They have lost any future business i would have given them along with my local family's. The upside of this shop is that their selection of goods is adorable and of good quality. The prices are higher than what I like to spend for kids stuff, but they're in line with other boutique style shops and they carry high quality products. It's not somewhere I would go for an entire wardrobe but I consistently buy gifts here. But it's their customer service that really gets me. The staff here is so incredibly helpful. One staffer here not only measured shoes for me while we were on the phone to make sure I was buying the right size, but she also texted me pictures of everything they had in stock in the size I needed. Then when I couldn't find parking she ran my purchase out to the curb for me so I wouldn't have to schlep my two kids in at the height of COVID. They really go above and beyond here!

Since discovering Amy's shop, it's been our tradition to stop in and check out the selection. I always seem to have luck here, and I get compliments on everything I've purchased. It's refreshing to visit a true boutique; the pieces here are unique, "forever" pieces and are of exquisite quality, mostly being made in Europe, with some Canadian and US items as well. Amy carries brands that are not easily found elsewhere, even in the high-end department stores. Reminds me of my childhood, when many luxury garments were still made in places like Austria, Scotland, Switzerland, and the US...before manufacturing moved to China. Yes, high quality materials + design + construction = high price, but honestly this was the case 35 years ago, too.
