This is important because I needed to show that in order to get my car insurance funds back. The refund from the insurance company to me was to be in excess of $1000 For I had paid it in full. Again, I called this am for simple paperwork to prove to the state the date that Cloninger took the car back. A very unprofessional and caustic man, refused once I told them the needed information. Again, required by the state of NC and the insurance company A very simple request and he became belligerent in his Refusal. This,,after I had explained the requirement 3 times. Not happy at all!!!! Now I have to deal with the sdta I will say that if you go ahead and deal with Cloninger, work with Omar. He was delightful and very helpful.

Customer Service: We were very glad to have a sales team that didn't pressure us or try to be slick, like the last dealership. They answered all of our questions, were friendly and personable, but didn't hover or pry. They offered us water and coffee and were just nice in general. I also received a free power train warranty as long as I get my oil changes there! We purchased the car in January 2018. I have been back for oil changes, and just recently my battery had an issue. I get out of school at 5pm, and they close at 5:30pm week nights. I live 35 minutes from school. I went to the service department and explained my issue, at 5:10pm, and they happily took my car in to replace the battery. They didn't once mention it was almost closing time. I reside 150 miles from HBI yet they treat me like a local customer. It's comforting to know that if the car should "lay down" HBI is on the way; it's happened to me ! The disclosure stated 23,937 miles, while the vehicle arrived showing 26,378 miles. I contacted the dealership to discuss the discrepancy but we have not been able to resolve the issue so far. Because of this, I submitted complaints with the appropriate regulatory agencies for review. I recommend that buyers carefully confirm vehicle details, especially when purchasing remotely.

Around 2 years ago I made an appointment and went to make another purchase from them only to be treated extremely poorly and very rudely as friends and family had told me they had been treated. Also as all this transpired GW discontinued promised services that came with my previously purchased vehicle. I wouldn't recommend GW to my worst enemy and in fact make sure anyone I know is told how shoddy a business they are. Sad.
