Our January and February membership fees were refunded and we were only charged the $80 in combined cancellation fees. We appreciate the owner taking such swift action. This could've been a five star review, if the staff had handled the situation more professionally and a negative review had not been necessary to prompt the owner's action. ************************************************************************************* We definitely do NOT recommend this Tiki Tan or any others that are part of this franchise. We were told in December that, to avoid the $40 cancellation fee, we needed to wait until January to cancel our subscription. When we went in to cancel our subscription today, we were told that we still had to pay the $40 cancellation fee unless we wait until March to cancel. This inaccurate information cost us $160 more dollars in monthly charges plus the combined $80 in cancellation fees. When we appealed to the manager, no responsibility was taken for the inaccurate information we were given back in December. We do recommend Tiki Tan in Linway Plaza in Goshen. Nice staff and a no-hassle cancellation policy. It cost us only $5 to cancel our subscription there and there was not a binding contract with extra fees.

They have many price categories to choose between and fairly priced. I use this location since it's close by but they have other locations scattered between Elkhart and Mishawaka. My results were very good and in a week I had a noticeable tan started. I'm happy with my beginner results and plan on going here till we go on vacation. Then returning when we get back.
