This is the calmest and most worn out than I've ever seen her. We've been to the facility twice and each time everyone has been awesome. I've seen nothing but happy pups coming and going- my baby girl included. I'm absolutely satisfied and plan to bring my girl back at least twice a week moving forward. What I really love is the staff really seems to care and is so engaged. They host special events, celebrate birthdays and the first day report card I received was an awesome touch.

What made this worse was how the situation was handled afterward. Instead of taking accountability or addressing concerns professionally, negative feedback appears to be reported or dismissed rather than acknowledged. That lack of accountability is concerning and discouraging for customers who are simply trying to speak up for their pets. I do want to acknowledge that not every staff member was the issue -- some were kind and tried to be helpful. Unfortunately, the overall experience left me uncomfortable, and I won't be returning. I'm sharing this so other pet owners can make an informed decision. Our pets can't speak for themselves, so gentle care, accountability, and compassion truly matter. This was my first time ever going to FurBusters, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had with a groomer. I only took my cat Tux in for a bath, nothing else. When I picked him up, they had completely shaved him down and even cut his whiskers. If you know anything about cats, whiskers aren't just for looks -- they help them balance and feel safe. Cutting them can really mess them up mentally and physically. If I did that at home, it would be called animal abuse. The fact that a professional grooming place did this like it was normal is just wrong. When I called about it, Layla brushed me off saying "he probably moved too much." They wouldn't even let me talk to or educate Bunny, the groomer who did it. No apology. No accountability. Just excuses. Tux came home scared, confused, and uncomfortable .... all from what was supposed to be a simple bath. That's not grooming, that's neglect. I really don't understand how they can do that to an animal and act like it's okay. If I were to do this to my own cat it would be considered animal abuse. This was my first visit and definitely my last. If you love your pets, please don't bring them here. They clearly don't care about the animals or the owners who trust them. We took a chance with this place, heads up you will need to sign up on the app first, have the rabies decal and vaccinations ready to upload on the app before you can get an appointment. Somehow the person who took care of our cat was able to shave her, wash her, trim nails. We had to be called to come get her earlier than expected because she was hyperventilating. This tells me they took her health seriously and the situation and they were successfully able to shave her all over and bathe her to get her to a better healthy situation. I hate that they had to go through that with my cat but very grateful for their help. The package came out to around 75-85$.

I will say that if they do not bathe them before I pick them up, they do not smell good and have smelled like urine and sometime have poo on their paws. The building is in dire need of repairs, and I believe they are working on it.
