Lady was incredibly rude as soon as we walked in the door. It was 5:00 and as soon as I walked in the door she said in a rude voice, "Can I help you?" I said, "Are you open? She said yes but for carry out only. Mind you it was an hour until closing. We had never ate here before and would never go back. Maybe even if she would have been kind. Just wow. Customer service and kindness towards customers, awful. Thank you for another area pizza establishment that we had also not eaten at before, being so kind. Tonight I called to order a pizza for delivery, they told me they don't deliver on Fridays. I said okay I can come pick up order. I passed location because all the lights were off, when I got inside I told them about the lights being off, they were so rude and I said are you doing it to keep people away. Their response was ... I wish! It was a young girl and very upsetting because I have always loved their pizza and will never go back! Plus ordered pizza at 6pm and picked up at 630pm and it was cold!!! read more

This was our first time visiting the Blue Springs location. We used to go to 50 Hwy location before they closed down. We got the Meateater to go. We live in the Northland so we drove a little ways to get this pizza. It was definitely worth the drive. Yes, it was just as good as we remembered. read more

If you place a delivery order and they incorrectly deliver to your address and do not deliver the correct order, do not call and report it if you ever want to get pizza from here again. The Blue Springs location did this and when I tried to place an order for pickup today, I was told that the Owner (in Lee's Summit) has indicated that they are to not take orders from me anymore. It was their error but because I reported the problem, I can no longer order from here, as per the owner. Please do not do business with folks that do this. read more

Probably the best quality pizza you will find. The ingredients are top of the line and all fresh. I have had pizza from all over the KC Metro both South and North of the river and the only other place that could be close to quality would be Stone Canyon in Parkville/Zona Rosa. If you're looking for good pizza.. no wait.... great pizza; this is the place to go. Don't get me wrong. This stuff is NOT cheap, but it is well worth the money. Service: Not sure how to rate a place's service when you walk up to order and then you sit at your table until they call up your order. You can expect to wait about 15-20 min. for your pizza which makes sense when you see the size of it. I would say this location IS better at service than the Lees Summit location, but the clowns are a little creepy. And the color/look of the dining area is just award. I'll be honest, this place could have the best pizza in the world, I'm not stepping my foot in there. The place creeps me out.

Called for a delivery. Was told the delivery guy wasn't there and wouldnt be for 15 minutes, he already had 1 delivery so it would be over an hour. What? Okay so I order it for carry out. 30 minute wait at 5pm. Alright, I get there the woman at the counter is rude, nasty look on her face, she basically barks at us. Our pizza is laying on the counter getting cold. She takes our cash goes over without gloves or at the very least washing her hands she cuts our pizza touches not only the paper she puts in the bottom of the box our pizza as well and the little plastic piece they put in the box so the pizza doesnt stick to the lid. The cook is in plain sight, no hair net, no hat nothing, no gloves... drive 5 minutes home all for a cold pizza. Have loved fun house for some time but I'll drive to Tim's pizza from now on. read more

Used to be my FAVORITE place for pizza. Never again! Not sure which is worse... The fact I drove to the location only for them to get my order wrong, or the fact the person waiting on me was wiping her nose and then going back and making pizzas. Okay, the second part is a lot worse and I am used to them consistently messing up my order! Yes, I could have waited another 25 minutes for them to make a new pizza. Or, they could have let me keep my wrong order and refunded me since it was their mistake. Instead, the person waiting on me chose to throw my order on the counter, sigh heavily, and begrudgingly give me a refund... as if it was my fault they messed up. AND... she never stopped wiping her nose or boxing up pizzas! Did I mention she was not wearing gloves? I guess she didn't want to get them dirty by wiping her nose. Wait, I think someone else mentioned the same thing about their cleanliness, or lack thereof? Maybe it's a good thing my order was incorrect... Fantastic!!! OMG this is the best tasting pizza, a culinary delight! We ordered a large vegetarian one while staying at a hotel nearby.
