If they could not accommodate, that is fine, but what is the purpose of the notes if no one pays attention to it? The pedicure itself was mostly good except that body scrub should not be used on dry skin because it is painful. And even though I am a good tipper, I agree with what someone else said about the auto-gratuity. For what they charge, it should not be necessary for them to pay their staff well all on their own. After or before your treatment you are also able to use the Wind and Water Sanctuary, which consists of a dry sauna, steam room, vitality pool, aroma therapy rain shower, and heated lounge chairs. I received two reminders via text leading up to the day of my appointment, which I appreciate. When I walked in, I immediately noticed the cleanliness and chic look of the salon. The front person welcomed me and notified the hairstylist I was there. I did not wait long. I met with hairstylist Natalie. She was great. I went in for a haircut, blow-dry, style, and conditioning treatment, but I also asked if she could touch up my roots and tone down my hair color. She looked at my hair, and we worked out a plan. Because I was asking for additional services, she was not able to do both, so I had to prioritize what I needed to be done first, which was my hair color. I should have told them over the phone about my additional service needs. As Natalie worked on my hair, she always kept me in the loop as to what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. I asked about the toner process which she explained, the science behind it. I learned something new. I also liked that she had a nice hair style for herself. I don't trust hairstylist who can not style their own hair. I was served some hot tea (I was given 3 options: tea, water, and wine I think). When it came down to styling my hair, she asked me what my preferences were. I walked away a satisfied customer. I will be returning to use my Groupon voucher later this month. I'm a runner, and I've also visited her after particularly long training sessions and she does a great runners massage as well. I think deep tissue is Donnell's specialty, and that's all I've ever asked for. She applies a good amount of pressure without it being too much. She's located within Hair Innovations and Day Spa, and the room she holds massages in is nice, comfortable and quiet. Unlike some massage therapists I've visited, Donnell gives you the full hour on the table (she doesn't count the time she takes to talk to you about how you're feeling both before and after the massage). As far as price, she's comparable to most spas, and frequently has discounts and promotions. For the level of service and quality of massage it's well worth it.

At the end of the day, Ally gushed to me about how wonderful and relaxing it was. Willow nailed it.
