From the test drive to communicating in detail throughout the paperwork process, then sitting in the car and reviewing how to set up all the features in our new Tucson hybrid. He consistently left us feeling we made the right choice stopping in to LNH that day. Even after we noticed an unfamiliar sound after driving, he told us to bring the car back in to have it checked that same day and the service tech rode with us and explained why the sound was different from what we were used to. We have had many car purchases both being in our mid sixties and this experience by far was by far the best. We highly recommend Garrett and LNH!

No push, just information and he answered a ton of questions patiently and cheerfully. He was really awesome. Turned out that going in for information and leasing a car was absolutely in the plan and that subject was thoroughly discussed, pros and cons. Everyone from the manager to Richard to the finance guy were patient and wonderful. I had purchased a Hyundai Sonata, '08 I think, back in 2010 at Lake Norman Hyundai and I had an extremely positive experience over the years with that vehicle and the dealership, et cetera. I love my car and I love the fact that I can message Richard or call is right there to help even after the deal is done the papers are signed. I made an appointment with him on Wednesday to go up and go over the myriad of features in the car and he spent two hours with me, sitting in my car out front of the dealership going over absolutely everything.

We started…read moreour search working with 4 Ford dealerships and 2 Nissan dealerships as we navigated our remote vehicle purchasing journey. We ultimately decided to go with Ford and located a particular F-150 at Huntersville Ford's website. I originally reached out online, speaking with Alycia who was kind enough to talk to me about my wants, needs, and my concerns around social-distancing amid the COVID-19 pandemic. She introduced me to Angelica who further helped me understand the pricing on the particular vehicle I was interested in; she, too, was very helpful and friendly. For much of the buying-process I worked directly with Eric Basiliere who was amazing. Eric and I went back and forth over email and phone for several days as I asked a million questions. I am sure I asked more questions than most customers, but Eric and his team never made me feel like an inconvenience and were always quick to respond. I had quite a few questions I needed answered (this was my first truck purchase, so I required a lot of education on the features), and even more requests around pricing, financing, trade-in, delivery, etc. Once we agreed on a price and our trade-in, he introduced me to Michael, the finance manager. Michael ran my credit through their most competitive in-house banks/financiers and was able to get me a phenomenal APR along with the available Ford rebate and sales price. When we came down to the final steps, I reiterated my sincere need to complete the process as safely as possible. I'm very high risk for COVID-19, and was not prepared to go for a test drive, let alone go into a dealership and sit in an office filling out paperwork. Eric & Michael handled as much as they could remotely/virtually and honored my medical needs. Once it was time to finalize the process, Eric was generous with his time and drove the truck to our home late on a Friday afternoon! My husband and I signed the final required paperwork (outside, distance was respected, and masks were worn by all), and Eric stayed an extra hour to 'onboard' my husband - to show him all the features of the truck in-person, to help him connect to the FordPass app, and to walk him through everything. All of this was not only late (after most/normal work hours), but outside in hot and humid weather. Overall, Eric and his team were INCREDIBLE! We've already referred them to our friends and neighbors and are looking forward to being Ford customers for life.

I…read moreinformed the quick lube adviser that I would need the proper work for Zigluar extended warranty. This alerted him I would not be using this dealership. I was per warned there reputation. They fail the inspection for as hoses. There's is nothing wrong with any hose on this low mileage vehicle. Received a text qoute for 738 usd to repair this item. I declined because being an aircraft maintenance technician by trade I knew this was repercussions from my letting them know I would not be using there extended warranty insurance They gave me the paperwork knowing it was not complete for the required documentation for Ziegler insurance. This was deliberate and unacceptable! Stay as far away from this scam dealer ship as possible.

We had a very positive experience with our recent purchase of a 2021 Passport. We arrived on the lot and we're promptly greeted by Bill Anderson. Let me tell you, if you want an excellent car buying experience with a salesman who knows the industry, call Bill! He took us on a great test drive around the area and got us into the exact car and trim we wanted. We then met Robert. Robert was an incredible professional and worked with us to get the best price on our trade-in and a monthly payment on the new car that we asked for. He is a great negotiator, but also very fair and really listened to us and where we wanted to be payment wise. On to Johnathan in finance. He had all the paperwork for us ready to go, we just had to sign on the dotted line. He made us feel comfortable and well informed about our purchase, warranties, etc. He also gave us some great advice about the areas surrounding Charlotte as we are on the hunt for a new house. (I truly wish that process could be as easy and smooth as this one...but we will see!) Overall, this was the BEST experience my husband and I have EVER had when trying to buy a new or used car!! Everyone we interacted with was great and we will definitely be back to Hall Auto to purchase our next Honda.

    To Whom It May Concern,…read more I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding an extended warranty/insurance coverage that I purchased through Honda Huntersville last year. Before my original vehicle warranty expired, I was approached by a representative at the dealership, a gentleman named Carlos (last name unknown), who strongly recommended that I purchase an unlimited mileage coverage plan in order to continue protecting my vehicle. Based on the information provided to me at the dealership and the trust I placed in Honda and its staff, I agreed to purchase the coverage and signed the necessary documents. Now that I need assistance regarding this coverage, no one seems willing to take responsibility or provide clear answers. I have been passed around without any resolution, and I have been informed that the employee who sold me the policy is no longer working there. However, that should not remove responsibility from the dealership or from Honda regarding a product that was sold directly under their name and within their business. I would also like to formally question how a person working inside Honda Huntersville was allowed to sell me an extended warranty/insurance coverage that now no one wants to honor or take responsibility for. It is extremely concerning that customers are being asked to sign and pay for protection plans that later appear to have no accountability or proper support behind them. If this coverage was sold under Honda's name and inside a Honda dealership, then Honda should explain how this situation is being allowed to happen and who is responsible for honoring what was promised to customers. At this point, I feel misled, ignored, and financially affected by a product that was presented to me as legitimate and reliable protection for my vehicle. I respectfully request a full review of my case and a clear explanation regarding the status of the coverage I purchased, including who will be responsible for resolving this matter. If this matter is not addressed properly and in a timely manner, I am prepared to escalate this issue further through the appropriate consumer protection channels, including corporate review, regulatory agencies, and any other legal or consumer rights resources available to me. My intention is simply to receive the coverage and accountability that were promised to me at the time of purchase. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
