I have not been to this place in a very long time. I had the opportunity to visit today and noticed that they made major improvements. Apparently, these improvements were done awhile back! The place looks nice and the service and ambiance is always on point! This is a family business, the owner is a good fella. Update after reading owner's response: I now would say zero stars if I could. In what should have been an apologetic response for my experience, I got a response that is argumentative, defensive and dismissive. I say this place is run by women because there was not a single man working here on my visit. Playing a show favored by women, only women working here, I mean you do the math. That event was not advertised anywhere on social media (I just looked), and not anywhere on the building or inside. I even called ahead to ask another question and was not told that event would be going on. Also my point is I don't think you should have TVs at all. Original review: I've been coming here occasionally over the last several years. Things were great up until recently. They removed the pool tables which is the first noticeable disappointment. Now there is nowhere else you can smoke hookah and play pool that I'm aware of which made this place unique. They seem to be under new management or something, instead of the open space this place had which allowed distance between other people they now have all these close together couches and it's gotten so busy and crowded inside. The place now seems to be run by women which I am normally fine with but when you have 10 TVs all playing "Love Island" with the sound on we have a problem. It was very distracting and idk about you but if I'm going here it's to get AWAY from the TV and have an actual conversation with a friend or try to get some studying done. The waitress took my beer away before I was finished and asked if I wanted another one. I will tell you when I'm done and if I want another one. If you are here for more than a few hours they will make you buy a refill which you may not even need. Some of the policies are kind of weird. They won't sell you 2 hookahs with a group of people which feels wrong. I was told this was Covid related even recently, not sure if that's an excuse or what. This place has a chill atmosphere but the customer service could be better and the prices are just a little bit high. read more

So this is my first time at a Hookah lounge and let me say it did not disappoint! First off Jay was our server and he was awesome, made us feel right at home. The lounge couches are very comfortable, lots of room and velvet to boot. They have easy access to their menu via your phone and a QR code. We chose two different blends since we were their for more than a couple hours. We started with Strawberry and guava and finished with Vanilla mint. Now it's not a full bar but they do offer beer, wine, hard seltzers and teas, kombucha and a variety of non alcoholic beverages as well. The bathrooms are clean, there's a pool table and some nights there's a late night DJ. We had a great time loved all the lights everyone all around us were enjoying their own experience. Jay came around every 25 minutes to turn our coals or to switch them out, to keep the hookah going and see what we needed. He was very attentive as well as the other staff. We really has a fun night out and will return and recommend. read more

Pretty solid spot. I came here on a random Friday night with my cousin from out of town. We didn't spend much but were treated like we did. We got one hookah and a bottle of water and we're there for like 2-4 hours. I've never had such solid service at a hookah bar. The person who set us up managed the coals for everyone which was super awesome. For someone like myself who goes once every 1-2 years, I don't always manage the coals well myself and I'm essentially a newbie anytime I go. However, at Fusion they seem to take care of it all for you. A "coal person" came by like every 30mins and removed any dust and swapped out coals. I was surprised how attentive they were when we weren't spending much. I got to sit back and just relax and enjoy what felt like a high quality session. Also, on checkout I was really surprised by the lack of tip. Most places shove a tip screen in front of you and you choose a tip between 10%-30% however that didn't seem to be an option here. Not sure if it's the norm or not, but they did not provide any option to leave a tip which I thought was super awesome. However, the level of service was too good so I did want to leave one and ended up running to my car real quick for cash and left it at the table where the "coal person" would see it. I'll definitely be back. I also want to try their pistachio milkshake. They had some other dessert items that looked good too. read more

I been coming into this establishment for the last 5 to 6 months, I am impressed by the staff and owner. Their customer service is unmatched by most places I have attended, the service is usually on point. The hookahs here are splendid in flavor and will leave you wanting to take them home. No alcohol sales besides beer, the hookah and pool tables will have you comfortable with a familiar atmosphere. You will definitely feel at home, any questions feel free to talk to the staff. They are open minded and friendly, also very courteous. Plus, with the pandemic, there is some seating and outside accommodations.
