Purchase a sofa set, had a blemish/defect across one leather seat on the sofa. Called the store, and sent pictures of it as they requested they call me to state It was a factory defect and they would replace it with another by Sat. No one showed up or called. One week later I am still getting the run'-around (excuses). Have filed a CV complaint with the BBB anf the FTC. read more

I was greeted very politely by a sweet young girl when I entered the store. However, another more mature lady came by me while I was shopping and just seemed like she was eyeing me up and down and suggesting I didn't belong there. (I was in my work clothes.)
