I'm sitting in line trying to calculate how much the car wash is worth and they're running a deal on five for $100 and so I really wasn't thinking and I paid for the initial car wash and then as I'm in line I think OK how much are five car washes in the Guy says $100 so I had already paid him $20 and so I gave him another hundred dollars thinking I was gonna get my $20 back and when I asked for it back what do you mean you said you never gave me $20 I said no I gave it to you right there and I just gave you $100 more to pay for the tickets so fearful that they're gonna damage my car during the wash or something else out of spite I just kinda let it go, but this is just ridiculous. It's 20 bucks. If they can't cop up to it they're still getting paid so the guy pocketed 20 bucks. My car was extra dirty, with the rain, pollen & and recent snow trip a wash was definitely needed. The guys here at Sonoma Car Wash did such a great job washing & drying my car, they were even able to help get some pesky sap cleaned off from having parked under a tree. $18 is a little pricey for an exterior wash only, but I'm very grateful & satisfied with the quality of the wash & how quick they were able to get my car cleaned. read more

I was in search of a car wash after the drive up from LA left a bug graveyard on my windshield and front bumper. Theses guys did a great job for a quick hand wash. It was not as good as if I did it myself but for the cost ($18) and the time is was perfect. Two guys hand wash and rinsed with a pressure washer, then you go through an automatic pressure washer, followed by a guy who dried the car. Last thing I wanted was bug splatter cooking into the paint all weekend. I'll definitely use them again after a long drive into town. read more

An employee began pre-washing my car, then guided me through the touchless car wash, then another employee gestured me forward and hand dried my car. It was fast, efficient, and well priced. Well, they do a great job but are getting well out of hand with the prices. Just went up to $18 which is ridiculous. I always leave a tip but it is not reasonable to pay so much. Biggest issue is that they tried to upcharge me (Small Subaru SUV) because it was extra dirty (just got back from a long road trip) telling me it would take longer. BS. they do the hand wash but shove you into the automated space as soon as it is open. No way in hell they would have taken longer or done more work to clean my car. I left. That is BS. read more

Perfect car wash! I will be going back regularly. The two men who hand washed my car (one to wash, one to dry with power wash machines in between) worked SO hard and were fast as well. I tipped both of them, especially because both were "seniors", friendly and accommodating. I greatly admire their work ethic. Next time I will fill up with min. 8 gallons of gas across the street and save $3. Normal price is $17 and this is less than I pay on the Peninsula. Went to this car wash while I waited for my clients to finish dinner but to my surprise it's operated by credit card the wash is timed but what I thought would be about $6.50 ended up costing me ten. The wash keeps charging your card until you push the button to stop it ??? Ok learn my lesson thanks. read more

By far the best car wash in town! A friend who lives in Sonoma recommended me this place after we took the weekend off to explore Shasta. They did a really thorough job! I was really impressed with the job these guys did! And it was only $14! Unbeatable! It had been a couple of months since I got a car wash and my car had accumulated dirt and dead bugs around. Because I live in Santa Rosa, Sonoma was a bit of a drive for me to just get a car wash. I yelped car washes nearby and went there instead. I paid $27 there for a crappy job! They didn't even get the dirt off where it was clearly visible! They didn't even bother with the bugs! I was super upset. I had to spot clean myself when I got home. I left my car unwashed for another while and decided to return to this place. Condition of my car was the same as above-- dirt and dead bugs. $14 and ~15 minutes later, my car was looking new! They spotted and cleaned off the dirt and bugs! If this isn't great service to you, I don't know what else to say. These guys work hard and do an exceptional job. Will definitely recommend to other people! & will for sure drive down for another car wash! The only thing I'd make note of is: bring a couple dollars in cash to tip these guys! You can pay with cards but there's no option to tip on the receipt. read more

The people here are very nice with the exception of the woman helping do interior cleaning. Extremely rude. I had never been to a car wash before and she had a great time pointing at, laughing at, and talking about me in Spanish(which I speak fluently). I felt like a complete fool for giving a very generous tip before this very rude and embarrassing encounter. I don't give a shit whether or not the car looks good after having a crowd of people talking about and laughing at me. Great place for a hand wash for your car. Next door to the other car wash, but I noticed that the cars in line for this place were bmws, caddies, Porsche so decided that they knew something I didn't and got in line with them. $11 gets you a one man soapy hand wash of car and wheels/tires power rinse then into a mini automatic car wash, blow dry and out to another guy that hand dries the car and dresses the tires. It would've been five stars for an interior window cleaning. Good job! Hope their "help wanted " sign gets results, only 2 guys makes for a long wait but its worth it read more

I took my brand new black Mercedes there for a wash. My car has only ever been in my carport, never touched by anyone else. The car is scratched all over in swirling motions from their hand drying process. They won't refer us to the owner or manager, and won't take accountability at any level for this. A BRAND NEW CAR scratched all over, the car wasn't even fully cleaned. I am going to the BBB with a complaint, and I am going to contact 7 on your side to pursuit the car wash to either repair my paint using their insurance. I should not have to use my insurance and pay my deductible over this mess. I am going to tell all my friends in Sonoma not to use this car wash. Not to mention, the poor people who work there in over 100 degree conditions, with no shade. The owner of this car wash needs to be accountable. read more

Service was absolutely awful. Their line system is a total mess and after waiting for 10 minutes, someone cut us off. There is no explanation of where to line up or anyone helping to organize the chaos, so for first time visitors, there is no way of knowing where to line up on busy days. Will not be back. read more

CAUTION! Make sure the individual with the credit card reader does NOT leave your sight with your credit card and BE SURE and get a paper receipt of your transaction! Twice this year the "cashier" went inside to process my credit card and strangely, I never got a paper receipt. This is for the coin-op car wash, not the hand-wash. A couple of months ago, I put $5.00 in the change machine and received no change. I filled out a refund slip provided by the attendant. Never heard from the company. Since that experience, I always have dollar bills, so I only risk losing a buck. One month later, lost a dollar in the change machine. Lack of maintenance on the change machines and non-existent refund system - really a rip-off. Definitely deserving of a 1-star rating. read more

It is a combination wash with hands and machine, which is okay. However after the wash there were a lot of water spots and there is no cleaning/vacuum inside of the car. You have to use self operated machine with coin slots with additional $1.25 at the same location. I have had much better $8 hand wash inside & out. The car wash is fast so if you are in hurry trying get out side of a car kind of cleaned on the run it's okay. read more
