My FAVORITE place for wings. I've been coming here for years and I've never been disappointed! It's a really small place (~5 tables) run by an older Korean couple who is always welcoming and nice. The menu is limited but don't let that deter you because it's all amazing. Try the wings!! My favorite sauce is the one called hot but it's not the hot buffalo sauce you're thinking of! And don't worry, it's not blazing spicy or anything. It's Korean styled chicken wings so it's got that special, life-changing crunch when you bite into it. And the wings come with a small side of refreshing pickled radish! If you love potatoes, you have to try the potato stew. A fantastic Korean joint on Main Street in Norman? Very much needed and very much appreciated. I had dinner at Fusion on a Tuesday. As others have noted, it's small inside. I recall 4 tables and 2 chairs for counter seating. I don't think 20 people could have dinner in there at one time. And, given how the reviews and word of mouth is going for this joint, I am expecting it to be permanently crowded very soon. BUT, don't let this deter you! This is some fantastic food prepared by very friendly people. These are the types of restaurants we need more of in Norman, not more highway food and chains. The menu isn't large, which is a good thing. I knew I had to try the crispy wings which I'd heard about, so I went with 6 with spicy teriyaki glaze. I also went with the hot pot spicy potato stew, which likewise was highly recommended. The wings came out first. They are good quality, larger than typical wings you would get at a pizza joint or Buffalo Wild Wings. They are fried to perfection, crispy on the outside but moist on the inside. I could use more heat, particularly when the sauce is described as "spicy teriyaki." It had good flavor, it was just sweeter than I was expecting given the name. The soup came next, and this stuff is a revelation. Thick and hearty, it's seasoned very well and comes with rice and three sides. The stand out of the sides was, not unexpectedly, the kimchi. The potatoes were cooked well, the soup was sufficiently spicy, and the pork was tender. My only complaint is virtually all of my pork was served on the bone, and it was difficult (and messy) to get to all of it during my meal. If the entirety of the pork was in the soup I probably would have given this place 5 stars, but i am sure I will bump it up on future visits. The employees we encountered were very friendly. They cleared tables quickly, which, given the scarcity of tables in the joint, was important. The food was hot and clearly just prepared. This place has great wings. There are only three flavors (garlic soy, spicy teriyaki, and hot) but, they are done quite well. The batter they use for the wings is crispy and doesn't get soggy in the sauce. If you want heavily sauced wings these aren't for you. No dipping sauces (it's not needed in my opinion). I have yet to try the other dishes but, will do so soon. It is Korean food that, if done as well as the wings, should be good. I look forward to the bibimbap. read more

So we order takeout from here a lot at work and Wing It is always good. The wings can be a little hit or miss sometimes but when they're good they're really freaking good. They really are addicting and the garlic ones are top notch. The bowls are more consistent and the chicken bowl is packing some flavor. You can choose any spice level you'd like to edit the dish to your liking. They also have vegetarian options (tofu). I've heard the tofu is actually the best thing to order on the menu! Food is good but I was charged $5 because I ate some of my friend's food from her bowl. We did not receive any extra food. She gave me some of her food because I wasn't able to order. When she got up to pay, she was told she had to pay $5 more because she shared the food with me. What business is it of theirs if someone wants to share their food with a friend? This is a classic case of outstanding food, with very little server support. We were first time customer, and the service made us very nervous about the grub. The only reason this is still a 3 is the Wings! You can only describe them as sticky, crunchy goodness on a new level. Well worth the wait as they are made fresh to order. My favorite korean restaurant in okc. I have been here for years. Their foods are the best. I always get the beef rice bowl, wings (spicy which is not really spicy for me and garlic soy). The seafood tofu is really good too. The service is good. The owner is really friendly. I kinda disappointed on how they gave us their side dishes. It was not enough for what we ordered. They used to give us plenty of their side dishes. The pickled radish wasn't good like before. They put too much vinegar on it recently. read more

This is by far my favorite restaurant in Norman. Asian food is my comfort food and Wing It always leaves me satisfied and happy. I have tried everything on their menu, all of it delicious. Oh my goodness, they're fried chicken is so crunchy, saucy, and fresh. My favorite flavor is hot but honestly they're all so good. I love, love, love the seafood tofu soup. There's just something about soft tofu and hot soup that warms my soul. And the food is always served with boiled bean sprouts, pickled daikon, and stewed potato. The pickled daikon is my favorite and goes well with everything whether it's wings, a rice bowl, or soup. The staff is always really sweet and always smiling when I come in. I would give a 4 star for their very limited seating but their food is too good so I'm giving them a 5. I'm hope that the RadioShack next door leaves so that they could expand. read more

