Passed by this cute little place a few times during my visit to SSI and decided to stop by for a sweet treat. There was plenty of free parking and there were also tables and chairs along the front entrance sidewalk where you could sit and enjoy your yogurt. Walking in, I was greeted by this super sweet young man who welcomed me in and asked if I had been there before. I let him know that I had and grabbed my cup to start my adventure to goodness! There were all sorts of flavors ranging from strawberry to key lime to a few different gelato flavors but I ended up with cookies and cream yogurt since a few of the options I wanted were all out. I did arrive not too long before they closed so it was no not deal. Once I got my yogurt, I headed to the front area to grab my toppings and was pleased with all the different options - waffle cone pieces, different fruits, different cookie options, sprinkles, I mean if it was a topping, they had it! After getting my toppings, made my way to pay and the young man let me know that I needed to place my cup in the scale to be weighed...so keep that in mind....the more things in your cup, the more it'll cost. I paid and made my way out to enjoy my yogurt and it tastes delicious! Not too heavy and just enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. They have 2 locations on St. Simons Island, and both were out of some flavors which is fine! That just shows me that it's a popular spot among crowds, and that people love froyo as much as I do. I tried their blood orange froyo, which was a first time for me in general since I'm typically an original tart person. They have a fewer variety in toppings than what I'm used to, but nonetheless it was good and refreshing! read more

You have to put it together all yourself and then the register has the nerve to ask for a tip - guy working there was equally embarrassed. Sort of ridiculous. I expect a tip I made the ice cream. They didn't label anything there so I had to ask the guy what was in the topping dishes - does that mean he gets a tip? Come on. Cheapskate owners . Great ice cream, very rich and creamy. I had watermelon ice cream and my husband got raspberry cheesecake ice cream. One scoop is about $6.25, the scoop is big, the line is long to go inside the shop because they let 1 party in at the time. Definitely worth it. read more

On a recent trip to St. Simons we stopped by Fuse Frozen Yogurt to cool off and get some sinfully delicious froyo. First off the person working that evening was super friendly; he welcomed us in, asked if we had any questions or needed any help to let him know, and was thankful for our business. Fuse has about 10 or so flavors of frozen yogurt and many fixings and sauces for your froyo. I had a non-dairy glutton-free mango that was pretty dang good; tasted like it had all the bad stuff in it that we as humans crave. I didn't get any toppings, but there were plenty there. After all 3 of finished our froyo we agreed next time on the island that we would return to Fuse. read more

This Fuse location closes at 9:00pm on weekdays (not sure about the weekend), despite what their website says and irregardless if their open sign is still on in the window. And don't show up close to 9:00pm either because they will not serve you. Can't comment on the food since we were sent away twice. read more

I liked it but it wasn't as interesting as some of the other froyo places I've been to. I didn't care for the fact that there was only one employee who was trying to clean, check out customers and offer samples at the same time. I really wish customers could get their own samples instead of having the one employee walk with you to the machine and watch you while you're slurping up your little sample cup. Yummy berry sorbet with serve yourself stations, toppings, weigh and then pay. It's off Main Street so there are a few tables inside or walk to the pier and see the gorgeous views! We weren't planning on dessert, but how could we resist after having dinner right next door! They don't just have regular frozen yogurt in their machines, but also serve sorbets and gelato as well! We really enjoyed the flavors on tap like the Caramel Sea Salt. So good! My mom liked the Tuscan Tiramisu, and I wanted to like it too, but I thought it had a mild strange aftertaste. To each their own taste buds. Toppings bar is in a circle around the cashier in the middle of the room, so it can get a little chaotic if it's busy (which seems to be all the time! lol) Enough selection for everyone to find something they like. Cute concept but really limited ice cream flavor. I wanted frozen yogurt but the only two flavor a were strawberry or mocha chocolate. The vanilla was gelato snd the other flavor were "very sour" and "salted caramel." Those flavors are not my cup of tea. They have a good variety of toppings but for my small cup and my husband's full cup, it was $9. Too pricy for the limited offers. Plus the young employee had no personality or customer service. This place was really good. They have taro frozen yogurt and all the fixing you can add to make it your own. I also tried the vanilla gelato which also was very good. The customer service here is great they will give you tips and also give you samples of the product before you buy. Really enjoyed having this place near the hotel. read more

The frozen yogurt is good. The only negative experience we had was that they only have one gaming console for the kids to play on. We were patiently waiting to have a turn with the fun interactive game, but sadly there was a family camped out in front of the console whom would not let any others play. read more

Stepped in to check it out and saw the worker brushing the toppings' crumbs with an old house paintbrush back into the canister. Stopped at Fuse after some sightseeing on the island. While it's a typical "do-it-yourself" frozen yogurt spot, I would go back in a minute. The salted caramel yogurt was delicious. The flavor of the week posted on Facebook was NOT what was in store. It was supposed to be Italian biscotti, and you can imagine my surprise when a fruity pink yogurt entered my cup (it was only labeled as "flavor of the week"). It was mixed berry, and it was just ok. The sea salt caramel yogurt had no flavor. We also tried a cookies and cream that was subpar and a chocolate that was pretty good. There were three highschool aged kids working, and the girl was definitely more concerned with socializing than working. The lack of true management was apparent. Tip of the iceberg for me was watching an associate fill the raspberries and then digging through them to remove leaves, stems, etc. with NO GLOVES. read more

Stopped here twice after two separate dinners on 11/17/2014 and 11/18/2014. We had Caramel Sea Salt, Tuscan Tiramisu, and Just Peachy...it was amazing and the cashier was so helpful with samples and recommended toppings. Simply delicious and a wonderful experience. read more
