Initially when this place opened, I was a huge fan of the car wash and the attention to detail. I loved the quality of the wash, the help on drying, and the ease of getting in and out on my way to Costco. The last two times though have been so bad, it's coming off my list of places to return because it's been so solidly disappointing. Both last time and the time before that, the car wash itself had multiple parts in the wash tunnel that weren't working or were working poorly and ended up leaving parts of the car completely unwashed or undried. I pointed it out to the drying person and they offered to let us go through again which somewhat improved things, but only really because the person at the entrance literally sprayed and brushed the car by hand before us going back through. I do like that the bays are clean to vacuum out the car and it's convenient to get to just off the freeway but if I'm paying for a car wash I expect the carwash to be working. If there are parts that don't work, they need to be fixed before customers are paying to get a wash. I don't think that's expecting too much. Definitely will be taking my business to Santa Rosa because even though it's not as convenient, at least I get what I pay for in a car wash that actually -washes the car-. read more

A friend bought a large batch of the basic cas washes. After his second time using when an employee was very rude to him he gave me the washes. Well the first couple times it was adequate, not great. I went through yesterday Nov 9th 2024 and my truck was still dirty when it came out. Many parts of the car wash were not operating as I drove through. I guess the ace is OK if your vehicle is just dusty, but I park outside. Still got 8 washes...is it worth the bother of using thwm? I go to a shelf serve car wash to self serve. If someone is going to help me I'd rather they let me know instead of going to the other side of my vehicle where I can't see them to scare the crap out of me when I'm surprised by their presence. read more

I spoke to the attendant and was told I could not go through again because I hadn't purchased the $20 package, I had purchased the $17 package. My car was damaged at this car wash and the owner is refusing to pay and saying I had scratch marked which we're actually just smudges of debri..he puts burden of proof on you from get go..save the $10 and get a Netflix membership or just clean your own car...idk just don't spend your money here..oh and they threw my screen away so I can even retrieve it..also convinced that foul play was at hand when explaining that my screen was "shattered" the car wash took out the red circular light in the middle, and also the hazard light.. he doesn't want to pay for any of it, even though he specifically said, there was only damage on the white, clear screen part of this light..appalled and will be contacting my insurance This owner doesn't derserve to be an owner of a company in California read more

This has become my go to place to wash my car. They definitely clean better than the majority of places I've been to around Rohnert Park and Petaluma, and does not leave any kind of strong smell afterwards, like many gas station car washes do. A big perk is that someone will towel off the car and windows if you park after exiting the carwash. Plus they add lights and colors inside which makes it fun. The one improvement that would make this place perfect is that I wish the vacuums had stronger suction, as they can't suck up 100% of the crumbs. They seem to do an 80% job. read more

Future Xpress Car Wash is a great addition to Rohnert Park! You pay at a machine and then drive up to the car wash area. Before going through the car wash they spray down your car. At the end of the car wash there is a large blow dryer that actually does really well with drying your car. Then, after that there are free vacuums to use. They have vacuums on both sides of the car so it's easy to use. They have a sign saying to limit your use to 8 minutes or less for other patrons. The vacuums were very powerful and they have plenty for everyone. The staff will come to wipe down your car with towels too. The car wash was super convenient and there was no line. I was in out and out before I knew it. The pricing is pretty affordable at $10, $13, and $15 and has various options available too. read more

Tried twice to go here but hours posted are wrong. The first time it was just closed, no big deal. The second time an employee, maybe, ran out and yelled at me that they where closed. I understand being closed but rude is a different story. I don't think I spend my money at a location that doesn't want my business. I honestly hope the owners get this place in order, Rohnert park could use a good place to get cars cleaned. But I won't be back. Update today, the management reached out to me and asked I remove my review. They explained they closed that day for maintenance. This is a reasonable reason for them to be closed. They apologized for any perceived rudeness. And i would have changed/ updated my rating until I got to the third paragraph where they asked I take my review down because it was " untrue" and offered a free wash. Future express is a nice stop to get your car washed quick. If you need your car thoroughly washed, you should go somewhere that will hand wash your car (and pay double or triple what this place charges). I don't really notice a difference between the 3 types of car washes offered, so I normally just get the basic $10 wash at this express wash. I like these type of car washes because they are really efficient with water usage. This car wash in particular has folks that will start spraying the gunk off of your car even before you get into the tunnel and another person who waits by the vacuums to towel dry your car off. I think that is an excellent value for a quick wash. read more

Awesome car wash with free vacuum!! Exactly what we needed in Rohnert Park! I've washed my car twice now- once during their free wash during opening week and another time paying their regular fare. I came back because i had a great first wash and of course because everything is new! I recently did the Classic wash for $12 which included the $9 "Xpress Wash" as well as tri foam and hybrid wax. Left the car spotless, the dryer wasn't perfect but it definitely did not leave soap like other car washes do. The owner (I assume) even offered to wipe the back side of my car which I really thought was a nice gesture. The vacuum area was also well maintained and the vacuums are powerful, since they're new, and overall it's a good spot! read more

