Yes you do get a 100 day free trial but it's for an exchange only. The nearest one to me is this one in the Menlo Park Mall. Once inside you get to try pretty much every mattress they make. Actually there's two models each configured two different ways. You have the option to leave with the mattress and frame or have it delivered and set up for a fee, unless you purchase their most expensive model, in which case setup and hauling your old bed is included. Silvio our salesman was very helpful and accommodating. We spent about an hour trying each bed several times each until we finally made a decision. There's absolutely no reason shoppers should have to endure uncomfortable temperatures, especially in the middle of summer. Air conditioning should be functioning properly throughout business hours. Instead of worrying about underboob sweat, I should've been shopping comfortably. The only saving grace from today's experience was the great bargain I found: a Mode One blazer for 60% off the original price. So, at least I walked away with one win.
