If I could give them zero stars, I would. We got a wonderful charcoal lab from Circle B in 2016…read morewhen they were a smaller breeder. We decided to get another lab puppy from them in 2020. We put money down on a litter to pick a female puppy that was born in January 2021. We had first pick of our female puppy out of the two females from the litter. We went to pick her up when she was ready to big enough to leave, the other female puppy had already been picked up. A couple of months later, we discovered by looking at pictures, they had given us the wrong puppy, the puppy we did not pick and did not want because she was too hyper. How does that happen when there are only two females in the litter. We did not say anything for a while, because we knew that we had to keep this puppy now, because the other one was gone. When I finally sent a letter to Cassandra, the owner letting her know how upset we were, I never heard a word, nothing acknowledging the mistake or an apology even. We just took our dog, who was now 4 in January to the vet, and she has to see a specialist because the vet thinks she has retinol neuropathy. When you pay a breeder that much for the dog, they should make sure you get the dog you picked and do sufficient testing to rule out potentially serious genetic defects. I will never buy another dog from Circle B and I certainly will never recommend them to anyone I know. Horrible!

My wife and I had a solid, long discussion not only about the contract aspects, but this breed in general, things to expect, etc. Was a blessing to hear that when Sherman was born the family at Circle B looked at him and exclaimed "Charger", because he looks so much like his grandpa dog. We have felt completed supported and well communicate with throughout the entire process.

Adopted my Leo in early April, 2026. Easy process, she held him for me for just a $500 deposit. He…read morehad to fly in from Russia, was microchipped and had most of his shots before he came, with his little "passport!" I have had cats all my life (I'm 65). I have NEVER had such a sweet and affectionate kitty! I have wanted a Maine Coon for ages, bc of their wild look and supposed easy going nature. My daughter moved out and took three of our 4 cats, so I was left with my 7yo Ragdoll boy, who was clearly lonely. Maine Coon Cattery USA was a wonderful solution. It was a reasonable price (he had to be flown in from Russia, had 95% of his shots, was neutered and microchipped), and I picked the fiercest looking little boy. Who happened to have 2 extra toes on all his feet! He is chirpy, and trills at my Raggie and me when he wants attention. He went from a little alien monster, with whiskers 3x the width of his face, the extra toes (so he walks and sits funny), and too long legs and tail, to a fluffy, gorgeous boy in just 3 months. He's now almost 4x the weight when I adopted him, at 7 months old, and I'm sure he will be on the larger side of Maine Coons. He runs to snuggle me in the morning once he realizes I'm awake. Plops down next to me on my shoulder, purring away, and falls asleep until I just have to get up. Yes, I stay in bed a lot longer bc his sweet face and paws holding me are irresistible. Get yourself a Maine Coon. So worth the cost. And Erika will make the purchasing process simple. No deception, no bait and switch. Healthy, happy little kitten monsters who grow into loving, sweet companions.

I have mixed feelings about my experience at River Dog Jax. On one hand, the instruction is…read moretop-tier. I absolutely love Keiko Swanberg; she is a highly experienced and incredibly positive certified trainer. Her teaching style makes a world of difference, and the progress seen in the classes is a testament to her expertise! However, the facility itself leaves much to be desired. The space is consistently dirty and unkempt. There is a very noticeable smell, and dog hair accumulates heavily in all the corners and along the edges of the room. It is disappointing to have such a high-quality trainer working in an environment that feels so neglected. I hope the management prioritizes a deep clean soon to match the caliber of their instructors.

I am not much of a Yelper but decided to leave a comment on here in addition to my Google review…read more Our pup Indie has been going to Jax Riverdog for nearly 2 years. Indie requires some extra attention and care due to some injuries and food sensitivities, and when Carolyn and Kim were there- she definitely received all the love and attention! Indie knows Jason very well and enjoys his company, and I believe she is slowly warming up to some of the newer staff (she is a particular pup.) Indie always comes back exhausted from camp, and we always love seeing photos of he on her walks, or playing games, or, her favorite, getting pup cups! The team at Jax, especially the Companion Camp have always been informative and caring and we know that Indie is in good hands here, when there were days her arthritis was acting up, the Jax team was quick to contact us, and let us know how she was doing so we could determine if she should just rest, or if we should come get her. She also wears a brace (for her arthritis) when she is active- so Jax has been very understanding in learning how to put it on her, and when it should be used. We have also given her a bath in their facilities (wish it was open on weekends but understand that requires additional staffing) We are currently taking our 2nd class on K9 Nosework with Austin on the weekends - and she loves it! We have had positive experiences at Jax and truly appreciate all of the folks that look after her when she is in their care.
