This practice does not care for the animals/pets or their owners, only for your hard earned cash. Karma will deal with you, trust. They refused to tell me the price of the bloodwork and a minor procedure that was "required" for said procedure(which is confirmed false by multiple other vet places and ASPCA). They also did tests and other stuff that I did not consent to or was aware of, I was informed only after everything was done. For example, their reason for administrating the FIV test (without our consent) is to "protect my staff", what a load of bs, FIV cannot be transmitted through humans, and the vet even complimented my cat's gentle personality and docile demeanor. They definitely pick and choose who to target. Avoid this place at all cost, there are way better options on the island or in Brooklyn.

All I had wanted is to have had my keys back. But you escalated it. You could have dropped my keys into my mail slot. You could have sent them to me via registered mail. After the second infection of fleas, I had had it with you. i could have sent to you verification, then I thought, owing to Mistie, might there be a third infestation? When I first signed Luna up, I got a very useful email about the next steps which was a 3 hour trial that I needed to schedule. When I scheduled, I got another useful email with instructions on drop off and pick up. I love how organized everything is and there's no guessing with anything. There's also an app available where you can watch the live cameras if you're nervous about your dog's first day at daycare or anything. I'm so comfortable with having her at Acme Dog Run and love that I see updates on the app and even on Instagram. You have the option of keeping your dog there for a half day (5 hours or less) for $35 or a full day (5+ hours) for $46. If you're looking to give your dog some fun definitely give Acme Dog Run a try :)