I came in with my mom and a couple of her friends to try this place out. It's right across from Norman high and it's pretty legit! It's a little hole in the wall mom and pop shop with some really really good KFC (Korean fried chicken). The other food was pretty bland and I was super sad about it. I always get the seafood tofu stew because it's my favorite and I was extremely disappointed with how little they put in and how much they charge. If you guys get anything just stick to the wings because you can get more elsewhere at a cheaper price with more sides. These are unquestionably the best wings in Norman and probably all of central Oklahoma. While they don't have a large selection of flavors, the crispiness of these wings is second to none. I don't know what kind of Korean magic they're performing back in the kitchen to achieve such crispiness and frankly my dear I don't give a damn. Even though the wings take center stage, don't miss out on the incredible rice bowls. The Bulgogi is perfectly marinated and leaves nothing else to be desired (other than the wings). This is my third time writing a review for Wing It- can you tell we love this place? But for the last 6 months they've been under new management, and while everything is virtually the same, for someone who used to eat here frequently I can tell a difference. Mostly with the wings- they are smaller and not as moist. The rice platter and bulgogi is still yummy, and includes all the sides (good kimchi). They've only lost one star for me, but 4 out of 5 ain't too bad. It can get packed during peak times and they usually only have 3 people working, but I think it's worth the wait. read more

So happy this exists in norman. The wings are the best part and I usually get a combo of the three flavors. It's a small place so i usually do take out. The service is pretty fast too. I don't think the rice bowls are as good but the potato soup is great. I've also bought the kimchi before--it's pricey and it's not made with Napa kimchi but still pretty good. Ah, I love that I can find Korean fried chicken here at Norman. I ordered the spicy teriyaki chicken wings and the gamjatang (potato stew). I thought the gamjatang was what this place was about. It was simply delicious. The spice, the meat, the potatoes, they all went so well in the soup. I'm craving the stew right now! I know everyone's raving about the chicken but I urge you to try the potato stew. For the wings, I thought it lacked sauce. The signature Korean fried chicken crisp is there and perfect. The batter crunches like it should. The chicken is juicy as it should be. However, I just thought they don't put enough sauce on there. I'm not much of an "original" chicken guy, I love my sauce on chicken hahahah. I come to Norman at random times for work and was sad that this place closes through random times. Maybe I'm just unlucky but this happened the last two times I was in Norman. I come here mainly for their CHICKEN WINGS This style of wings originated in the West Coast in Korea Town also known as BON CHON (name of the original store). It has thin skin that is fried which makes it light and crispy. Not the upmost best Bon Chon chicken I've ever had, but still yummy! Comes in 3 different sauces here: Garlic Soy, Spicy Teriyaki, & Hot. I would opt for either Garlic Soy or Spicy Teriyaki, but honestly, they both taste very similar. There aren't a lot of good Korean food here (plus very expensive for what it is), but here, I like their BEEF BULGOGI (marinated, thinly sliced beef; a bit sweeter than other ones I've tried) and the SEAFOOD TOFU soup. Again, not the best, but it's good enough to fill my cravings for Korean food. If you're not entirely familiar with Korean food, then you won't be as critical as me and I'm sure will enjoy the food here! Reason why I gave this review a 3 stars is because I had asked for more BANCHAN aka Korean side dishes, but was declined unless I want to pay for it. Which I find almost ridiculous. NO MATTER where else you go (a Korean restaurant, that is), it is ALWAYS FREE & UNLIMITED! Mainly because the ingredients are cheap and are mostly veggies. Oh, and their banchan used to be free at their older location; not sure what happened. So, the fact that they would charge us, took away the Korean food experience for me :( Usually you're suppose to get at least 5 different banchan for your entree, but here, it was only 3, (4 if you order chicken). Took my husband and daughters to eat here last night. It was packed, but we managed to get a table pretty quickly. It is a very small family owned restaurant. We tried the garlic soy wings and the spicy teriyaki wings. The garlic soy wings were delectable, the teriyaki was good, but didn't hold a candle to garlic soy. We also tried the spicy potato stew, chicken teriyaki plate, and the pork bulgogi plate. They were all very good! The kids even preferred the spicy pork to the chicken! They ask you what spice level when you order. I went mild on everything except the pork because of the kids. I was honestly surprised to find then tucking in to the one spicy dish! They declared this their favorite restaurant and I have been directed to bring them here at every opportunity hence forth! read more

Absolutely my favorite restaurant in Norman! I always went there with my friends before leaving Oklahoma, and we were never disappointed. (My last visit there was in January 2019). We usually got 40-50 wings for 4 people plus sides of rice for an additional charge. There were complimentary korean sides, and I especially loved the pickled radish. We have tried all the wing flavors; we eventually decided on making half of our order Garlic Soy and the other half Hot as our go-to choices, but Spicy Teriyaki was still good. These are the best wings i've ever had and I still can't believe I can't find anything close to it since moving away. We've also had both of the hot pot dishes and they were amazing. The only con is that it gets so popular that there is a wait for a table sometimes. But it was still worth it! :) read more

The restaurant owners are really nice and sweet people, they try their best to take care of each customer. They don't have too many choice of food, but I have tried all the food on the menu, they are all really good. Spicy teriyaki wings and photo stew are my all time favorite. Came here regularly. Wings are always crispy and wonderful! (Just wish they gave sauce on the side) The bulgogi is phenomenal!! I had it first here and have yet to find a place as comparable to this place! I've tried the stews and soups, and all of it was amazing. For the quality and authenticity of this restaurant, I wish I could take it back to Houston with me! The sides are also perfect, although the cabbage isn't totally fermented which maybe good for a someone new to Korean food. My favorite is the Bulgogi and the spicy teriyaki. I get my spice level to 7, and it's a good kick without taking away the flavor. One of my favorite places and will keep coming back here when I'm in Norman!
