I am reviewing PAWS Cat City 501(c)3 for locals or visitors to Seattle U-District in hopes you will…read morestop by, as they are really one of the cleanest and most comforting cat rescue/adoption center non profits I have seen! They have the hugest amount of big hearted volunteers and I will be one soon too and donated a large cat tree, and immediately the cats wanted me to take them home when they saw my donation. I found the staff to be all really educated, kind, humble and very caring about the conditions and play activities and space for the cats. They have several glass playrooms with huge space so guests can go into the rooms and really connect to the cats, lots of activity, stimulation and playtime, very comforting cat sleep places and it is super clean. By the behaviors of the cats, I know it really is a special foundation. We hope this post will inspire any locals or visitors to consider visits and donations of time or anything to support these cats into real loving kind giving supportive new family homes. I love PAWS 501c3!!

Instead we walked in, filled out a one page overview that took 5 minutes & escorted into a private room to meet the cutest kittens, including the one we came to see. 45 minutes later we were parents of two spayed, neutered, chipped and vaccinated gifts, the last being more than what some humans did for themselves. PAWS are doing god's work.

I would highly recommend that anyone looking to adopt a pet go to Homeward Pet. The staff is remarkable in the care they offer these animals. A+

This is the best place to adopt a dog. The time the staff spends with you is top notch. The quality…read moreof care for the animals and the new parent adopters are amazing. I've been to several shelters in the past year to adopt and it's been up and down. I went here on a Saturday after work and brought home my fur ever baby girl. I'm a proud happy fur mom . This is the happiest day of my life . I cried so many tears of joy when I was able to adopt my new female dog. I named her Sasha. Previously known as Oldsmobile. Sasha is the absolute sweetest girl ever. Sasha is what my heart needed. As a puppy she is very smart. Introducing to crate has been fairly well. Eating wow this girl can eat, run, do sprints around the house, yard and is super excited. I am too lol. Potty training is going very well in the morning she wakes me up with kisses to say she has to go and stands by door we go out. We have a routine. Totally recommend Homeward Per adoption to everyone. You will never be disappointed. The accept donations from you if your pet has passed away, been surrendered or you just want to donate, food, toys, supplies for dogs and cats. Well, I could continue to give praises all day. Gotta go mommy duty is calling.

I intend this to be constructive: please fix your system!…read more 1. volunteers: please let the volunteers try to get through the system once so they understand the user experience and understand the waitlist app and how it looks, what the user sees, and how it calls us. everyone should have to do this. today i was treated rudely (like a scam artist or something) by volunteers while i was doing precisely what i was told to do by the waitlist and the front desk. 2. the waitlist app: the waitlist app is absolutely and totally broken. I waited through a list of 8 people and when I got to the top i was randomly dropped to number 5 again. I waited again. the third time i was at the top, I went to the adoption center they said my name was nowhere on the list at all. it went on and on! I was there for 2 hours of this. I know that you are underfunded but really--why is this so bizarrely inept and broken? Just make a PAPER LIST and call us, like a restaurant hostess would do. We didn't adopt, but we will from a good organization. And the place we adopt from will also receive our donation money.

I was in a pretty helpless position as I was not due to be home for several days. My son came up with a great idea and checked online to see if our dog had been found and turned in to the RASKC. Sure enough, she was there. My wife went down the next morning, paid the fee and picked her up. She had been well treated, and we are very thankful that they found her and gave her a good safe place until we could come get her. My son said that she was so excited to see him. She cried and whined, and fell asleep in his arms in the car. Thank you very much

The staff were super warm and friendly, they couldn't get enough of Calvin in his new raincoat. They helped me find the size for my bigger dog I needed, and were chill about Calvin wanting to try treats. They made the experience very pleasant. The store is in a convenient location, easy to find, has plenty of parking for those who need it, and is bright and open. Highly recommend.

Baci's favorite shop!!…read more You can park anywhere in the university village and my puppy will bring you here with his little nose. I mean! How can you not love this spot. Sadly, we come here almost every week just for the bones and ice cream. I still cook all his meals at home! So what's the best part about this spot besides the happy puppies? You can park downstairs in the village or up here in the smaller lot. It's a smaller store but they have the essentials that we always get: goat milk gelato, bacon and chedder swell's puppy ice cream, peanut butter ice cream! The smoked bones, Icelandic fish skin, the bully sticks, the chewy yak chews and the occasional little treats from their treat bar: we got the tub! You get discount per pound with the tub. He doesn't like them as much since they are mostly flavored with grains so we get a handful sometimes. But beef jerky, taffy, bbq smoked bones! Can't go wrong with them. Baci loves this place and so do I!
