The strangest part of my experience was when I requested some Sambal in a effort to give that Chicken Lettuce Wrap some flavor and a little boost. The waiter said "we don't have that", I replied "really?". He said "yes, this is not an Indian Restaurant, it's Asian" (insert raised eyebrow emoji). I guess it's my fault for going to this place. I believe some of the owners are Peruvian, and you can feel that influence in the flavors and the way the dishes are presented.
