Our older teenage boys were with us and got to experience great customer service and how to change out a battery.

He was not pushy and asked great questions...and was patiently waiting for us with the car warmed up and ready to go on the crappiest weather day ever. The entire process was friendly and low key at Kline Volvo. They were even upbeat about the 18 year old heap we were hoping to trade in. The paperwork portion with our awesome salesman, Nate Tufvesson was organized, clearly explained and as easy as it gets. The finance person was delightful as well. The people were all friendly and helpful as you'd expect at an upscale dealer; however, their genuine kindness was truly appreciated. My hubby even stayed calm and was in a great mood all the way home. That alone was mind blowing. I have had a few questions since we've purchased our vehicle and I have been very pleased with the quick and informed responses from Nate. It's always a treat to have a new car, especially when you are happy with the dealer you are going to be working with for a loooong time. Wanted to get new wiper blades and light bulbs since I tend to do a lot of night time driving. Staff were busy, probably about a half dozen customers in the store. I normally look for the items myself via vehicle parts search on their website; found them, brought the items up to the register. A really kind and knowlegable gal (and here, I'm apologetic that I don't remember her name) helped me by verifying that I was getting the correct blades/bulbs for my vehicle (they weren't lol). She helped me get the correct stuff and even offered to help replace them for me--I was very grateful. I've switched out blades/bulbs on my own, but she was so kind and patient while she did that for me. She really gave me a moment to just be still and collect myself from the hectic day I was having. She also did not make me feel less than, or dumb, or anything like that at anytime, she was perfectly calm and confident about it all. Thank you, gal from AutoZone. You gave me peace of mind, and my family and I had a very safe roadtrip.

We walked into the store, obviously clueless, and were immediately approached by every male employee in the store, each of them desperate to offer their expertise. We told them we needed one windshield wiper for a Dodge Minivan. One was designated the "winner" and showed us to the windshield wiper display and looked up the correct model. My friend picked up the appropriate wiper and started walking to the checkout counter when the employee informed us, "I'm sorry, but you can't buy just one. There are two winshield wipers on the car so we can't sell them to you separately." And of course we fell for it. She'd only had her license for 2 weeks and my birthday was still eons away so I hadn't even started taking driver's ed classes. So the both of us clearly had 'GULLIBLE' stamped on our foreheads. I'm not 15 anymore and have since learned that while it's a good idea to replace both your windshield wipers at the same time so they wear at the same rate, you CAN buy one at a time, unlike the information provided by that dope at O'Reilly Auto Parts. So even though I'm not as gullible as I used to be, I still avoid this place on principle and give them the evil eye every time I drive by.

Yet when I returned during my lunch break, demanding they simply test the key and return my car if it worked, they refused because "the technician wasn't there." No actual diagnostics were needed--just a test drive! I had to involve a manager since they were treating me dismissively, dragged the process out to try and make me late, and still charged me for diagnostics, even though nothing was wrong with the car. Too bad I have a great employer who understood. They tried to steal time and money from me, for absolutely no valid reason. This is fraud, plain and simple.

He really out his nose to the grindstone and made it happen. I ended up driving away in an amazing 2022 Honda Civic Sport with only 8,300 miles on it!! I drive a lot for work and managed to also get me an extended warranty/service contract for 5 years- 150,000 miles which was the entire extent of the loan. Justin also was great explaining the features of the car and getting the paperwork done with me in under 45 mins!!! Any other time I've bought a car it was an all day ordeal. Sadly 3 weeks after purchasing the car, I was t-boned by another driver and my beautiful new car was totaled. I was devastated. After it was towed I needed to retrieve my belongings. But my title hadn't been transferred yet. So I called the office and the owner Jim Long answered and helped me. I had him on speakerphone with the attendant at the tow yard and after Jim was told what would be needed for me to get my belongings out of the car and have it released to my insurance, he got right on it. He personally made a trip to the DMV to get the paperwork and I was able to move the process along within 24 hours. So not only did Kirk unexpectedly get me financed for a pretty much brand new awesome car, but Justin had my old car traded in with all paperwork filled out and signed in under an hour and 3 weeks later after the car was totaled Jim went out of his way to get the paperwork needed to keep my insurance claim moving. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE AGAIN AMAZING QUALITY VEHICLES WITH UNREAL QUALITY SERVICE!!! One more important detail that shows how much class this place has and how caring they are is the first thing Jim said when I called about the paperwork was, "I heard what happened. Are you OK?" Where all other dealers would see this as an opportunity to sell me another car, not once during the conversation was anything about that mentioned.