I can't give this place a zero star rating sadly...I came to the place because I thought it would be nice to get a simple carwash. As, I was driving up I noticed the staff were bothered or annoyed... The wash was $8.00 when I came in today for a "future wash?!...". The photos explains... I guess I get what I paid for?!?!?.... Just awful experience... as you can see in the photo it completely scratched my car. The only good thing about this place is the nice guy who came up to me to dry my car! Just avoid this place. First time going here. When I bought the wash, it said the car would be hand dried on the sign, when I got it, their was no one around. My car was left with water spots everywhere.I liked the self serve vacuums, even though many were out of order when I got out. I won't be back. I ran my car through the Future Xpress car wash and it came out dirty. I had bees/pollen spots still all over my car and windows. When I asked the lady about it she didn't say much. I mentioned when I go to the Santa Rosa Splash Express car wash they have two people who use brushes when you enter and get the spots off, plus their car wash leaves my car way cleaner. She stated, yes brushes would get those off. So why does Xpress car wash charge the same price as splash car wash, and they have two people squirting your car with water that does nothing. I can't believe I paid $11 today and my car didn't get any cleaner they also pushed my side mirrors in, so they didn't get clean either. When I go through splash car wash, they don't push the mirrors in and everything gets very clean. Splash wash gives you Windex & towels to clean your car when you get out, Future has none of the cleaning items nobody comes over to dry your car. I have come here multiple times and wanted to review again. Every time I come here I am treated incredibly with the best service and attention to detail. They line you up in the car wash, spray down your car, then it rolls down the car wash. Blow dries it after, and has free vacuum after you do yourself. But there is someone there to wipe your car down all for $9, 12 or $14. Today Steve, wiped my car down and recommended some goo be gone to take off the tree sap. Then I find out he is the owner, now that's service. He leads by example and gave the tip to the kids working there. So amazing. Y'all this is the best car wash in the area. Fast too! I had to write a review after the amount of effort that was put in to clean my car BEFORE I went into the automatic car wash. My car was brutalized by berries and other random tree byproduct. It was really really stuck on my Windows and the two employees who were manning the car wash spent so much time trying to get as much off as they could before sending me through the machine. I was so appreciative of their effort and honestly very surprised cause it's a $15 car wash, well technically I paid $8 but not sure if they're running a special or something. They even stated if the machine could not get all of it off, they had product inside they could use. Great service and such friendly staff. They were able to get a good majority of it off, and thankfully, because of the work they put in, the machine was able to take the rest of it off. Will definitely be back! read more

I was very excited to try this new car wash. Started out like any other car wash, the young man came and wiped the car down, which was nice. When I got home, I noticed all my black accent areas on the car had water/soap marks all over them and I cannot get the off. I have gone through many many car washes and have never had this happen. There are lots of plusses here with a drive up pay machine, hand spraying of bumpers, grill and rims prior to entering the express conveyor wash and dry system, follow-up hand dry of bumpers and windows when done and parked at vacuum station, and free high power vacuums on both sides of car with long hoses. Really disappointed in this car wash. I recently purchased a brand new, 2023 car and haven't even had it for 2 months. Yesterday I went to get it washed and after leaving I noticed a scratch on the back drivers side and scratches on the trunk. I bought this car right off the lot and I didn't have these marks on my car before I went to the car wash. When I contacted the general manager and owner they said there was no way that their car wash did that and tried to reference their security cameras that are extremely low quality, of course they would not identify scratches on a car. I'm super upset because I spent so much money on this car and now there's scratches on it so soon? When I went into the car wash I noticed that they don't have the cloth machines like most car washes do it was more of a rubber and I literally thought to myself that can't be great for your car, and now here I am. I was also really disappointed to come here and see two other posts of people saying their cars were also scratched. Really really do not recommend, pay more money for another car wash or do it yourself. This car wash is definitely not worth the hassle, my car wasn't even very clean afterwards. I would also like to add the pictures that they are referencing to conclude that their car wash did not cause damage to my car. I also would like to add that I got my car washed around 6:45 and have time stamps calling them at 6:54 and those pictures were taken at 6:59. So not sure how so much could have happened within that time frame to cause this damage. read more

I do not understand the extremely negative reviews involving dirty water or a scratched car. That has not been my experience. I drive an Audi Q7 and would not even think about taking it to a car wash that would scratch. Nor have I smelled foul water. For me, the Pros are: the place is new and clean; the double sided vacuums work GREAT; they have garbage bins with the vacuums so you can really clean out your car. Cons: I got the most expensive wash to get at the wheels and it is pricey; they are sometimes closed--like yesterday when I drove half an hour to go there. read more

Hands down best bang for your buck...period. I really like this car wash for so many reasons too! First the brushes that they use are closed cell brushes and will not drag dirt and gunk from other vehicles onto your car, and thus scratch it. Second, the water is 86.4% recycled! Third they use biodegradable soaps! And lastly they're vacuums work very well. The owner Steve, is around and very personable.
