What wonderful surprise to find a great Mexican taco/torta/burrito truck in the middle of nowhere. I had the Burrito con Asada, sin arroz, with a chopped Jalepeno mixed in. The Asada was full of flavor, not too greasy and the burrito was packed. With the addition of the homemade salsa verde and salsa roja, it was reminiscent of great burritos I've had in Los Angeles. A definite 5 stars. My partner had the Quesadilla con Pollo thinking it might be lighter but beware, it is a meal. Delicious but filling and oh so tasty with the accompaniment of the homemade salsas. While mozzarella isn't quite the same as queso blanca or queso fresco, it worked well. Seems some traditional ingredients are perhaps hard to get in this area. The menu covers the essentials (Burritos, Tacos, Tortas, etc.) and with mix and match choice of protein, it should cover most every taste. Options include bowls for those that want to forgo the delicious tortillas. Overall, a great find. Next time I'm in Burnsville or surrounding environs, I will be sure to hunt this place down. My entire party had various tacos and sandwiches. I had the chicken nachos. I didn't think the Naxos were particularly amazing but they were a huge portion for the price and pretty good. My friends on the other hand were raving about the various items they purchased. My wife got the chicken avocado tacos and was still day dreaming of them on the way home. We tried the Italian sandwich and the fries with their special sauce. The Italian sandwich is an Italian hot dog topped with bruschetta, and it was a solid 10/10. Absolutely incredible. The fries were cooked in beef tallow, perfectly seasoned, and paired so well with the sandwich. We will definitely be back to try the burgers. On top of the top-notch food, the owner was amazing.
