Very disjointed operation. Not good at customer service at all. They have a great selection and a nice property with good prices. We chose them since they had the model we wanted at the price we liked but would not do it again knowing what we know now. 1. RV pickup lot was covered with screws that can cause flats. I found 11 screws in just our stall alone. 2. Technician didn't know our camper. It was his job to walk us through it. "Oh yeah. I guess your thermostat does control the heater. Didn't think this had a heater. " 3. After purchase, we get to campsite. And discover the spare tire is flat. 4. Showing campers means smoking break for sales guy. 5. I called to inform manager of my evaluation and the receptionist had no interest in transferring my call. I do not think that they are really interested in what customers think. read more

We have bought 3 RV's from Fun Town out of Cleburne. We have a 46 ' Vengeance Toy Hauler which we love and our second is a 19 ' Jayco Hummingbird which we bought to throw on the beach. All RV's tend to have issues and we know that. But Fun Town' s service tech have been exemplary! The first time we took the small RV out, we were on the beach boon docking.The refrigerator would not light on propane. We were able to get a service technician on the phone at 10 pm who was able to walk us through the issue. Our food was saved! We have never been given less than 5 star service from sales, to financing to service and I would recommend Fun Town RV to anyone. read more

Funtown is making progress with at least one associate in service department. Had issue with one not calling back as usual. Complained and Adam called see what issue was. He has been awesome. I am writing this review in regards to my parents experience. They have bought 2 RVs from Fun Town. The first one they had many issues with the unit. They travel for work and would like too have had it for summer FUN yet they would make an appointment to take it in for service or other issues. Fun town would have the unit from May to August and Dad would have to call and rush them to get whatever issue there was taken care of to go back on the road for a job. Once they had to take the unit to the manufacturer in Indiana to replace a part. Fun town had the trailer for 2 months before they had to drive across the country to get it fixed. The second unit they purchased had to go back to the dealer a couple days later due to the slide "walking" when being pulled out and in. It took a couple weeks to get that fixed. As soon as they got off the road in the spring, the unit had to go back. An appointment was set up in May, and they didn't get it in until mid August. Today my dad finally got a call back after trying to get ahold of them for more than a week. The service department charges outrageous prices to fix anything ($160/hr), and it seems they are just a bunch of monkeys with wrenches. Shawdy work, bad customer service, etc.... the Customer service department has absolutely no common sense. When speaking to them, they dont think about warranties, expirations, and having the appointments set up months before when the warranty expires. They seem to be a bunch of mindless rude excuse searching individuals. IMHO. Fun town in Cleburne just looks for ways to peel the hard earned greenbacks that we all work for to fund a bad business. DO NOT PATRONIZE THEM!!!!! read more

I want to thank Adam and Justin in the service center. They both provided me excellent customer service and helped me out as I was in a bind. My camping trip is set for July 1 and even though they were backed up in service, they told me to come in and they would fix my awning issue. This was amazing as I knew they were three weeks until the next appointment they had free, but they knew my awning issues were dangerous and said come in. I didn't even have to wait. I will be back to purchase my next RV from Fun Town as they were true to their word. Both men should be recognized for their customer service skills. Purchased a new 2018 forest river wildwood from funtown. Found out it has powderpost beetles. They would rather tear out sections of my cabinets and try and fumigate then give me a new bug free rv like I paid for. Unethical business. Well well, where to begin. We bought a huge trailer here Dec 2016, sale went off without a problem; of course. We hauled the camper to the deer lease until January and literately there on weekends. During the time it was parked at the deer lease, we noticed a few things that were undoing, not working, wrong etc. which I think it's very common bc our last 2 we bought did the same thing. We call Fun Town and they say "no problem, bring it in". Months later they call and said "it's ready for pick-up" so my hubby goes ALL THE WAY TO Cleburne only to notice work wasn't done". Here we are in July and still no camper. We're paying for something that we can't even enjoy! NEVER AGAIN Fun Town. It's all about the sale/commission! read more

