He replaced the very parts the noodle heads before him said they had replaced, all original parts, still in tact.He had to remove all the shelves, drawers etc...to remove inside back panel, to get to some of the parts....which I never saw the man before do. So, that right there told me, the other guy ripped off the Warranty Co. Now, WE did end up paying $1200.00 out of pocket....but we had some expensive parts replaced, one of which was a compressor.....But, add it up here. .....the fridge stops working and unless you can get someone to your house within the hour to repair it, you're either going to lose the groceries inside, or transfer them to the refrigerator in the garage. Either way it's a big hassle. Then wait 2 weeks for them to come and not repair it. We then have to do this a second time....transport groceries to the garage..go back and forth to the garage whenever you need something out of the refrigerator, the freezer isn't large enough so you end up losing some groceries. So, there's waste of money as well. I don't know about you, but I'd rather spend the money to have it repaired, correctly the first time, than to go through all of that. It is not like you're having to do without a microwave. And spending 1200.00 isn't the same as the $12,000.00 for the Fridge. So, don't go through the aggravation we did for a month before we took control from the warranty company. Simply call Prestigious Appliance to begin with. They are the most knowledgeable guys you'll meet.

Their site specifically sates to go to the customer service desk so they can access the "Order Now" website to complete our order. To note: ON THE SHED IN THE PARKING LOT, is SPECIFFICALLY STATES: NO DELIVER FEES, NO INSTALLATION FEES, AND NO SALES TAX. On this Sunday, the employee had no idea how to sell the shed or even find it on the Order Now site and advised us to come back on Monday morning. We both have full time jobs so could not do that, but tried to call the Home Depot Tuff shed rep multiple times throughout the day with no answer or response. We finally connected with their customer service who stated we should return to the store and go to the Pro Desk. So, today on 7/21/2026 we returned to this location and went to the Pro Desk. The initial employee also had no clue how to do complete a shed sale and called another employee to assist.... who also had no idea how to assist. So, she sat on the phone with Tuff Shed who had to walk her though the Order Now site process. When it can time for the final price, it was hundreds of dollars more than what was advertised. When we questioned that, they said that the no sales tax, fees, etc... only applies to certain States and Alabama is not one of them. When we told them that it is LITERALLY POSTED ON THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING IN THE PARKING LOT, no one went and checked, so I went out there and took my own pictures. They did not honor what was posted and neither did Tuff Shed who was still on the phone with them. This is the definition of FALSE ADVERTISING and is a bait and switch scam to get you in the door. DO NOT do business with either of these companies if you are in the market for a shed that will cost out thousands of your hard earned dollars, heaven forbid you had to try to file a warranty on one of these things if this is how they are upon initial purchase.

When my order shipped, they used a delivery company called Roadie, who couldn't communicate properly and wasn't able to navigate to my house. When I offered to meet them somewhere easier, they instead tried to refund my order and return it to the store without even delivering it. I contacted Best Buy support and they reshipped the order, and this time I chose pickup at the Hoover location to avoid any more delivery issues. The pickup date said Sunday, so we waited all day to pick it up--only to find out nothing was ready. When we asked an associate for help, they were rude and acted like they had no interest in helping us at all. At that point I'd had enough. I ended up getting everything refunded and I'll be taking my business somewhere else. Save yourself the frustration--I wouldn't recommend wasting your money or time here.
