    Good to know.

This is one of my favorite dish, today I made a delicious Paella Valenciana that was also my first attempt at making it. it turned out incredibly tasty! Since I successfully made this dish, I want to share it with you. Here are the ingredients needed for this recipe. *Paella Valenciana - from World Market (inside a box comes with saffron rice and a can of seafoods) *Matiz Octopus- from World Market *Wild Argentine Red Shrimp- from Costco *Mussel Meat - from Sprouts Market Boil 3 cups of water, add the saffron rice and stir. Then, add the can of seafood included in the box. I added more seafood of my choice to enhance the flavor. Let it simmer for 25 minutes. Enjoy!

    Nice and chic outdoor furniture.

I love World Market. Their stores are always so full of interesting products, from furniture to food items. You could find lots of European food and snacks that otherwise wouldn't be available at your local grocery stores. I always enjoy discovering new food/snacks. From time to time I find my favorite Belgian chocolate brand here too, Guylian. Their furniture looks chic and high-quality. In fact, we ended up buying some outdoor furniture from them ourselves. But when we came to this store to pick up our 2 outdoor chairs (on Wed, 8/17/22 at around 7 pm), 1 of them was not in a box anymore (aka. it was a floor model they had used for display at the store). When we looked surprised, the older lady that worked there (a manager I'm guessing) immediately looked at us and got on the defensive side and said out loud, "That was the only one left. That was it." While I understood there was no more new one in stock, I think her delivery was crude. Furthermore, it would've been nice if we had been informed in advance that would be a floor model, and we would've felt more valued as customers if they had asked us if we would accept something that had been used as a model. But this older lady didn't seem to care too much about what her customers thought at all. At other World Market stores (for example, the store in Concord), they offered me 10% back when they had to offer me the floor model. But at least the two other younger female staffers at the store, on the other hand, were very nice, friendly and extremely helpful to us. Thank goodness for those two. They're the reason to stop me from giving a one-star review on Yelp.

Great stuff. We have not been here in awhile. They have great furniture that we cant afford, but we like it any way. They got new Jewelry and pins which is awesome. Of course lots of tea and coffee which is on point. Great cup selection. As well.

    Christmas stuff.

One thing I've realized is that every store looks the same. But it's well stocked and if I'm looking forsomething familiar, I can find it. They have a decent beer/wine section. There are some areas that seem less complete, than their store in Oakland, CA. The cute little dishes and other such things were nowhere to be found. Also, the snacks weren't as plentiful, but it was a cute little store and I'm glad that I went. And as usual, I walked out without purchasing a thing, but I'm not mad at them. But, the walk down memory lane is real, and I was able to have that here. So if in the area, I'd come by and hang out.

I love these! I don't like the price.

This is my new favorite store. They have cool stuff from all over the world, especially India. I love all their elephants. The Italian soaps smell orgasmic and their decor is nice. Pricier than Kirkland's and Home goods, but defiantly worth it. I go out of my way to have my house look different than all the hood rat broads I grew up with. They say never forget where you came from, but you know what? It's been forgotten. I even changed my name and everything.

This is a very large, well stocked Cost Plus! So many cute and useful things to buy. I kove coming here to buy gifts, as there are so many unique items and something for everyone.

It's been years since I stepped into a World Market store, my first time at this location. According to the locals, this place opened recently, within the past six months. Makes sense considering I didn't recall seeing this store the last time I was in the area, which was around this time last year. Anyway, all I can say is you guys in Vacaville don't know how good you have it with this place. It's kind of like a huge liquor store that sells gourmet imported snacks and food stuffs (at cheap prices). In NYC we have nothing like this. The closest thing we have is Bed Bath & Beyond that has a section of the store carved out as World Market (think store within a store, and BBB owns World Market - in case you didn't know), but they don't sell liquor, let alone wine, which is extremely unfortunate. If I lived here, I'd definitely be the duke of this place.

