I brought my daughter here for her first dental visit. She was so excited to go to the dentist and her first visit was a memorable one. We were taken to their private room since we were there on a busy Saturday. Melissa worked on my daughter's teeth. She was very friendly and explained to my daughter every step she was doing. It was clear that she loves her job and working with kids. They have movies playing to keep the kids entertained. I really liked that they let the kids pick a toy at the end of their appointment. They also get a balloon along with certificates for their first visit and being cavity free. Their office is clean, and the staff was amazing. My daughter can't wait for her next visit. I would highly recommend them to anyone with kids. read more

Omg when I tell you they are the best they really are! My 2 yr old is scared of doctors and they were extra patient and gentle with him. He was not tensed and left a happy child. This is such a cute dentist! Luckily covered by husbands dental insurance , PPO I believe. Didn't get a picture of all the cute decor, but its such a good ambiance for kiddos! Staff is super nice, gave my son a balloon and toy after. Called a week before to get an appt and we were the only ones there when we came. The dentist and dental assistants did a great job making my daughter feel comfortable. They work like a team and are all so welcoming! I was worried because it was the first time that she had major work done but they were very thorough and walked us through every step of the way! My daughter had a great experience and wants to go back! (Which is an odd reaction for anyone going to the dentist) lol. Instantly, I felt relieved and knew that my daughter was in great hands! I really wanted to like this place but after 2 unpleasant experiences I was no longer willing to entertain a third. I will say however the Dr and the dential assistances are nice but my problem is the office staff. First They tried up selling a service to me by concealing it as a copay but after speaking to my insurance I was able to turn down the offer, which displeased them. Perhaps this is why the service took a turn for the worse, but on our next visit the staff were unwelcoming. The lobby was packed and the lack of communication was unprofessional. I waited over 30mins and finally just walked out. I solely would not recommend this office based on their hidden insurance schemes but unless you ask questions they are not trust worthy. read more

1 year later and this business is still top tier. Dr. Justin is always kind and welcoming to our daughter as well as his staff. My daughter actually looks forward to the dentist, which makes taking care of her oral hygiene a lot easier at home. She trusts everyone here. Receptionists are great at reminding of appointments as well as setting future dates. The technicians are efficient with their work, we are never waiting around for the next step. Everything flows wonderfully and allows the children to feel comfortable while watching their favorite movie. I couldn't be happier to have found this place. We recommend it to everyone. read more

I'd actually prefer to put 0 stars if I could. I took my son here with a concern for possible abscess. Dental assistant asked me what my concern was as we were walking back, I started to explain but was cut off by another girl look down at her phone who said "i'd be able to see it without a scan". I didn't even get to finish my statement regarding concern. that girl ended up being the dentist; as a medical professional myself, horrible manner. My son was not even 1 at the time & she used fluoride to clean his mouth. Aside from this, they billed my insurance over 500 to "look with her eyes" and to brush his teeth with fluoride. Horrible experience, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Every time we come to Ladybug Kids Dental they are so sweet and gentle. My daughter is scared and cries a little but they talk to her the whole way through. My son has autism and they always are so accommodating and ask if we prefer a private room but thankfully he does great in the regular room with the other kids. We brought our 18 month old for his first dental visit along with our 3 year old and this office was so warm and welcoming! Everyone is so happy to be there and the process for getting set up was very easy. The kids loved watching Sponge Bob while getting their teeth cleaned. This was our second visit here and it was just as great as the first. My daughter was complaining of teeth pain yesterday (Thursday) and I was able to make an appointment the very next day. They were even able to accommodate the time I asked for. Staff are very welcoming as soon as you walk through their door and the Dr was kind and patient when he assessed my daughter. She was gifted a balloon and a little prize of her choice at the end and this mama was even gifted a rose in honor of Mother's Day.
