I called Monday September 16th and left a message explaining I needed to cancel. Followed up September 19, day before the appointment to confirm it was cancelled and it was not. They will not reimburse me and I only have until October 12 to use the sessions, which will not work for me. So I asked for a credit for a single tanning session and was told their system does not work that way. Which I know is not true. Bad business. When we went in to cancel our subscription today, we were told that we still had to pay the $40 cancellation fee unless we wait until March to cancel. This inaccurate information cost us $160 more dollars in monthly charges plus the combined $80 in cancellation fees. When we appealed to the manager, no responsibility was taken for the inaccurate information we were given back in December. We do recommend Tiki Tan in Linway Plaza in Goshen. Nice staff and a no-hassle cancellation policy. It cost us only $5 to cancel our subscription there and there was not a binding contract with extra fees.