The worst place ever to buy and it also appears by the reviews not to use there Service Department either. They had over a month to fix the problems on the R.V we were purchasing. Phil our Salesman was clueless on anything or at least he was playing the dumbcard. So on pick up day was a nightmare. We were there for 8 hours. The little work that was done my 6 year old could have done a better job. And finance thought they were slick adding things on after we said no. So the damage that they did not do costs more than 2500.00 this place makes me sick. Do your self a favor and less headache and RUN! read more

David was great! He was helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to find out if he didn't know the answer to our questions. I was a little disappointed when I went out to the lot (as opposed to the showroom) and discovered that NONE of the units on the lot had the same options as the unit in the showroom, but David and Chuck came through in finding us a unit that was exactly what we wanted with all the options we wanted. We learned that the MSRP sheet is helpful. The walkthrough went well and Cori was very helpful and patient with us. The service department installed our break control and hitch and did a great job explaining how things worked, how to hook up, and what to do while we were towing. I bought a new cardinal 377 a few months ago. When we came to pick it up it wasn't ready. Make ready didn't do their job. There for 8 hours waiting for them to fix minor issues. We still had to clean it when we got home. We went camping one time and found more things wrong. Nothing major. It has now been in the service department for 21 days and they have not touched it yet. Fun Town prices may be good but their service SUCKS!!!!! Pay the little extra and go to a better dealer. They are not the only ones that sell the trailer you like. read more

I would NEVER recommend this dealership. They have nothing but excuses for what they are promising. We bought our unit approximately 3 weeks ago & because of the circumstances, it had to be delivered. The delivery was promised and it was so late we had to rent a hotel room. Prior to purchase, they knew that we couldn't get the hitch installed at that time. We were to schedule on Memorial Day weekend. I've called several times & they informed me Sunday morning was fine as long as we were there upon opening. Now, they have informed me that they can't do it. Remember, we have already financed the hitch with the unit. The GM told me he would return my call today & he did not return the call. I'm over this place. We purchased a travel trailer from FunTown Giddings but I need to post here because this is the location that is in charge of completing payoffs for trade-ins. We purchased on Oct 29th 2019, everything went great and we are happy with our travel trailer but....as of today Nov 20th our trade-in has not been paid off, that is 22 days! I am never late on anything but as of today I am 15 days late on my trade-in trailer payment, if Funtown had paid it off within the original 10 days this would not be an issue. If your RV purchase involves a trade-in use caution. This is too bad because everything up to this, the sales, walk thru and interaction with the staff at FunTown in Giddings was great but guess what my wife and I will remember about his travel trailer buying experience! read more