    Pretty bright colors.

Bright, fun, funky, unique and familiar. So much to look at and enjoy. Different items to eat, drink, wear or play with are on display here! Lots to look at. Furniture, food, wine, candy, candles and items for your house or yard. JK and I liked walking around and smelling the candles and soaps. The bright colored pillows and furniture were pleasing to the eye. While you may shop here for something specific, it's fun to come here and "find" what you need. We picked up a couple different snack items. Chips and hot sauce for DP. Candy for JK, chocolate for me. Flavored, carbonated water for all. We enjoyed it! The employees were friendly and helpful. Our cashier met us with a smile and he asked if we found everything we needed. We laughed, because we didn't "need" anything! The gentleman at the cash register next to us laughed and proceeded to describe the little bottles of Vodka on display. He said they taste like "cake batter." This one is chocolate carmel flavored. "Aah, what the hell." I said... "Throw one of those in too."

Crate & Barrel has an outlet shop the in the Vacaville Outlets in Vacaville, CA…read more Discounted Crate & Barrel (CB) inventory?!? Yup. When I'm at the outlets, this is one of the shops I must stop at. CB is one of my favorite retail furniture and home stores. Their style leans to being modern and functionally minimalist. I visited recently. The staff greeted us and everyone that walked in. Staff individually moved about the shop asking folks if they needed assistance. We spoke to a couple of associates; they were engaging and helpful. This weekend they are having an additional discount of 10% added to the already tiered markdown prices.. And the items not marked down are 20% off. This sale structure is common of them. The inventory of furniture was in good shape and in my opinion, was marked down accordingly. Don't get me wrong, it's a discount outlet so there's a reason the furniture is there... damaged, retail returned or discontinued. So check out the pieces throughly to see if it meets your standards before purchasing as most items are final sale. And if you like an item, get a sales person attention and stay with the item. Remember since these are not stock pieces. Other folks are also eyeing the same items. This discount shopping ain't for wallflowers. I like to browse the housewares (service ware, glassware, all of that). These pieces aren't broken, but are likely discontinued.

I walked around the store and absolutely nothing was jumping out "buy me". You can better value at one of the other houseware places and maybe a better selection.

Often I'm finding items that are still on sale on their main site. My recent find was a stone mortar and pestle that was 40% off. It's such a beautiful piece - an "own it for life" quality item - and thanks to WS outlet the value was great. I do give 4/5 stars due to the "no returns" policy. There have been occasions where here I passed on a purchase because I didn't feel confident enough. First force you to be very intentional and give the item a good once over. There was no consistency in arrangements with many brands spread out over half the store. Many items matched what was currently in store, so my close guess would be that they carry seconds or minimally damaged/returned items. The few Le Creuset they did have were mainly in dirt brown and cerise, items that could be found online for the same price or lower. The service wasn't helpful or friendly and the store felt more like a Goodwill than the higher quality I was used to with Williams Sonoma. The final straw came when our items were rang up as the final sale price wasn't clear on the screen and didn't match the percentage listed on the shelf. Overall, there was nothing positive about this store so we never plan to return.

Otherwise my experiences with customer service and inventory at this location have been very good! In particular I like their gardening section. They have lots of healthy looking plants in the clearance section! They actually water their plants. Most of the time it just seems to be making room for new arrivals. The associate calls it "the happy shelf". The employees I've interacted with have been great too! The gardening section people are nice to talk to. They actually also garden and so can tell you tips or about their own experiences. The nice thing about their plants is they have a one year guarantee. So if they die you can get a replacement or refund. I think all of the plants I've bought from Lowe's have survived so far. I can't say the same for the big orange competitor. Tip: If you're buying mulch you can simply tell the gardening register person and pull your car up to the curb for assistance. No need to load and push around a heavy cart yourself! When I went into the main store two associates helped me find a tape measurer. That's without me flagging someone down for help. The prices also seem to be fair and they often have good sales.
