I am the African that was racially profiled and totally disrespected in every way. This racist bigot aggressively demanded that I remove my sweat suit hood claiming that it was store policy for hoodies and hats not be worn when shopping. I was taken aback and told her no. this woman proceeded to demand that I leave the store if I did not remove my sweat jacket hood. she threatened to call the police and when I reiterated that I was shopping she made the call. she described my attire and inferred that I was suspicious and not following "store policy". the store policy is what she CREATED as I walked in the door because after the encounter several people were in the store with something on their head. THIS FUN ZONE LOCATION 1220 OAK ST. BAKERSFIELD CALIFORNIA HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE!!! thief. straight up up sold me some crap that did not work, called the store 10 minutes later, her employee did not test the item as is their policy, and told me all sales are final. Had a nasty conversation ended in swearing. totally unprofessional, barking excuses about state laws prohibit returns when all i wanted was to get a store credit for the 50 bucks i spent for some broken crap. called me back to tell me she gave her employee a write up, like that makes it better that you wrote up your minimum wage employee after you screwed over a customer. called me back to get her two cents worth and yell at me not to return to her store. this is the store with photos of the thieves who steal from her posted on the front glass, but didnt think twice about burning me. now im off to facebook, twitter and anywhere this store has a place to give reviews. read more

A friend and I were having lunch at Chuys when I realized my 4 year wedding anniversary was in a few days! I told my friend I wanted to do something new and different for my husband this year. As we were leaving we saw Fun Zone and we decided to stop and I have to say I was very impressed! As we walked in we were greeted with a smile,,,I explained to the clerk what my situation was and what I had in mind and she pointed me in the right direction. With their great customer service, big selection on fully stocked adult toys and lingerie I was able to get everything I needed to make my anniversary night very memorable.