Like several of the other reviews, my wife and I were extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and teamwork between their sales and finance departments. Several days before driving down we were told by the salesman "Bob" that our friend would need a Cashier's Check for her part but that they would take a personal check for our part. We also said that we wanted to be put down as 1st Lien Holders and he said "No problem but we would have to come down in person to make that happen".We drove down from Ft. Worth via the Chisholm Trail Tollway to meet our friend who was buying an RV from them. We tried contacting Bob several times prior to coming down but could never get back in touch with him. We were given a 10AM appointment time and after waiting 30 minutes I asked a young finance gentleman how much longer it would be and he said "Okay, we can see you now". If I had not asked I don't know how much longer we would have had to wait. We had an appointment back in Ft. Worth at 11:30 and thought that with having an appointment and having all the funds ready on our part that it would be a quick process. We also brought along a simple Promissory Note document for our friend to sign and have notarized there as proof of our agreement. We asked if he could have their notary come in and do that for us. He said the Notary wanted to read it over first. A few minutes later a young gentleman came in and told us that he would not notarize it because it was not in his estimation a legal document. I told him that we took this off a standard website and that from everything I know I didn't understand his reluctance. Also, the notary implied that if he did notarize anything there would be a charge. That came across as very insensitive and cheap because our friend was buying a $31,250 RV from them. So, we let that go. Then, the finance gentleman (after we finished writing our personal check and sliding it over to him) tells us that we cannot be put on the title as 1st Lien-holders. He double-checked with his superior, that had supposedly been financing for 30 years, who verified that. They said their firm never does that and didn't want to get involved between us and our friend. I said that's crazy because the RV is an outright purchase and our friend and us want the title to reflect the lien. They wouldn't budge. So, we gave them our check and drove back to Ft. Worth for our other appointment. Just as we're pulling into our driveway we get a call from our friend who tells us that they cannot accept our personal check and that it has to be a Cashier's Check. So, my wife has to go to Bank America and get's the check (takes 5 minutes, fortunately they don't run on FunTown Time...) and has to make another 1 hour roundtrip on the tollway to bring them their check. They could have run our check over to a Cleburne Bank of America and cash it with no problem. While there, the guy above the guy that's above the guy in finance said there was no problem putting us as 1st Lien-holders on there title. What an amazing lack of expertise in their finance department and quite the runaround! Now, do you think they might have taken the initiative and made a small gesture to us for all the inconvenience, misinformation, toll fees, etc.? No! Somebody in authority there (if there is such a thing) should have been made aware of our inconvenience and written us a check (wouldn't have to be a Cashier's Check) for $50 to show goodwill. We don't need the $50, we just needed to know that they were learning a lesson and there was some cost and hassle involved for them. This was as close to a Keystone Cops experience as I want to experience for hopefully a long time. This place deserves a ZERO star rating! My husband and I went here to buy a new RV. We had called ahead and given all of our information to a salesman, Tanner, for our trade-in. He had us text him pictures on Friday so he would be ready for us Monday between 9-10 am. We drove the hour and a half to FunTown in Cleburne from Peaster. He did not show up for work. We waited to speak to someone else, but no one ever came so my husband said, "Let's get out of here." Silly me, I thought is a great idea to tell the top sales manager why we were leaving without buying. He convinced us we should stay as he said he would take care of us personally, but then pawned us off on the first salesman he saw who was his "right-hand man." After paying $3000 down to get the paperwork going, we decided to pay for the RV in full--over $85K dollars. We found a beautiful new 2020 Riverstone with 5 slide-outs. This was on Monday-I told him I had to leave to go out of town for a nursing consultant job on Saturday. He assured me the camper would be ready Friday for pick-up. On Thursday, we called to let them know we would be there around 9 am on Friday to pick it up. We were told there was NO way they could have it ready then...it would be Tuesday. Even though the "top dog" over the top sales manager called, nothing could be done. We got there to get the camper, and it was still not ready. There was no one available to give us the full walk through of the RV so there have been many things we have had to look up or you tube. It was not cleaned or inspected for issues. The handle on the freezer comes off every time we try to open the freezer door using it. I had to mop the flooring several times to get it clean-like 6 or 7-and the ceilings were dirty, as well as the bathroom. You would think that if you paid cash for a RV, you would be appreciated. We felt belittled, disrespected and uncared for in the whole process. After they got our money, they didn't care about anything else. The only person who was genuine was the man we handed that processed our cashier's check. I told them I felt like a woman who went to the hospital to have a baby and went home empty-handed. It was our dream to be able to go and pay cash for a new RV, and through our new business, we were able to meet this goal. We were not even in the mood to celebrate once it was all over. We get angry every time we think about it. Had we not paid the cashier's check and it had gone through our bank prior to picking it up, we would have gotten our $3K back and went elsewhere! So, if you want bad customer service, this is your place. If you like feeling disrespected and belittled, this is your place...this will NEVER be our place again. Please do not contact us---we have told this story to anyone at FunTown RV who will listen! Also, we have called one time to speak with the service department only to talk to a woman who said she works in the service department but knows nothing and no one was available to answer our questions or called us back. Note: if you call FunTown RV in Cleburne, you will not get them first...you will go through a corporate management system who will first ask you a million questions then let you through to them! read more

