I truly appreciate her and we will continue to come here for Ana and their great customer service. It is very clean, quite spacious & there are lots of treats, accessories and tools to get your babies inside! They are very informative and do very well with communicating appointments changes or just updates on your baby! My boyfriend took our dog to Scenthound to be washed, because our normal Groomer is temporarily not…read moreservicing. He paid $39 at the bare minimum we expected our fur baby to be properly washed and dried. Upon picking him up, he hardly looked clean and he was still WET! When my boyfriend asked why he wasn't dry, they simply answered "We towel dry them a little bit" so our dog got into the car wet on our cloth seats. This company is dishonest, or at the very least, not forthcoming about what they provide. We might as well wet our dog with a water hose and let him air dry and saved $40, Time, and gas driving to Tucker from where we live. I do not recommend this service and I will be letting all my friends and colleagues know to avoid Scenthound in Tucker

I used to live in Tucker, and they were super convenient drive...and even though I've since moved to Atlanta and now it takes me 45 minutes to get there...it's worth it! I LOVE the 5-star service the vets and staff provide --- always friendly, answers your questions, medication prescription updates, keeps you informed on shots/etc (they will email, call and send postcard reminders) and treats my stubborn dog well! They know his protective/biter personality and we've had many many visits here...it's rare to find a place that you can feel comfortable leaving your dog here for any procedure/shots/dental surgery/grooming etc. The place is clean and nicely decorated for any pet owner (dog or cat). Their parking lot is large enough to accommodate multiple customers, never had an issue. Plus, it's right next to a Dunkin Donuts...so while you're waiting or dropping off your pet, you can grab some food! Also outside is a bench to sit at, a nice koi pond and space to walk your dog around to do their business. Wonderful A+ recommend!

Alejandro just does his magic--all size puppies/dogs and non-neutered dogs too. Your dog will come out smelling like baby soap with flowing hair. Alejandro does an excellent job explaining what needs to be done to your dog--he will show you why sometimes you just gotta shave your dog instead of getting it shampooed, dematted, etc. He's great with animals, easily communicates and most of all, an awesome groomer. I've been going here for years and it's always been subpar but it's close to my job. The entire underside of his head has long, uneven, janky long patches. Every single piece is uneven with it's counterpart. He left a matt on his face. Random long pieces out of his ears. Random long pieces everywhere. One side of his snout is shaved close and the other isn't. There's shave marks all over his body, and he shaved his ears down. It's a shihtzu, that is not how you cut shihtzu's hair. I own a hair salon, I could have done so much better of a job. This was treated as an all over buzz down, not groomed. This is not a cut, style, or shape this is just a buzzed down hack job. I asked for a refund, he said he would "fix it". There's nothing to fix it's all hacked off. He said he doesn't give refunds, and as a salon owner I know that he could but just doesn't want to. I paid $135 for this for 2 dogs. Atrocious. I've never been amazed here, so this is not dog grooming, this is the dog buzz cut shop. If you don't care what your dog looks like, I guess go here. Oh, and he did not give them a bath, they came back smelling bad. So...just a hacksaw shave all over for $135, not fixable, and no refunds.
