I have been going to Future Nails for 10+ years. If you've ever wanted a CLEAN, professional shop - this is it. Lily, the owner, does my pedicure and she is excellent. I have ingrown toenails and she has them trained where they do not bother me any more. I used to make monthly trips to the foot Dr. It does hurt when she starts, but it's worth a little pain to be able to wear shoes and walk. I also get fills there. Van did my nails and I loved her - she has now left, but Mindy did mine on Saturday and I was impressed. If anyone has problems with the shop - please let Lily know, how can she correct something if she doesn't know what's happening? For a neighborhood nail salon this place is great. I get my pedicures done in a quiet salon with minimal banter or background noise. I have tried many other local salons, but I always regret it. They just got new spa chairs and the place is always clean an organized. I have been coming here for awhile for quick pedicures. I have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes, and being a college student while working full time leaves me in a rush most of the time so this is a huge plus. This salon has always been able to give me satisfactory service in good time. However, today I went in for my first gel manicure! And I'm already hooked! I scheduled with Tammy who I know for giving me the absolute best pedicures. As it turns our she is just as amazing at manicures! If you must go here which I DO NOT recommend jAzline or something like that long hair & glasses Just went here to get one nail fixed, totally trusting this salon even tho I had never been there as my best friend goes all the time. Granted my nails had been done at a different salon so I understand each salon doesn't have the same color but the least they could have done was guven me ONE minute to TRY and find the closest match. They werent busy AT ALL & the girl kept rushing me saying they dont have that color and insisting I just use a random color and dip it in glitter. I was hesitant knowing it wouldnt be the same and I kept asking for the wheel of color where she barks at me and slams down only two wheels w colors i cannot use. All i wanted to do was see the color wheels to match. this was my first time here to get my gel nails and i REALLY like it. it was better than the first place i tried. $10 cheaper too. one of my gfs introduced me to this place and she loves it here too. the girl that did my nails, did a really good job. she cleaned ALL my cuticles and painted my nails so nicely! when i do my own nails, i do it PERFECTLY and she did it just the way i like it! she painted the whole nail without leaving any nail unpainted and when she got a bit of nail polish on me, she would wipe it away right away. i mean, people hate when the viet ladies speak amongst themselves, bc they aren't paying attention or what not, but this place is good! the ladies can talk all they want and still get your nails done nicely. i am definitely coming back! it's been a week and my gel nail polish hasn't even chipped or anything. it supposed to last for 2 weeks. and so far so good! but i am getting tired of the color haha. so i probably should get a color i won't get tired of for two weeks. read more

Very disappointed. I've been coming here for year and have always had a good experience. Today unfortunately that was not the case. When I showed up it was pretty empty with only 3 gals doing pedicure. They seated me put my feet in the bowl and had me wait for 20mins until more people came in. Once they came in my pedicure was rushed and was do e haphazardly. No care. I waited long than my pedicure lasted. No interaction with my manicurist. Talked more on her phone and her fellow co workers then me. No customer service. It's sad cause I don't think I'll be coming back after this and all the years I've been coming. Been coming here for years and this is the last time. They used to take their time and really cared about the service and quality. Now it's just a rush to cram as many people in as possible and turn over those seats. I ordered the deluxe pedicure which typically takes 30-45 minutes. She was finished in 20. Didn't massage my feet, and didn't bother to put cotton in between by toes, so of course the wet polish smudges and gets all over my other toes. Then she totally disappears, doesn't help me put on my sandals and I look over and she's doing someone else's nails. No "thank you" no "goodbye" just in and out. Very crappy service. This salon offers the best gel manicures bar none. I have tried countless salons in the Long Beach, Lakewood, Cerritos, and Downey areas and no one else comes close. After trying and abundance of nail salons, I have landed in the holy grail of nail salons. My guy is Boa. He has done my nails for years. I actually started getting my nails done by him when he worked at another salon. I was able to find him again after he no longer worked at the other salon. I walked in one day and he took care of me right away. He is the only nail tech that knows exactly what I want and can execute it to the precise shape and design I want. Everyone there is super friendly and do a great job. My go to girls are Tammy, Ann and Tracy. They are absolutely amazing. What keeps me coming back is their customer service, their talent (obviously), and the fact that everytime I get a mani/pedi they actually last me the entire two weeks! Whether it's gel or not!!! I'm so sad to finally be able to try this salon and the first time I do... my toenails go home bleeding. I came in about a little over an hour before closing. I asked for a mani/pedi and though my nail technician did a wonderful job, my pedicurist did not. The pedicurist, I believe was the owner. I asked for her to cut down my toe nails and square them. She did exactly that, but when she cut my ingrown toenail... it started to bleed. I saw her play it off and just dab alcohol on both toes to "clean" it up... I absolutely adore this place! Mary is my go to girl to get pedicures!!! She is thorough and she takes her time! On top of that she's the sweetest person! Rocky does my gel manicures! The prices are fair and as for extras you get what you pay for, I've never had a problem with any of the services. I would give it ZERO!!! I came in to get a mani and pedi with gel on my mani. My nails came out okay, not the worst but not the best. Their customer service is awful, ignored me and yapping away in Vietnamese.... No lotion applied to my hands or feet, just oil and then wiped off. I love getting mani and pedi to relax, but this just felt rushed and they had like ten other chairs available. Then I paid with my credit card, I ask that I wanted to add my tip, lady gets upset and say she needs to cancel and re swipe. My wife and I made 9am appointment for a manicure and pedicure when we showed up there were 2 other customers and one employee I have been going to this place since it opened and have watched its decline when the lady finally showed up to do my nails she just rushed thru it and walked away when she was done. Went there when my regular person was out of town. They were able to accommodate me right away for a fill. She did not do a very good job, unfortunately. She left a lot of ridges in my nails and didn't do any buffing at all. Can't wait to go back to my regular person. The place itself was nice and clean. They had those massage chairs for pedis. This is my favorite place for my Gel mani and spa pedi!! I see Tammy she is the best! I can bring her any picture from Pinterest and she can do it PERFECT!!! A normal gel mani is only 25 bucks and then only $1 for designs!!! She does a perfect french tip gel and great at crazy elaborate designs !!! I will follow her anywhere she goes!!!
