It adds personality without overpowering the fish, which is exactly how it should be. The experience overall is a straight 10 out of 10. If you keep kosher or avoid shellfish, this place deserves extra love because they offer kosher-style selections that don't feel like an afterthought, which is huge and honestly rare.
