From the point one in our arrangement, I knew she is the most ideal candidate for the job. My cat is incredibly shy and does not trust people easily; she typically hides even when family members visit our house. To address that, Kirsten invested time in getting to know my Ema over the course of several acclimation visits, and each time establishing a closer contact with the cat. As a result of this, Ema bonded with Kirsten by the time I had to go for my extended trip. Kirsten would provide detailed reports and photos from each of her visit. She would not only feed, clean and take care of Ema daily, she also filled that special space to make her comfortable and not lonely. She brushed and played with her, enticed her with treats, and did such an amazing job all around, that I had no concerns being away for such a long time. Kirsten is very punctual, professional, and diligent sitter. She is amazing with animals! You will not have to worry whatsoever about leaving your furry baby under her care. Enter Pet Sitters Unlimited. The whole experience was great, Kirsten first showed up for a consultation where she met the dogs, got a tour of the house and asked all of their needs etc. She takes the time to get to know the dogs well and make sure the dogs are well cared for and comfortable. Just before our vacation Kirsten contacted us and confirmed our reservation and went over the details. During our vacation we got a few pictures of the dogs via text and some confirmation that they were doing great. Kirsten spent a lot of time at the house and played with them and hung out. When we arrived home, we found the house was in perfect shape, dogs happy as can be, sheets from the guest bed in the washer and a daily update on how things went including a record of plants watered etc. Being comfortable with who your leave your dogs with is very important and we are very happy we chose Pet Sitters Unlimited. I can't say enough positive about them and look forward to another resource besides my Mom that can take great care of our pets. Thanks!

Both to her on initial visit and again in writing on my counter after we left, two visits a day to feed cats and open and close front verticals where our one cat likes to lay all day and watch the birds & squirrels. Kitchen fan light was to be left on the whole time. Our second night gone we checked in on our security camera at 8:30pm and saw that our front verticals were wide open and the kitchen light was on, so every person driving by my house could see right inside as plain as day and know that we were not at home. I contacted Cheryl via WhatsApp right away(twice) and she read my message right away but ignored it until the next morning. Cheryl lives not even 5 min. From my house!! If that was me and my business I would have responded to my client right away and taken care of the problem/issue right away. Because she chose to ignore my message and the rest of the visits she turned the kitchen light OFF I honestly can not recommend her or wishbone. Had their been an emergency with my cats and I contacted her would she have ignored me?? I won't take that chance with my pets.