I've been to several RV shows and various RV stores over the years and wish I hadn't wasted that time and come straight to this Fun Town instead! It took us about an hour to drive there, but they have multiple buildings, anything you could possibly want, most of the inventory is indoors, and the salesman we dealt with, Josh Pruitt was a breath of fresh air, and reminded me of Blake Shelton in the best of ways. Our kids were with us acting crazy and no one was phased. Everything we looked at we hadn't seen before. The girl at the front desk today was super sweet as well. Regarding the service on 2-01-19....I was amazed! I was greeted by a friendly person who actually listened to what I needed done and assured me it could be done on the same day! Then the guys took my trailer and quickly fixed every thing I mentioned PLUS a couple things before I left! ZERO cost to me! ***WARNING*** DO NOT BUY FROM FUN TOWN RV!!! They are easy to deal with on the sales side of the transaction (of course, why wouldn't they be). But know, if you purchase a NEW rv it WILL be in the shop (due to how fast the manufacturer slaps them together. Yes, even the higher end RVs). Our brand new 38' triple slide RV was delivered in June 2017. We immediately noticed that it didn't come with the corian countertops like the showroom model that we ordered. The GM and the manufacturer agreed that they would send new countertops to the dealership and the dealership would install them at no charge. So we took delivery. During the walk-through, before taking delivery, the fun town rep broke the futon sofa in the bunkhouse (ripped it out of the floor). On the way home the futon bounced around and damaged the walls in the rear slide out. We waited for three months with no call about the countertops coming in and when we called the dealership back they had no idea what we were talking about as far as replacing the countertops goes. We finally got the RV into the shop in October to repair a slide motor, repair the futon and the walls in the bunkhouse, repair a shower leak, repair trim that was falling off inside and outside, and replace the countertops with the correct product. Today is December 19 and I still have not taken back possession of the RV (on the day I dropped it off for repair they said the longest it would take would be "next week"). We have already canceled two planned vacations with family and friends. There has been absolutely no communication initiated on behalf of fun town RV service department. Every time I have had a question about the status I have had to call and track down the service advisor who nine times out of 10 is away from the phone (or that's at least what the operator says). I have had to start going directly to the manager after the operator comes back and says Jeff, the service advisor cannot be found. I was thinking that this must be an isolated event and that I must just have bad luck this time around but after speaking to several Friends and other people that I met on online forums, they all have had the same experience. So if you buy an RV after reading this and have to take it in for service, don't say you weren't warned! There likely be a lawsuit in the near future. ***DO NOT BUY FROM FUN TOWN RV!!*** read more

I purchased a new 2022 forest river heritage coach on March 23 2022. I have been able to pull it to the lake one time I spend more time hauling it to funtown rvs service department and I'm going on my 4th trip and there are more to come. My front door will not stay closed, furnace duct was never hooked up,both acs are out,front jack electrical problem, cabinet doors falling off, refrigerator freezes everything,doorways bowing,walls buckling, furnace shorted out,hot water heater,shower door fell off, kitchen sink fell off,toilet,3 different leaks on the roof,both recliners fell apart kitchen table built wrong,staples coming out off the ceiling and walls,both awnings on recall and falling apart,main slide out sagging, microwave cabinet coming apart,blinds falling off, kitchen faucet has blown apart three times, water lines leaking and nothing has been repaired and January 16th is it's 4 trip and all I here is that we are sorry and we will email someone, I am disabled and my wife is in bath health and all we hear is I'm sorry read more

Let me start out by saying that Fun Town RV is the best place I have ever shopped for an RV. Especially the Cleburne site where we bought our first RV. It only took me and my wife 10 years to finally buy one. That being said we pulled the trigger this month and WOW what a ride. At first Kris in Cleburne spent 6hours with us one Saturday, we closed the place down. We stayed in a hotel and then decided the next morning that we were not "in love" with any of the units. We continued to look at different Fun Town sites and found one in Oklahoma Win Star location. We had that one for a week when we started having issues and inevitably we had to get a new RV. Now this is where the Vice President of Fun Town got involved and let me just say he was wonderful to work with under these circumstances. I got in touch with my previous sales guy Kris and we started chatting and at this point he had no real idea about my ordeal. I told the VP that I wanted to deal with Kris and I had picked out another unit. My wife and I went up on a Friday and we were in the unit swapping out our things Saturday evening. Also their Maintenance technician that came out to make a few minor repairs before we left was AWESOME, thank Mark McKeever. Fun Town put us up in their RV park and really treated us great. I can say without any remorse that Fun Town had the best price, the BEST sales people, and the BEST customer service I have dealt with in a very long time. Fun time RV in Hewitt, I think never again, EVER. let's condense the story, drove from dealer right after purchase to storage to find bottom cover dragging on ground as the service people literally cut with a knife to fix something I'm sure then instead of replacing the cut cover, they simply just used duct tape, Ah yes!! the great duct tape trick, well, it came off and dragged all over the road only to be fixed by myself of course. Second thing, This $18,995 new trailer comes with a bluetooth speaker that was never there, so when I asked Damyan the salesman to find one for me he said he would have one shipped, fast forward this... I get this person called Mccayla from parts or service say I got you speaker here, I have it shipped to you, guess what? I never got it, I called her only to hear corporate excuse after excuse " my corporate is picky" etc etc.. I left her messages only to not get neither a return call but A SPEAKER THAT I PAID FOR, that's almost theft to many people. I wonder how many other people have received this same treatment? read more

