Avezzie Charitable Foundation treated 22 enthusiastic Grade 2-5 superstars from our Room 102B FaceTime Reading Class to a high-energy hour of pure joy right in their hometown. These bright kids did it all! They flew high on the trampolines, tackled the ninja obstacle course, challenged each other on the Slam Ball court, and tested their balance on the beams over the soft foam pits. They also conquered the zip lines, tire swings, ropes course, and climbing rock walls, ending the session with a spin through the arcades and massive slides. ‍ Because "it takes a village," we were absolutely thrilled to see so many Lincoln Elementary School parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles show up to cheer on our readers. Watching the families, our two dedicated teachers, and our wonderful school principal, Gina Cavallo, cheering the kids on from the sidelines and in the party room was truly heartwarming. Three of the six bumper cars were broke, the rock climbing area was closed, the rope skywalk was closed, and one of the trampoline slam dunk hoops was broke. A couple hours later more staff showed up, and opened the rock climbing area. It was a decent time, but kind of disappointing. I would be so pissed if we paid $500 for a birthday party, and only two staff were on hand, and a bunch of stuff was closed. Maybe a good time to go is around 2-3 when more staff shows up, but then it's more crowded.

It was our first time at this location with three children aged 6, 11 and 10. We arrived five minutes before they opened. Many of the attractions were closed, which is not the issue with my visit. This location looks like it has never been cleaned. There was old food on the trampolines, used Band-Aids in the clear ball pit, spilled soda on the floor in various locations. The bathroom conditions were worse than any porta potty you could ever go into. The handrails on the ramps were loose and wiggly, so many of the sections were ripped/torn. Masking tape seems to be their best friend. Every handrail and surface that you touched was sticky, and the floor bent downward when you walked In many places. When I asked to speak to a manager, the only manager in the whole building was literally 18 years old and said that the conditions of the place was not his problem. We were there for a half an hour they refused to give me a refund due to being in the location for a half an hour. The lighting in this location is very minimal As well. If you are into a condemned warehouse vibe, and want to come down with a new disease then this is the place for you and your children.

All seemed well enough until one of the kids in the party got into an altercation with a kid that wasn't part of the party. There was very little to no supervision in this place. These were 7&8 year olds. This shouldn't have been a thing. The facility itself has a lot of activities to do. I question the cleanliness of the facility because all the colors are fading a dingy. With all the kids that flow through this place, it should be getting sanitized with bleach DAILY. There wasn't even the slightest smell of bleach anywhere. The party service was minimal, the workers brought the pizza and water in and left. They supplied the paper plates and napkins also. I've been to other venues such as Extreme Air in Cheshire where the workers hosted the party so the families and friends could focus on their kids and not issuing out the food and drinks but who knows. It's typical set up. So what you'll get at other facilities, you'll get here. The facility is AMAZING!!! There is so many things to crawl through, run around, stairs and slides, basketball courts to have little games. Two personal size trampolines that's one jumper at a time. That can be an issue if they don't have a timer for it and the line gets long. I didn't see a long line because the kids would leave and play around the whole facility. They had a small gaming room that I did t check out but I can only assume it's like other arcade spots. Only a bit smaller section. They had this one area that you can be on the second floor and launch balls down to the ground floor with a bit of force to make it fun and give you the illusion that you have a powerful gun. You can throw those balls around and hit each other, they were soft. In the middle of that room there's an apparatus that blows air up and makes these balls float and come out of the top of a 4 foot tube. Again, it's cool for 2-7 year olds. Maybe even 8-9 Yr olds would have fun in this room. This place is really big. You can't keep an eye out on your child. That's how many tunnels they are and how fast the kids can come through there that you'll lose your eyes on them. If you're the parent that needs to keep an eye on your child 100% of the tiMe, get socks and join in on the fun with them cause from the ground you will not be able to do it. They have a toddler section. A small version that they can easily have fun there too. NOW.... As for the 3 stars... I couldn't give more but if they fix this one section or gap in their business this place can be a 4.5 to 5 star facility. The tops of the slides: DUSTY. Needs a cleaning. And WEEKLY too! NOT monthly. The staffing!! The staff was very very short. The line at the concession stand was too long and the wait was insane, especially for a place that was starting to get full. I went on a Saturday around 11am... that's PRIME! TIME!! That's when you would have a FULL STAFF! Two staff at the concession stand, two staff setting up the party rooms, two in the front, two roaming the play area. .... That's just for the weekend staffing. Weekday, knock it down to ONE or less in all the areas that I listed. But it gets better and this is the ending. As we were in the front. One of the staff that was there happen to have a relative that she hasn't seen in a long time. I know this by her reaction and by what she said and how her convo went. She said, "when did you get in motherfu&!3r?!" Loud and clear. My wife said that shortly after she said, "my bad for my language".... Umm too late sweet pea. Thank God my son didn't hear that. I would have been upset if I had to explain to him that's not a word you use. So that was our intro to this place. Not a good start. Would I return? Yes and I'll bring in my own snacks to avoid waiting 10 min for a bottle of water or drinks. And put ear muffs on my children. That's all folks.

To avoid lines, fill out the electronic waiver online and bring it and also buy your tickets online that way you can avoid any lines and hassle ahead of time. Been here for an hour or so far kids are having a great time. They offer free tap water or sometimes it doesn't cut it for kids so be prepared to pay $2.39 for a bottle of springwater. The music isn't as loud as that used to be but then again it's only 2 o'clock on the weekday afternoon. They have several couches in the front for parents to sit & relax anD WIFI. I would rank the noise level a seven out of 10 so parents bring your earplugs if you need to.
