It's not somewhere I would go for an entire wardrobe but I consistently buy gifts here. But it's their customer service that really gets me. The staff here is so incredibly helpful. One staffer here not only measured shoes for me while we were on the phone to make sure I was buying the right size, but she also texted me pictures of everything they had in stock in the size I needed. Then when I couldn't find parking she ran my purchase out to the curb for me so I wouldn't have to schlep my two kids in at the height of COVID. They really go above and beyond here!

I was not in mood to buy anything knitted, but when I came upon this multicolored scarf I changed my tune. I was low on cash but scraped together the $12 needed to purchase it because it was a one of kind find. I will have to post a picture and I am sure it will not do it justice - it was a crocheted in one piece with skein of many colors almost bell shaped like a chain. I wore it that day and I got (and still get) three compliments that afternoon alone.

Unlike the thrift shop across the hall, most items here are newer and/or "nicer". They sell homemade knitted items like baby sweaters, quilts, lap robs, & afghans.
