What happened to this car wash? It was always my go to place. Got the express wash today as I always do. Car came out still dirty. Brought it to the attendants attention. He said the bug washer spray in the wash was not working and he could give me a wet cloth so I could clean it better. Cloth never came so I had to inquire again. When I asked if I could run it through the wash again he said no since I only got the express wash. Service and quality has definitely gone downhill. I will be going to one of the other carwashes in town instead from now on. Updated: at the risk of being scolded by this business owner once again I forgot to mention in my original post that the car wash took off the back of my rearview mirror. I noticed this when I was drying my vehicle and brought it to the attention of the attendant. He retrieved the piece from the car wash and said that it should snap back on with no problem which it did. As you can see from the business owners response to my post, he seemed to know a lot about the situation that day, so I am sure he knows about the back of the rearview mirror coming off also. I feel that I reviewed this business fairly and posted to Yelp so others can learn from my experience there. Hopefully others have a better experience. read more

Good car cleaning services. We have availed the service multiple times at this location. Cleaning the car is a breeze, here. This time we came with bugs all over our vehicle and they helped us get a spic n clean vehicle. Vacuuming is super effective too. The only thing amiss is the service option for cleaning the interiors - this is not available, else would have definitely purchased that, each time. Would surely recommend them! read more

As a business owner, you should also know that negative reviews are typed in places like this and positive reviews are represented as return business and customers telling friends. Also as a business owner, you might want to avoid sounding thin-skinned in your review replies. There was no need to be accusatory in your response to my legitimate complaint. I didn't whine about the price hike and honestly, I don't care if you pre-spray or not. Except for the indisputable fact that the cars will come out of your machine dirty if it isn't done. Your solution? Join your club. No thanks. I, and I'm sure a good deal of the rest of the world are growing tired of subscriptions. I posted my initial complaint hoping you'd simply reconsider the pre-spray policy. Obviously you won't even contemplate that, so consider our business concluded. However moving forward, you might consider placing a sign on your kiosk explaining to new customers that your $11 wash will render a car that is only partially clean. As for me, I'll head over to the "big corporate competitor" for my next car wash. Maybe he doesn't do the pre-spray like your higher tier customers enjoy, but I imagine my car will at least come out cleaner than the last few times I've been through your wash. And if I do have a complaint to raise with them, I can be pretty sure whoever responds won't serve their response with sarcasm. read more

I had an issue the other day there, with the meter on the washer still running and overcharging me $5.00 extra. I was able to talk to them yesterday (Rudy) and get this resolved. I got a call from them, like twice, and he said he'd meet me yesterday in person. He asked if the meter charge was posted to my checking account, and could I bring a statement showing it was not just an authorization for the $15.00. So I met him there at 9:30 am as agreed and brought a bank statement. He looked at it, and gave me the $5 in cash. Great service from Rudy. I was impressed. I explained why I sent the initial e-mail I did. So many businesses now nickel and dime customers. And are not responsive at all after the purchase. This is exactly how you lose customers!! We're not always right, but right to "our taste". I will certainly be back there. It's really nice to be able to wash my own car there. read more

Great place! I used a coupon for a $1 wash and it was super easy to use. The staff was very nice & helpful. One of them gave me a free towel and also offered to wash my floor mats. Also, the smells in the wash were fruity and not too strong. My wife and I were (are) in the midst of a 12 day road trip around the Western US and by the time we made it to Easy Breezy Car Wash, the squared-off front end of the Tesla Model Y, was a bug trap and the outside of the car with filthy. Two-Cow service, super easy to pay, nothing but select, your type of wash and insert your payment. Done in 20 seconds! The car wash is pretty new and the lot is small, but they have maximized the square footage to work well. At the entrance to the tunnel there were three employees pre-washing those Two Cow cars, and they removed all the bugs, did extra work on the outside of the mirrors and hood and made sure it was ready for the tunnel. This tunnel is pretty low impact and while we only do hand washes on this car, this was a no-brainer on a road trip. There are no high speed spinning whips, rather low rotational speed cleaners, as well as the most novel soap distribution system, I have seen. As with most tunnels, it wasn't perfect, but at $15 for a Two Cow service, it was well done. I do prefer these style car washes that provide towels to use, but we packed our own kit to get the details done. Easy Breezy is A++ and 5+++ starts in my book. Friendly, affordable, new, solid wash for what you get and pre-wash and hand cleaning of the bugs made this a WINNER. Highly recommended. read more

This has been my go-to car wash for the past several years, yet it's gotten progressively worse. Increasingly, both washing and drying elements miss spots, resulting in some residue afterwards. Today, something felt off/odd midway through the wash, like the brushes/mops for the top of the car were coming down heavier than usual. When I got to my destination afterwards, I found that the antenna cover had been broken off, and through search, I'm finding that repairing it properly may not be all that easy or cheap. My grandson(2 1/2) go to the car wash every Wednesday and have for several months now. It is the highlight of his week. There is always someone to greet you and help with picking and paying. Yesterday, I was greeted by this very nice gentleman and we proceeded to have a wonderful conversation about the car wash, the employees and business in general. He took the time to address any concern I had and I noticed while we were talking another car entered the second lane. One of the young employees went right over to assist the customer. I took the time to introduce myself and he did as well. Hats off to you Matt, co-owner, for great customer service and truly honest work ethics. I'm 76 and at this age it isn't often to see businesses that want to please and support the customer versus just making money. The car wash does a very good job and we will continue to visit weekly. Tried to stop here to vacuum out my car. After a worker had come out, I asked if I could pay just to use the vacuums, understandably the vacuums would not be free. I was told that I cannot use the vacuums unless I purchase a car wash. It's kind of crazy to me considering it's supposed to rain today and they did not have a single customer. I would understand if they had alot of business but they were sitting on an empty lot. Horrible customer service!! I will not be giving them my business in the future. We pulled up 15 minutes before close and they had chains in front of the car wash blocking entry. My mom questioned the workers and they said they were closed and they don't have to wait until the advertised time because they "have to clean things." Now my son is heartbroken and crying in the backseat. Cannot go elsewhere because those car washes are now closed. Will not be returning. Don't advertise you close at one time, but close before the advertised time. Horrible business practice and false advertisement. I went there earlier today and "Jose" the attendant on duty was exceptional!!! I had a question regarding the different wash options and he was extremely knowledgeable. I think your machines are out of adjustment because it really was very fast. Then I changed the line and paid with a card. And it was really the same procedure and same problem, but this time when I put in it was 7.25 dlls, it was charged and your system is charging me 12 dlls. I wasn't expecting much for the price and got less than that. Before entering, the attendant sprayed the front of my car with something. Then I drove through and cringed as the brushes and "mop heads" (not sure what they're called) absolutely pummeled the roof of my car. Serious oil canning sounds. I fully expected scratches and luckily did not see any. The "dryer" moved the water around a little and then I was out. As it was my first time, I wasn't sure if the attendant would come out to wipe down my car, or dress the tires, or maybe wipe the areas that were missed like the side mirrors and wheels. While the car wash seems to do an attic Ataie job of washing a car. They're employees need to be screened a little better. The first time we came here the employees were very friendly and courteous. The second time we came here with a different car, there was no line so we drove right to the front and the young man waving us in seemed irritated that we were approaching slowly. We stopped, put the car in neutral and were trying to get the windshield wipers out of automatic mode when he started spraying the windshield. The wipers went on automatically before we could get them switched off. He became irritated and mouthed to us "what the f*ck". I then gave him a sign saying we are trying to get the car ready and he appeared very irritated that we were taking so long. There was no one behind us.
