We called Fuse Appliance Repair just after Thanksgiving after our washer was giving us a water pressure error. Eduard showed up ahead of his arrival window, it was indeed our water pressure sensor and he had the necessary part on-hand and our washer was back in action within ~90 minutes of his arrival. It has run flawlessly since. This week, our dryer was seemingly hot to the touch at the bottom and our clothes weren't properly drying, its light was on/off at seemingly random and its buzzer was incredibly irritating and loud especially to shared neighbor walls as well as our pet. Eduard once again showed up ahead of his arrival window. He determined the airflow was fine and nothing dryer-specific was problematic, disabled our buzzer and the lightbulb was just loose. So far, so good. Will update if necessary but based on the previous washer experience, I think we will good. Fuse repair came to my house. Ross put on his shoe covers and came to look at my combo oven-microwave outfit. The previous day, the microwave had ceased normal function. Without a moments notice, Ross jumped into work mode. Professional and courteous he knew the issue must be tied to a simple fuse replacement. He was thinking about the solution, but also not gouging the customer with talk of a new control replacement board, etc. the stuff of lesser competitors looking for a quick buck and markup costs along the way. Within 30 minutes Ross had fixed the system and we were back up and running. Thanksgiving won't be canceled this year thanks to Fuse! The service cost was reasonable and I was happy to pay it. The company was very responsive with fast turnaround time. However they didn't do a thorough estimate assessment for our water heater replacement. They provided an on-site estimate in which I had signed the contract on the same day. They came back the next day for installation and almost immediately, they said the water valve needs to be replaced too. This cost us an unexpected $225. It would have been nice if they had assessed the valve during the estimate phase of the process. read more

I had two visits to perform a thorny dishwasher installation that required installation of a new electrical outlet. The first visit was by Arthur and confirmed the work could be done, and he arranged for the purchase of an electrical casing box that fit the outlet I had already purchased. Eduard came a few days later and completed the work ahead of schedule and efficiently, going above and beyond to double check that the installation worked and placing the unit correctly. The electrical work was done and the dishwasher in place for less than $300, inclusive of all parts. What a pleasure to deal with honest, hard-working folks! After Ray's Appliance ($95 non-refundable) told me, after a cursory look, that I needed a new ice maker, I called Fuse. ($65 refundable). Edward spent more than 30-minutes running down every possibility. In the end, we ended up shutting down the frig (a 2-yr old Bosch) for 24 hours, then restarting it. Had such a good experience with fuse, Eduard was very helpful from over the phone to in person. I had an issue with my freezer not dispensing ice they came down the next day took a look and gave me a reason on why it wouldn't be working and gave me an option to try and if it didn't work they said to call back and they would replace my ice maker and gave me an estimate on the total cost. Safe to say they saved me a a couple hundred bucks! I tried what the guy told me to try and it worked right away meaning I don't have to call back and spend more money on replacing the ice maker. Wow!! This was by far the best decision I made. I needed to have my Google thermostat installed and after one company came over and said they couldn't do it I searched more and saw that it could be done. Vladyslav the technician had no problem taking my old thermostat out and converting it so the Google nest thermostat worked perfectly. Our dryer went out. So we called Fuse who were able to come out the next day. Ross was able to properly diagnose the issue, an ignitor. We had some difficulty communicating as Ross did not speak English well. So we used a translator on his phone! He indicated that he would have to take the dryer apart, starting with the top and working his way down to the ignitor. He also indicated it would be another 3 to 5 days before they could get the part and return to repair. As we could not wait that long to have our dryer repaired, we contacted local appliance part centers, locating the part and were able to pick it up ourselves that day. Kudos to Fuse who was able to send a technician out the very next day! Edward arrived ahead of schedule and completed the installation. Dryer repaired! I had some concern with Edward as he was unable to figure out how to remove the top of the dryer. He was able to access the ignitor from the bottom-front panel of the dryer. So it really went faster than anticipated, not having to remove everything from the top to get down to the ignitor. My only complaint was that technicians lacked concern about where they placed their tools. I had to find a cover for our washer to protect it from scratching. Otherwise I would have rated this team and company a 5! We will be using Fuse again :) read more

Little disappointed with the service. Our washingmachine started making grinding noises so we looked up a repair service. Impressed as the tech that came out knew in almost under a minute what was wrong. We were told we'd get emailed an estimate for how much it would cost to fix it, but it would be "better" to buy a new one. We rent so it didn't seem practical. Anyway, never got the estimate so I'm assuming it would have been astronomical to fix? Or too much of a hassle. Either way, we didn't seem to be included in that decision so now we are looking for a different repair place to see what we can do. read more

Wow wow wow! Our relatively new System stopped working during the July heat after a weekend of poor sleep we called Fuse HVAC they were the first to respond. I messaged Ivan from Appliance Repair to look at a Samsung Front Load Washer Machine. We agreed to a date/time and an initial service call fee of $69. Once I provided my address, I was messaged saying a tech from FUSE HVAC would be helping me. When I questioned the different name of the company, George assured me it was a different department that handles calls for washers and dryers. The tech came out and I showed him my owners manual with notes I had taken from working with the Samsung customer service department. Ivan, pushed a few buttons on the front panel, unplugged the washer from the wall and told me the motor was shot per the display code. When I told him the top loader machine was working fine and the code he was seeing on the machine did not match up with the code in the manual, he then said it wasn't the motor. He claimed to do a "hard" reset and all was good. I was charged $150, zero parts, did not check the drain to see if it was clogged, NOTHING! I tried to use the washer the next day and it did NOT work. I never received an invoice and when I called and was emailed my invoice it said $69. I had to call a 3rd time for the correct invoice of $150.00. I DO NOT recommend this company for your appliance repairs. If I could, I would give them zero stars! read more

When our not-very-old KitchenAid refrigerator stopped working on the fridge side, we called these guys and they came out within a couple hours - ON LABOR DAY!!! That alone is worth a bunch of stars! The technician, Dennis, figured out we needed a new fan and came back a couple days later to install the ordered part. Dennis was very conscientious and went above and beyond in helping me clean what turned out to be a moldy mess behind the inside panel (so gross - will NEVER buy another KitchenAid fridge!!!). We also had him troubleshoot a computer panel problem and they didn't even put the lengthy diagnosis time on the invoice. Not sure how that's possible, but it was very easy to add a well-deserved tip to the online invoice. The adage that you can only pick two (low price, high quality, fast work) was just proven wrong.