This place is the worst! We bought an rv back in September. After our walkthrough we were told if we find anything wrong to call the service department and make an appointment to bring it in because we have a 1 year warranty. We took the rv in to the service department in October because we found some cracks in our couch cushions and there was some broken trim. They fixed what they could right then but trim had to be ordered and a new couch had to be ordered. We were told the trim would come in first because the couch could take 3-4 months. A few months later the trim shows up at our house. Fun Town shipped it to us. I guess the customer has to do their own repair work. There was still no word on the couch. In January we called about the couch. No one would ever call us back. My husband finally spoke with someone today. He was told the couch wasn't covered because it wasn't found during the walk through. We've had this rv for less than a year. And we're being told it's not under warranty. My husband told the guy we had the paper from the service call but the guy told him that wasn't good enough. He said they needed the text messages that we sent originally showing the pics of the couch. That was back in October. Apparently that's not Kevin's problem. Or his boss' problem. We were NEVER called about anything after we went in for that first service call. We called and left messages but they were never returned. Their excuse? Well they moved and people were let go and paperwork was misplaced. Blah blah blah. We should've known this place was bad news when the guy Stephen who sold us our rv said the service department sucks. That's our fault. Never again fun town will you get another dime of my money. Shame on your managers and your whole service department for jerking people around. I'd rather pay another dealer more money than deal with this place ever again. read more

Can't give o Stars. Should have known better, bought a Palomino Sabre 40' fifth wheel in January 2013 from Cleburne location. Thought I would give these guys a chance-screw me twice shame on me. Anyway, went to look on 3 April and found something we liked at I thought a good price. Got financing from Red River Federal Employees Credit Union and signed loan on 5 April 2019 a Friday. Dwaine sales guy said to come in at 2:00 PM Saturday to pick it up the 6th. I called to see if it would be ready on time and he said make it 3:30 PM. Show up at 3:30 PM and RV has not been cleaned inside or outside but supposedly serviced. I left with it after 5:30 PM. It sat at my home until 6 April when I drove it to Longview to buy a tow dolly from T and J trailers. It rode terrible, kept pulling to the left. Had a trip planned to Choctaw 7th of April I checked everything. Front left had 55 PSI and right 60 PSI-Door calls for 75 PSI-I aired them up to 75 PSI. The back valve stems both point to the inside which I believe to be incorrect installation of tires. I called and General Manager said bring it in and we will take care of it right away. Chris the service manager and any of them do not care! Get your money and you do not matter. After 1/2 hour and no one touched it I drove off. Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. YOU are warned. Do not trust Mark the finance manager either. He said he would try and get better financing without pulling credit. LIAR so far four rejections let alone a better rate than my credit union and my FICA score down to 606-THANKS FUNTOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!! Name should be F***Town! read more

