I came here for a while now and last check up I was told I had a…read moreinternal impacted tooth at the top of my front teeth by these dentists, they said my options were to take it out with surgery but I had the choice of keeping the internal tooth inside and have no problem with my teeth whatsoever. I went to another dental office for my next checkup and that's when I realized Western Dental completely lied to me. My impacted tooth is very serious and the longer I left it in the more damage it did to my front teeth. I was on the verge of losing my two front teeth because of the impacted tooth thinking everything was okay because Western Dental told me it was fine leaving it in. Not to mention at the other dental office I went they took lots more x ray pictures of my teeth then Western Dental. For sure not coming back here.

I had my insurance authorize all what they ask for and went to make a appointment to start the procedures then Paul says they mess up and put a wrong code for my authorization and they where going to do it again with my insurance and he said they where going to call me for the appointment to start it's been 5 months . I called and now they said I have to go in for another evaluation to do the whole thing all over again cause it's been over 5 months.
