I had also requested no scents and no music if possible, and they did not even mention it, definitely used scented prodcuts. If they could not accommodate, that is fine, but what is the purpose of the notes if no one pays attention to it? The pedicure itself was mostly good except that body scrub should not be used on dry skin because it is painful. And even though I am a good tipper, I agree with what someone else said about the auto-gratuity. For what they charge, it should not be necessary for them to pay their staff well all on their own. After or before your treatment you are also able to use the Wind and Water Sanctuary, which consists of a dry sauna, steam room, vitality pool, aroma therapy rain shower, and heated lounge chairs.
