    Normally I get my oil changed at Independence Audi but I could not get an appointment that suited my schedule so I scheduled here. It took me almost 2 weeks to get an oil change scheduled. I arrived early and the service rep told me it would be ab hour to an hour and one half, I was there for 3 hours. The cost was $50 more than the usual charge at the Independence Audi. Bradley was my Service Advisor, he was nice and professional and the staff overall that I interacted with was nice. They really exceed with the amenities in the waiting area. Cold beverages and water, coffee and sodas. Lot's of snacks, chips, power bars and candy. Nice but not really that important in the big scheme of things. I liked the video they text you to tell you about your tire and brake wear. The funniest thing, in the waiting areas they have a big car battery. Attached to it are 10 phone charging jacks. Not ONE, with the lightning connector for the recent iPhones. See the posted pic. I mentioned to a lady at reception and she just laughed.

    I took my A3 in for recall service. They got me an Uber home and when I returned they gave me this cute stuffed cat for free from the retail shop. Efficient service and good communication.

    I highly recommend Audi Northlake and Rhyle Scott when buying a vehicle. From the start Rhyle was the consummate professional and made my car purchase so easy; without high pressure and the delivery process flawless. I am a new Audi customer and now an owner of a 2022 Q7. When looking at an Audi or any vehicle on the Audi Northlake website or lot, always request Rhyle Scott.

    My husband William and I just purchased our brand new vehicle from Stephen Duty! When I say the entire experience was OUT OF THIS WORLD Awesome!!! It was all that and then some! We initially met Stephen in February 2021 when we initially ordered our Audi A6. From the moment we arrived at the dealership, to the time we met with Stephen has been such a joy! Stephen is very knowledgeable, personable, friendly and genuinely kind! He was patient with us every step of the way from the first meeting all the way through till our vehicle arrived from Germany! And wait, there's so much more Stephen helped us with once we completed all the financing to going over the particulars of how to operate our brand spankin new baby! (LOL)...     I purchased a used Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio from Godspeed Motors in August 2025. Within hours…read moreof delivery, the vehicle broke down on my first drive and had to be towed to an authorized Alfa Romeo dealership. On August 13, 2025, that dealership documented a pinched wire in the body harness and noted that body harness replacement might be required. I attempted to manage costs through an independent Alfa Romeo specialist, including a partial wiring-harness repair, but the issue persisted. I then returned the vehicle to Godspeed, where it remained for approximately one month. It was returned to me stating the issue had been resolved. Within days, the same electrical failure reoccurred, including a limp-mode event on the highway. A subsequent comprehensive diagnosis at a different authorized Alfa Romeo dealership confirmed that the entire headlight-to-dash wiring harness required full replacement. I informed Godspeed of this confirmed diagnosis. I was told I could return the vehicle again for repair, or accept a trade-in at approximately $6,000 less than the purchase price, with the final value to be determined once the vehicle was back in their possession. I was also told that repairs not performed by their facility would not be reimbursed. Given that the vehicle had already been in their care for approximately one month without resolving the wiring harness defect, I did not feel comfortable returning it again. I ultimately authorized the complete wiring harness replacement at the authorized Alfa Romeo dealership at a cost of $9,450.22, which resolved the issue. In total, I have spent approximately $15,000 out of pocket correcting a defect that was present from the first drive. A vehicle requiring a $9,450 wiring harness replacement immediately after purchase should not have been sold as road-ready. Based on my documented experience, I strongly do not recommend this dealership

    7/11/22- first visit to this dealership for service…read more I called the dealership on or around July 1 and scheduled an "A" service (10,000 miles) on my GLE 350 vehicle. From start to finish this was absolutely the best "car service" experience I've received! Calling to schedule was super easy, the advisor on the phone was super knowledgeable and efficient. She pointed out the A service would take approximately 90 minutes and they offered a comfortable waiting area. Upon arrival the advisor I engaged with (Chris Ali ares) was knowledgeable, fast and friendly. He pointed out the waiting area and told me he'd get me taken care of. Shortly after getting comfortable in waiting area Chris approached me to point out my State Inspection was due and asked if I wanted him to take care of this while I was here, yes and thank you! At 9am I was blown away by a text with video I received (I've never experienced this before). The text/video was from my technician (Alex Palacious), in the video Alex explained the service he was performing on my car while it was up on a lift. I've enjoyed the Mercedes brand and had my vehicles serviced at another local dealership for the last 6+ years but never experienced this level of professionalism, friendliness, efficiency or engagement, and I've never received a video text message from a technician! I ask to speak to his manager Jeremy and he was very not caring...I said ok I'll take it to my Mercedes mechanic and then they told me I had to pay $255 for them looking at my window. I ask Jorge why didn't he tell me that previous and he said that's his fault and I still I had to pay! The customer service is horrible here and I will not be coming back! I do not recommend this location!