The repair center in Cleburne did a fantastic job replacing the kitchen cabinets in our 2019 KZ Durango Gold. Service Manager Aaron persevered to get the parts from KZ. Techs Andres and William and team did a very professional job of cabinet building. They corrected and improved the support system of the cabinets that fell off the wall due to poor design and shoddy installation by the manufacturer. Absolutely terrible experience with service advisor Mike McMillan today he was rude and kept talking over me as I disputed a $17 freight charge for a $3.00 part. I have a written quote that does not indicate any freight charge yet I'm being billed for it. When I told him that $17 in postage was outrageous for a small plastic part his response was "that's really immaterial." I then said I'm not paying for that as it was not disclosed when I agreed to pay the $3 for the part to which he chuckled and then responded, "well then I guess you won't be able to pick up your RV." Wow, unbelievable considering I have spent over $100,000 dollars with this company. Extremely disappointed. Still waiting on a return call from Mike's supervisor before I determine my next course of action. read more

I recently bought a $40,000 fifth wheel, the radio went out on it the second day I had it and the bottom panel of a drawer in the bedroom is coming loose. I called to see if they can send someone to fix it but they want me to haul it in for the radio? A five hour trip? It would be much easier if they had a tech that can go and fix the damn thing. For $40 grand they should have a mobile tech that can go look at it and fix the damn radio and the drawer in the bedroom. Believe me, I wish I could say this was better than a negative one star. It is not. Not unless they fix their massive error. To say the least, we did feel comfortable with the company because of the ratings across the RV industry. But our experience has ruined or destroyed our RV experience. The salesmen persuaded us to less quality items that would cost as much as the luxury rv we wanted. Then bs'd and lied to us consistently. We did not know until it was too late. He appeared (appeared is the operative word) to work hard for our business. Maybe it was desperation for a sale. He appeared (operative word again) to be good ol boys. We found out weeks later that they pulled credit. We learned to photo copy anything we give anyone and write "do not pull credit." We were told we were just getting our ducks in a row because we were getting the RV on the lot ordered. We were told after we returned on a second visit to explain how upset we were that they pulled credit. The salesman said he was upset and he had no idea. We questioned about when the RV would be on the lot because of the fact the dates kept changing, we looked elsewhere and told because we were a few points too low on credit score we could not get the RV we wanted. So, in returning to look at a totally different RV that had jyst won fifth wheeler th of the year. We just wanted to see it. Again, we were not ready and explained our disgust with the "hard pull 30 days prior." Since we were told Funtown does not run another credit check within 45 days because we were upset about the first pull when we were waiting on the right rv to even get on the lot...we started to feel that they should do the deal since our income met their qualifications. And they still run the second "hard pull". Told us to have our bank do the deal and never told us (AGAIN) that a "hard pull" was done. Never were they granted the second let alone the first pull. Nothing was on the lot we wanted!!! Now, this breaks the FAIR TRADE CREDIT ACT regulated by federal law. In the state of Texas the penalty is immediate financial loss and damages, a fine for each pull and lawyer fees. I believe there is an additional item they would be pursued for. My fiance is pursueing this. I will post this on every forum, blog and review site my SEO expertise will allow me to find. And if it goes south and no happy ending is met, I would throw whatever was done hard pull wise for myself in the same lawsuit...since I was on that application, too! We started in the beginning of 2017 looking at RVs. Due to their foul play we are still looking Oct. 2017 yet ....Plus put our business on hold which the RV had everything to do with. It is a luxury item and playing God on pulling credit is unfathomable but done twice! On two people in the presence of the other said hold some items needed OFF before we went there! Ants in pants or needing a commission... this WAIT was ignored. Both times! Since then... We joined fb full time groups and have shared our grievances. FunTime ignored our lawyer. We were told that the state of Texas is serious about this but this county will not get it and most likely laugh at THEIR errorsss! We are in prayer but plan to see this in court in the timeframe Federal law allows and appeal it until something sits right (if the county finds this a laughable offense& THEIR LAWYERS give no second thought of it) even if it is to get this county to see playing God on people's credit pulls to hurt them REALLY can hurt. It is not right. And Gods word says the enemy must restore 70x7. So, we pray. read more

