I have had a lot of horchata and this was just not it... there was too much cinnamon and the flavor was... off. The chips tasted like they had been fried in bad oil. They had a horrible smell to them. It made the vehicle we were in sleep bad. I had my friend try them as well and he also thought they smelled and tasted bad. The queso did taste good! It was a little spicy. I ended up throwing the chips away and put the queso on my bowl. The ranch and queso definitely carried the bowl. The chicken was dry and I didn't like the cheese being melted, it got hard. I just couldn't finish it. I don't know if I just came during an off time or not, but this just didn't live up to the hype

Pretty simple menu, tacos and enchiladas with a choice of steak, pork, chicken and birria. The sauces they gave us had a nice bite to it. We had the steak tacos and birria enchiladas. Fresh, tasty, nice touch of cheese and the sauces were a big plus. Tacos were 3 for $12 and the enchiladas was 4 pieces for $12. They also have a variety of drinks. I hope they come back for more Vikings games and other big events at USBS.

I ended up going with the classic chocolate chip but they also had confetti cake, monster, raspberry cheesecake and a gluten free/vegan cookies and cream. They were served in the cutest little cups! I'm not a big dough eater but it was pretty good. I probably would have liked the confetti cake better. There was one person working the truck and they did a great job getting the scoops out and the line moving. I would probably check them out again.

I ordered Teriyaki Chicken for my main course. I really enjoyed all of my food. The food on the menu is similar to what you find at most neighborhood Chinese restaurants...with the exception of the jalapeno poppers. Of course, I don't mind the digression from the Asian theme because I LOVE poppers! The menu has a respectable number of options for a food truck. I feel they're the perfect addition to a brewery. I enjoyed chatting with the husband and wife team that runs the truck. They've both been at it on the food truck scene for 7 years, definitely experienced veterans.
