The fence was totally done wrong and the wood is now separating on the fence only 6 months after his work. The height and the style was not even the same. You can see in-between the slates and the natural wood is showing. It's definitely a botched job all the way around. He over sprayed our fence into our neighbors pool and deck. I wanted to write a review so no one else wasted thousands of dollars on a terrible job. Our neighbor hated the work on the fence as well. Mike is a nice person but the quality is not there and he commits to work without writing it all down on his estimates so he isn't committed to follow it through. Be very cautious.

They were flexible on the start date because I had a medical issue that caused me to have to push out the start date two weeks. Communication was generally well, and they took my input along the way and got it done to my liking. The only thing keeping them from 5-star is that things got messy. Apparently they didn't realize their vacuum didn't have the filter on it, and dust ended up all over the kitchen and neighboring rooms. Took me hours to clean everything. Second, there's debris in the yard and driveway where they were working that will need to be cleaned up too. Overall they do good work, and I would hire them again.

Nick and his team from JC did a fantastic job with our kitchen and created exactly what we wanted, finishing the entire job well before the estimated completion date. Each phase was handled quickly and professionally with great communication and no surprises. The design process was excellent and very helpful to see our options and get advice on what would work best with our space (CJ, our designer, was fantastic to work with). They made sure they had all materials on hand before starting demo, minimizing our kitchen downtime. Demo was fast, and the following material installation happened in quick succession. Teams coming to the house were friendly, timely and professional. Any questions or changes needed were handled swiftly and easily over a quick call with Nick, and then put in play immediately. He gutted both rooms, installed new flooring, custom cabinets with granite counter tops, new kitchen lighting plus under-cabinet lighting & accent lighting, and rewired outlets. He recommended one of his crew to rebuild a fireplace mantle. Guy has provided several other projects even after we challenged his estimates. Again, he wasn't always the cheapest. He remodeled our master bath by removing the tub, upgrading plumbing, & making a large shower with camouflaged drain. Another project was to replace the tub, install new plumbing, tiling and flooring in our Guest Bath. Aside from other small projects, Guy also continued the flooring from the kitchen, down the halls, and our dining room and den. All work was supervised or completed by Guy's son, Mark. The crews were always punctual, clean, and as quiet as possible. They were also too polite. Guy and Mark are sometimes more critical of their work than they probably should be. All labor and products used are guaranteed or warranted. No repairs or product upgrades have cost me a dime! A couple of notes: If Guy has an improved idea to yours, GO WITH GUY! Also, no contractor is as good as Guy with satisfying a couple who have different ideas and choices!
