    When I brought in my Dodge Ram 1500 for service, they initially told me I needed new exhaust manifolds, which is common for a Ram. After keeping my truck for a week, followed by the conflicting stories they provided ,they eventually informed me that I needed a new engine. As a result of their work, my engine was ruined by the piece of slag they dropped into the engine, so I was left with a significant financial burden. I had to cover the costs for the work that led to the engine's damage, arrange for the truck to be towed to another mechanic, and have a new engine installed. Subsequently, three other mechanics confirmed that the engine was indeed ruined during the exhaust manifold replacement process. Fury admitted their responsibility by offering to pay for the new engine, excluding the labor costs. What's more, they have the audacity to suggest that I should pay for an oil change and new manifolds for an engine they destroyed. This would be comical if it weren't for the significant financial burden it placed on me. When you bring your vehicle to be repaired, you want to be able to trust that the people have integrity. Unfortunately, from the top down(Brian, Brad and Mike) , Fury Motors lacks this crucial quality. I would advise anyone thinking of bringing their vehicle to Fury to beware or be prepared to pay for their mistakes. The lack of trustworthiness in their service is a cause for concern.     Very disappointed with Fury Motors Stillwater. After I received an estimate and the car was close to being finished they stated the air filter was dirty and needed to be replaced, parts and labor $140. To do the repairs I signed for they had to take off the air intake cowling and put it back on when they were done. Guess where the air filter is? When I said no suddenly my tires are bad and should be replaced (and by the way we have a finance company we work with). There were pictures of 4 tires labeled with which each was and the pictures were fine. Again I said no and how misleading their quote was. Quote said tires were a future issue. The quote also indicated that the 4X4 service would be free. Oh but we're sorry that it's $550 if you still wanted it. Yes I'm going to chat with the BBB. I did agree to split the 4X4 fee and they will do the air filter for free. My suggestion is stay far away from this dealership you cannot trust their quote or their greed at trying to sell additional parts.

    The Worst Service!!!! I just bought a new Ram and they said my first few oil chance is gonna be free. I did the first one in Salt Lake City and they did what the promises! Today I went to Furry motors in StillWater, MN and it was the worst decision that I've made! A "service adviser" RAENER lied to me. My car stays for one hours and charge me for oil chance, tire rotation and replace one filter $617.00 oil chance supposed to be free, tire rotation $38.00 like she said. She very unprofessional and hide the amounts. I don't get it how the dealership like that keep those people in they time. All the negative reviews that have here is about services. I'll make sure that all my friends never step in this place for services. They charge me $200 for the filter where cost $22 at Amazon and $296.00 labor. I hope have someone honest in the place be able to fix this robbery!!!

    It seems like either people really like Gardy's, or they don't. My experience was not good. After…read morestopping in and discussing my Suzuki control box project with Dayton, he said he would be happy to do it. He also instructed me to buy the control box needed and to call him when I had it. After getting the part, I called him schedule a day to bring it in. He said the following week would work. I asked what day works and he said he would call me. No call from him, so I called him and he said he was really swamped and it would have to be the following week. Again I asked for a day and he said he would call me on Friday to let me know the day. Again, no call. So the following Monday, I stopped in. Again he said it would have to be the following week which is now approaching my lake Vermillion vacation time, starting on June 2nd but still ok. I said I needed to have a date set and he said Tuesday, the 26th of May. I arrived on Tuesday with my boat and he told me that he talked it over with his guys and that because my motor is a Suzuki he doesn't want to do the project, due to liabilities, and that I should take it to Hallberg Marine because they know Suzuki. He said if it was a Mercury, Honda, or Yamaha, he could do it. Bottom line: Why didn't he just tell me that from the start? I ended up taking it to Warner's Marine in New Richmond, explained my situation, and Nate Warner fit me in, and they have been great! Again, Dayton should have avoided this mess by not taking on the project in the first place. I rarely write a bad review, but in this case I had to. Now Gardy's has a recent review for future potential customers to see. Also, it looks like reviews aren't posted to their website yet...Hmmmm
