We didn't have a picture to show the lady as how we wanted my puppy's hair to look, but we explained, to the best of our knowledge, that we wanted just a little trim in the front in order to see her eyes. Well,,,,, one hour later when we came to pick her up, her face was shaved all the way to her forehead and around her nose, she looked like a monkey. She was still damp and smelled like a dog. I was under the impression that when she came out from BARKING BEAUTIES, she will come out fully dried, smelling like a baby and with at least a ribbon or a hair bow, but that wasn't the case. ...
