD SO MUCH FUN! Easy for parents to use, plenty of space. We went around noon time on a Monday, wasn't too busy and there was plenty of room in each section (sometimes even to ourselves!) Obstacle courses good for most ages, basketball with different size hoops, really fun for all :) The employees weren't the friendliest but there wasn't too many of them read more