Where do I begin.. this place has been TERRIBLE!!!! Please go somewhere else when purchasing. So we spent a couple of hours walking different campers with our sales guy, when we finally agree to purchase one. We did the trade in value, all the information and was told to bring back our camper in two days to trade in and pick up our NEW one. Well we show up to pick it up and do our trade in and we go up to salesmen who we spent hours with and sold us on this camper when he sticks his hand out to introduce himself and ask our names. What a slap in the face it was. I should of known at that moment to turn around, but we didn't. So then he says he can't take care of us at that moment so we grabbed another sales person to help us.. so this salesman comes up and proceeds to tell us we are there to look at a 2015 camper??? We were there to pick ours up!! So we finally get to do the walk through with our new camper and find a few little errors.. no Problem they fixed them. So we have our camper then two months later my credit report agency contacts me to let me know I have a bad report on my record due to no payment.. THEY NEVER PAID OFF MY OLD CAMPER?! Finally was able to get them to send the pay off. Well here we are today, we are down at the coast in our camper and spent over $300 in food for a week stay and our camper refrigerator went out and ruined ALL of our food. I wish we would of never traded in our camper at least not to this place. So please save your self a headache and go somewhere else! read more

Never again. I wish I would have come here before buying. First off I find it odd when there are so many one star ratings, then almost every review higher than a one is a five. Gee, wonder who is writing those! This place is a joke. Salesman was pretty misleading. The unit we looked at was outside. There were two TV mounts but no TVs. Now this I can't blame them for I guess I should have asked if it came with TVs. I assumed they didn't put them in until delivery because they didn't want them stolen. What's not my fault was first we had a long talk about back up camera. He pointed to the back of the unit and said the camera is right there. When we're about to pull out after the purchase I asked how the camera worked, guess what, no camera. Next I have a 5.5 foot bed, I got them to include the hitch in the deal, which was a Husky 16K slider, this is a 5th wheel trailer. Service guy comes up and says the hitch he sold me wasn't going to work, the trailer would hit the truck. I needed a Pullrite hitch and of course it's 700.00 more. Funny side note they don't have the Pullrite in the showroom or on the website. I was pissed and should have walked right then. We live an hour away so I gave them the 700.00. The service guy mentioned that they had an upset customer because they put the Pullrite hitch on their truck and it wasn't in the showroom. Unfortunately I take pretty heavy duty pain meds for back problems so it didn't click. Today I do some research and find out I can buy the Pullrite hitch for 80.00 less than the Husky they had included. It's a scam to take more of your money. Needless to say I'm pissed!! On top of all this we were told how fast this guy was at putting in hitches. They said he could install a 5th wheel hitch in an hour and a half. They started when we got there. About an hour after the walk through and paperwork I was in pain and I know anyone who looked at me knew I was pissed. So after several employees had just walked by and ignored us I asked the finance guy how much longer. He said it should be pretty quick the hitch is in they just need to do the landing plate, or whatever it's called, the only video I had seen this went on the hitch. Now to me not much longer means 10-15 minutes. Another hour goes by so we walk out to see what is going on. The truck is parked in front of the trailer we're buying. Hitch is in the truck, this particular plate goes on the trailer. So instead of them telling us the truck was ready and asking us if we wanted to take it and come back when they got the plate done they just let us sit there for a couple hours. Now that I find out this is a cheaper hitch I'm a little concerned. read more

We've owned our RV a year now and still can't get our issues resolved. I had to quit trying to deal with the service department because they are never available to talk and they never return a phone call. I finally contacted Raul, the general manager and he said he would purchase a new surround sound from Best Buy to replace the second one that was defective. He also offered us the option of paying the mobile service fee in lieu of bringing in our RV which I gladly accepted but was told I would have to wait until everyone's airconditioning were fixed. It's been going on 4 months and I haven't gotten any of the latest repairs done. At this point my recliner has been broken for approximately 6 months, the awning has been broken for 4 months and the DVD player has been broken for probably 4 months. Fun Town may advertise the best prices but they have the worst customer service ever. Just read some of the responses to these reviews and you will get a real good idea of the arrogance these people have. A good customer service representative would never call anyone out online. Instead they should be offering exceptional service.You are not going to find it at Fun Town. In the end, I wished I'd paid the higher price with a company who wants their customers to be happy. read more
