I finally found a great nail place in Bremerton! The massage chairs are awesome. This place is clean. I can confidently take my 7 year old daughter here and not worry about nasty bacteria. All of the people who work here have been nothing but friendly and accommodating. The lady who does their nail art is very talented. I booked 5 pedicures for my daughter and her friends...everyone asked for design and everyone received something different and beautiful. I have been here twice now and love it. They are so friendly and welcoming. I had my nails done at a different shop and they were ruined within 24 hours. I came here and they fixed my nails. (I did a polish change) I have had dip and a gel manicure done here. Both times I have left so happy. I have also had a pedicure. They did a great job with my French tip. I'm very picky with my shape and if they polish the whole nail. At future nails they want to make sure you are happy. They will ask you if you want them to fix anything and make sure you leave happy! Love!!!! Prices are reasonable and the workers are FANTASTIC!! I was in a hurry, and they knew that, so they did my pedicure and manicure pretty fast, but still stopped when I asked them to, and fix the nail that was crooked. I got exactly what I asked for, and whatever I didn't like, they fixed without hesitation. The place itself is very friendly, and open, and nice in general. Right after my manicure, I got acrylic nails, and they were still a little wet but I had to leave for an appointment. The lady who did my nails walked me out to my car, opened my door, buckled me up, even started the engine for me! She was super nice about it, and overall, it was just a great experience. I will be back! Back home, are used to get a pedicure every single month, but I went to a few different places to find the salon for me... I've gotten my nails done here a couple times (I have acrylics and go to get a fill) and they have done a great job every time. My only complaint is how long the wait is, but that just goes to show that they do a good job, so they are popular. If you're going to go, I recommend making an appointment. read more

Came in from out of town for a wedding and needed to get my nails done. I researched on yelp for a good place. This place did not disappoint. All the reviews were spot on. The pedicure was great! Nice long massage, wax, scrub, hot towel, hot stone. Next was the manicure. At first I was disappointed because they went straight away to painting so i thought there would be no sort of hand massage. I was wrong. While my nails were drying I recieved a neck and shoulder massage, followed by the hand/arm massage. I was impressed. Very affordable as well. They are a clean place and it's in a pretty decent location and the staff are pretty friendly. I've gone here 3 times and have gotten a shellac mani/pedi but the issue is whenever I get shellac it only lasts for about 1 week, it shouldn't last that short of time I feel Like I may as well have just gotten regular polish. Maybe they don't use a good top coat or the person doing them doesn't know what they are doing. I may not go back and just loook for somewhere else because I don't like having my nails look raggedy after a week, when I've gotten my nails done at other places with shellac they have lasted 3 weeks. Omg the neck massage! Got a deluxe pedi and it came with a short neck massage and Johnny was my guy and he gave the best massage! I've gone back and had a dif tech (younger taller guy didn't catch his name sorry!) and he did good work except for the massages.. his massages involve a lot of repetitive hitting and that gives me a headache and isn't as relaxing. read more

If you're looking for a luxurious looking nail salon, this isn't it. This salon is very basic, and not very nice inside. I've been here twice now, and in my first experience, I got a gel/shellac manicure and a standard pedicure. They have some sort of upgrade for the pedicure, they kept asking everyone if they wanted it, the only difference is a longer massage. Everyone around me seemed to say yes, I didn't. I'm not a huge fan of them grabbing my shoulders viciously in the first place, and the longer leg massage was about 1 minute, so I'd pass on the upgrade. The manicure part of the gel manicure was pretty lacking, but my shellac did stay on for 2 weeks, so that's a definite pro. The coolest thing about this salon is the fact that they have all of the color match colors, so you have a huge variety of gel colors, that also comes in the exact match of regular polish as well. On my second visit, I came just for a shellac manicure, but I also brought my 3 year old for regular polish. They don't really have any kiddo seating and they didn't give my daughter a regular chair like other salons do, they gave her a little roller chair like the nail techs use for the pedicures, so you can imagine a 3 year old having a field day with that, also while trying to sit still.... Yeah, no. The other salon we go to, my daughter has no issues sitting still in a normal chair for her polish to dry. Either way, Annie came to paint my daughter's nails and painted mine as well, and she was fantastic with my daughter. She was so sweet to follow with a 3 year old conversation about a million different things and answer all of her silly questions. She said she has 2 little girls herself, so she totally gets it; point being, if you bring a little one here, make sure Annie takes care of her, she will have a good experience. Unfortunately, my daughter's polish came off in the bath in 2 days, and her polish usually lasts a week at my usual salon. I'm on a week of my shellac from my second visit and it is still on, so that's a positive. They use a very weird minty lotion for the end of the manicure so I felt like I smelled like minty gum when I walked out of there, which was strange. All in all, I wouldn't choose this salon again, and I didn't really like the manicure portion done by the other nail techs, but I do think Annie does a good job with the polish. The prices are also reasonable here compared to other salons in the area. read more

I would not even give them one star but they don't have a negative appear they were the rudest people I have ever encountered a left after sitting with my feet in the water for over an hour the water was extremely cold the women were talking amongst themselves laughing about he and being catty they were arrogant I had an appointment they went even give me a Shellac full set I had made my appointment for I've never encountered such rude women in my life do not go to this place in less you want to be treated poorly talked down to and have a 1/2 assed job done, And that would be favourable to them a negative have ask job done it was a horrible I am going to try to get my money back or put a stop payment for my debit card because the fact that I got charged $30 to sit in cold water and be treated home don't bring anybody here this place to be closed down I don't know it's a front for something but they sure as hell don't know what their doing read more

Just moved to the area, trying to find a new salon who does dipping powder. Read reviews--this salon was fairly nearby and people from the reviews recommended Annie. I was able to make an appointment fairly easily next day. Although Annie ultimately did my nail service, another technician stepped in while she was completing a wax service that must have been double booked. My nails were quickly and inadequately wrapped with acetone/foil/cotton...several fell off while I was trying to choose colors, so I had to readjust them and do them myself. I have had dipping powder done for the past 3 years and it just seemed like they were not efficient with their processes (2 hours later and a lot of seemingly unnecessary filing). Both techs were rough with their filing--i have thin nails and sensitive cuticles. It did not look like they sanitized equipment between clients. The finished product was lumpy and my thumb had jagged edges underneath--i dont even know how to explain it, because it has never happened before. I didnt catch that before I left. Within a few hours after my appointment, when I just went grocery shopping, drove home, and put groceries away, my nails were already dented, scratched, and the top coat was dull. I noticed they were using a brand of products I didnt recognize, which makes me question the quality. Usually my nails will last 4+ weeks, but I have a feeling I will be visiting someone else within a couple weeks to get a new set. I might go back if I need to, but I dont see this place being my go-to nail salon. Pros: great color selection, easy to make an appointment, friendly, reasonable price Cons: potential sanitary concerns, poor quality of nails within a day of service, lengthy service time read more

I just came here for the first time and WILL NOT COME BACK. the staff was rude, My nails look unfinished, she acted as if I asked her to completely start over when I asked her to make them shorter and for second coat of glitter. When I mentioned that two of my nails were crooked she acted like I was seeing them wrong. My nails are thick as hell and look like the hunch back of notre dam. When a customers next to me was explaining how she wanted her nails shaped, my technician was rolling her eyes, shaking her head and sucking her teeth. At one point both technicians were tag teaming yelling at the poor customer. My girl kept yanking my arm and hand when I didn't even move to begin with. She was pinching and twisting my fingers to the point of nunbeness. They are all around rude. Completely lack customer service. Acted as if we were an inconvenience.
