He asked if the meter charge was posted to my checking account, and could I bring a statement showing it was not just an authorization for the $15.00. So I met him there at 9:30 am as agreed and brought a bank statement. He looked at it, and gave me the $5 in cash. Great service from Rudy. I was impressed. I explained why I sent the initial e-mail I did. So many businesses now nickel and dime customers. And are not responsive at all after the purchase. This is exactly how you lose customers!! We're not always right, but right to "our taste". I will certainly be back there. It's really nice to be able to wash my own car there.

He said the bug washer spray in the wash was not working and he could give me a wet cloth so I could clean it better. Cloth never came so I had to inquire again. When I asked if I could run it through the wash again he said no since I only got the express wash. Service and quality has definitely gone downhill.