When the service representative, Sydney went above and beyond to reach out to Lexus to see if they could assist me because my warranty had just expired. She made sure to assure me that she could not promise me they would help me. Well, Lexus came back and authorized repairs that would have cost me several thousands. It took over 2 hours. When I received the video from the mechanic showing his inspection of the vehicle, one normally expects the service advisor to come out within 15-20 minutes. Nope, over 30. His excuse? Too many customers kept him at his desk. Sorry, but clients already in the hopper need to be addressed first. Then it was $150 for an oil change.... And an additional $150 to replace the engine and cabin filters. Over $300. I know dealerships charge more, but this was gouging. Will not be back for any non-essential service. Most certainly would not buy my next vehicle there.

With it being a newer vehicle, we weren't sure what was happening when we started experiencing issues. I contacted the service department at Porsche Northlake Charlotte and, to my surprise, was transferred to my former service advisor, Logan Pope. Logan immediately recognized my voice, which was refreshing, and it was a relief to know I was speaking with someone not only knowledgeable but also someone I had worked with before. He explained that the issue was likely due to a low battery in the remote. Logan gave me the information for the exact type of battery needed, shared that he had seen a similar situation with another customer, and then patiently walked me through how to troubleshoot the problem including where to position the key when the car wasn't starting. Because of Logan's guidance, I was able to successfully start the vehicle, and make it home where I had access to my spare key. I ordered a new battery and everything has been working perfectly since. Logan's professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot over the phone left me enormously impressed. I also greatly appreciated that Logan took the time to stay with me on the call until the issue was resolved and even invited me to bring my new vehicle in for service. It is clear that he truly values his customers, whether it's a small issue like mine or a larger one. This level of service reflects the culture at Porsche Northlake Charlotte, where employees are valued and in turn value their customers. I hope the owner and upper management sees this review and recognizes Logan Pope for the outstanding service he provides. However, of the 5 minutes I stood there talking with the 4 guys present, Mr. Guevara responded to everything I was talking about in a negative and passive aggressive manner. I eventually walked off after trying to relinquish myself from this verbal abuse exhibited by an employee of Hendrick BMW which has always shown the uttmost respect from Austin to Charlotte. I've spent hundreds trying to keep the engine light off. Ford dealership says I need an engine. I still have two years to pay on this vehicle through my credit union. I called there and spoke with a guy and all he said was it passed inspection. The salesman didn't even have the decency to call me back. Before you drive off the lot they get you to do a Google survey. don't do one until two or three days after you've driven that vehicle. Car lots like these need to disappear. This will make a nice email for the attorney general. I'm going to continue these reviews on every site that I can until they make this right . STAY THE FK AWAY FROM HERE

The financing associate told me I was unrealistic with what kind of payment I was looking for even though I had previously researched how much the loan was going to be. He told me I had to have 10% down which is what I offered but then told me that he needed more so I offered 20% for a down payment. He never greeted me; he only asked for my name. He never said goodbye. A woman walked in, mid-appointment, stood in front of me with her butt right in my face and started talking with the finance associate even though I was mid-sentence. The finance associate didn't acknowledge that I was speaking and focused his attention on the other person who barged in. As soon as I realized the disrespectful manner that was being portrayed, I left. I told him "Thank you for your time" and walked out without the finance associate saying anything back. This company advertises as a "good credit, bad credit, no credit, no problem" type of car sales business, but it is nothing of the sort. He tried to guilt-trip me into thinking that I was looking for something improbable even though I was looking at the cheapest car on the lot and was offering a sizable down payment. The whole interaction was rushed and not friendly by any means. There was a constant undertone of dissatisfaction that I even showed up, so it makes sense that the finance associate jumped at the chance of talking to someone else besides me. I get looked over constantly because I am younger and I don't prescribe to Southern Societies' view of what I should look like. This place of business only strengthened that belief. I should also note that the online information for the car that I was specifically looking at was false and misleading. It was advertised as an automatic, which was a manual; it also was advertised as having no problems with it in the past even though there was extremely evident water corrosion from being in a flood. Don't bother going in, it's not even worth the dirt that's on my workboots. All the bad reviews on google say the same thing; with the owner resorting to slandering the prospective customers personally as a response. This place is a disgrace.
