He is easy to work with and provides good recommendations for options or improvements that can be made. I ask a lot of questions, and he was happy to answer them all and explain patiently. He has a good eye and pays attention to small details that make the final product come out really nice. Other parts of the project like plumbing, electrical and stone countertops Mike has people he works with to complete the job seamlessly. They cut, polished, and installed a quartzite countertop and sink, added plumbing for the shower, and installed a glass shower door. Overall, the project was completed quickly. Mike was a pleasure to work with and we look forward to future tile projects.

Explained the entire process step-by-step and then did really high quality work. Our grout and caulking looks like new and all soap scum was completely removed from the tiles. He also extended our grout to cover our separate tub, which was a nice plus. Josh was very friendly and efficient. Also, Kyle was very responsive in getting us the estimate, very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them for any grout or caulking work and would definitely use them again when repairs are needed.

I called in the afternoon stressed out, sent photos over text, and Jonathan patiently worked with me to identify the exact match to our existing floors. They have the products we are interested in, measured a model house and provided a quote. We found another installer that called them for a quote for the wood and The Floor Store salesman told the installer "they can't make up their mind" and provided him The Floor Store quote for our installation; cost us money and ultimately we purchased the flooring elsewhere. They provided our personal information to the installer we found. The Floor Store salesman is either petty or is ignorant of law.
